Abstract

Social media has changed the way we interact with information and with the people around us. Platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube have become popular means for individuals and companies to share, communicate and promote an organization's products and services. Within the direct selling sector, social media has opened up endless new opportunities for businesses to market and sell their products to potential customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of social media in the direct selling sector and evaluate the impact of using social media on customer satisfaction at Ghaisani Boutique. This research method takes a qualitative approach, which aims to understand and describe phenomena in depth through data collection and analysis that focuses on the context and meaning of the subject under study. The results of the study show that social media provides significant benefits for Ghaisani Boutique (Ghaisani Fashion Gallery) in increasing the intensity of their promotion through online media, which has a positive impact on increasing their turnover. By leveraging creative and diverse social media features, Ghaisani Boutique can reach potential customers from various segments and expand their market coverage. In this case, social media is an effective means of building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and obtaining valuable feedback for better business development in the future. And what is no less important, Ghaisani Boutique has managed to build a sizable customer list through list building that continues to grow over time. By providing maximum service and responding quickly to feedback from the audience, Ghaisani Boutique can create high customer satisfaction. As a result, company promotions can run organically, driven by customers who voluntarily provide support through likes and shares of any content shared by the marketing team.

Abstract

PT XL Axiata, as a telecommunications company, has a mission to provide the best for customers in terms of products, services, technology, and value for money. One of the company's strategies in improving marketing communications and fulfilling XL customers' data needs is through the launch of Akrab data package. In this context, the activities carried out by PT XL Axiata's Integrated Marketing Communications, particularly the sale of the Akrab data package, have an important role in meeting the needs of people who are looking for affordable and competitive communication packages. The positive response from the public towards this program can largely be attributed to the efforts of Integrated Marketing Communications in selling the Akrab data package. This research uses Descriptive Qualitative method with case study analysis to describe and summarize various conditions, situations, and social phenomena that occur at PT XL Axiata as the object of research. Data were collected through interviews, and data processing using a triangulation approach, with inductive data analysis. The results of this study are communication carried out by XL resulting in Positive Brand Awareness, Structured and Responsive Communication, Increased Sales and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Discipline on increasing employee work productivity at PT. Buluh Cawang Plantations, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency. The population in this study are employees of PT. Buluh Cawang Plantations section of harvest production using simple random sampling, totaling 58 respondents. Data collection method used in this study using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data in this analysis is processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. Based on the analysis of this study shows that Discipline has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee work productivity at PT. Buluh Cawang Plantations, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency.

Abstract

Technological advances have a major impact on all human activities. One of them is shopping activities. Someone only by using the internet that is in a cell phone can carry out various shopping transactions easily. The ease of transactions in online shopping is also another supporting factor for choosing online shopping compared to traditional shopping. This causes changes in consumer spending behavior, including male consumers. Another phenomenon that supports online shopping activities is activities that are limited due to the development of the COVID-19 virus which continues to increase until now. This study uses a type of qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The research involved one man of productive age who had online shopping experience in meeting his needs during a pandemic. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques. The results of the study explain that men of productive age choose online shopping because of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation consists of perceptions of convenience and practicality in online shopping, trust, hobbies they have, the desire to try new things and a sense of security in terms of health when shopping. Extrinsic motivation that causes online shopping behavior in men of productive age consists of the social environment, organizational/workplace culture, promotions/discounts, more economical prices, trends, availability and variety of products and attractive advertisements.

Abstract

Success in the organization is inseparable from the performance of its employees in serving, so that it can meet the expectations of society with satisfying service quality. This study aims to determine how much influence the variable employee performance has on the variable quality of public services in Astanaanyar District. This research method uses a type of quantitative research, using a questionnaire data collection method. The population in this study were Astanaanyar District employees and the community who received services with a total of 60 people. Data processing in this study was assisted by SPSS software version 23.00. the results of data analysis were obtained from the results of the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, F Test, T Test and the Coefficient of Determination. Based on the results of the F test and T test, the results of data analysis show that employee performance variables affect service quality variables, and employee performance variables on service quality variables have a positive influence value. As well as the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test explaining that the employee performance variable has an effect on the service quality variable of 37.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the effect of working capital turnover and sales growth on profitability with liquidity as a moderating variable listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. Using secondary data from 10 companies, the results show that working capital turnover has a positive effect on profitability and sales growth has a positive effect on profitability. Moderation Regression Analysis is also used to test the moderating effect of liquidity. Liquidity has a positive effect on profitability and is able to moderate and directly influence the relationship between working capital turnover and sales growth on profitability. The implication of this research is that investors must pay attention to information about liquidity and macroeconomic conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle, consumptive behavior and the importance of literacy on student personal financial management. The population used in this study were Asmadewa Jogja hostel students, totaling 100 people and 53 sample respondents who were determined using Non-Probability Sampling. Based on the test results and analysis in this study, it can be concluded that the hedonistic lifestyle and consumptive behavior have a positive effect on student personal financial management. Meanwhile, Financial Literacy has no effect on Student Personal Financial Management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of work discipline on employee work productivity at PT Viduo VI Prabumulih. The population in this study amounted to 80 people with the sampling method using the saturated sample method. The data used in this study used primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity at PT Viduo VI Prabumulih.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Behavior and Financial Literacy on the Decision Customers to Saving Gold in PT. Pegadaian Pangkalan Kerinci. The sample in this study amounted to 98 customers using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed using te Statisfical for product and service solution (SPSS) program version 27. The results showed that financial behavior and financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the decision customers to saving gold in PT. Pegadaian Pangkalan Kerinci.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate how the convenience of payment impacts buying choices when utilizing the Shopee PayLater option, to assess how the level of risk influences purchasing decisions with the Shopee PayLater feature, and to examine the impact of trust on buying decisions facilitated by the Shopee PayLater functionality. Shopee users in Surakarta, Central Java, were studied. This research approach employs a quantitative research design. all customers who have and have used Shopee PayLater in the Surakarta district of Central Java. The sample size for this study is 100 people. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling procedure. Data is gathered through the utilization of a survey, and the analysis involves employing traditional assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and the determination coefficient test. The results reveal that the convenience of payment has a noteworthy and positive impact on buying choices carried out using the Shopee PayLater option. Similarly, the degree of risk exhibits a significant and favorable influence on purchasing decisions made through the Shopee PayLater feature. Furthermore, trust also demonstrates a substantial and beneficial effect on purchasing decisions facilitated by the Shopee PayLater functionality. The findings of multiple linear regression analysis show that Trust is the most important variable.
