Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between Tafsir of the Qur'an and understanding of leadership, with a focus on the integration of Islamic values ​​in the contemporary context. Tafsir of the Qur'an is considered the main source for understanding Islamic teachings, including the concept of leadership reflected in the verses of the Qur'an. A qualitative approach is used to analyze traditional and contemporary interpretations of verses that highlight aspects of leadership.This study discusses the concept of leadership from an Islamic perspective, highlighting the traits and responsibilities of leaders described in the Qur'an. Furthermore, this research proposes the integration of Islamic values ​​into the context of contemporary leadership, emphasizing justice, honesty and social responsibility as the main foundation. Through the development of a leadership model based on the Qur'an, this study contributes to practical and applicable understanding for Muslim leaders in carrying out their role as caliphs on earth Case studies covering the application of Islamic values ​​in specific organizations or institutions provide further understanding of the positive impacts that may arise from the integration of these values. Nevertheless, research also highlights the challenges in implementing Islamic values ​​in the context of contemporary leadership. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the harmonious relationship between interpretation of the Qur'an and understanding of leadership, as well as providing a basis for developing leadership strategies that are in accordance with Islamic principles. The implications of this research are not only relevant for Muslim leaders, but also for researchers and practitioners interested in incorporating religious values ​​in contemporary leadership contexts. Further research can explore and test Al-Quran-based leadership models in a broader context to expand understanding of their positive influence in creating ethical and effective leadership.

Abstract

In the world of education, what controls all learning orientations for students is the curriculum. The current digital era has a big influence on the state of the curriculum in Indonesia, it is the responsibility of the government and related parties to provide a curriculum that can facilitate the needs of students in facing the era of digitalization, including the challenge of curriculum development in improving digital literacy skills in the midst of technological advances and the current flow of globalization. unavoidable. Abstract

This paper aims to expound on the dynamics of Al-Qur'ān teaching in the archipelago. Since ancient times, the archipelago has not only had natural resources but also skilled human resources in various fields, especially the learning of Al-Qur'ān. In this article, the author uses a descriptive method with the aim of describing three Indonesian ulama and their methods and styles of interpretation systematically by referring to academic sources. This article finds that there is criticism from orientalists and commentators on Indonesian scholars who say that Tarjuman Al-Mustafid's commentary is a translation of Jalalain's commentary or Imam Baidhawi's commentary. This is not appropriate in the author's opinion after reviewing several sources. Apart from that, this article also contains differences of opinion from commentators regarding the styles used by three Indonesian commentators which will be analyzed by the writer. Thus, the three early Indonesian scholars who will be discussed by the author are ‘Abd Al-Rauf As-Sinkili with his tafsir book Tarjumān Al-Mustafῑd complete with 30 juz, which was discovered in the 17th century. This tafsir uses Malay-Jawi. Then, Imam Muhammad Nawawi Al-Bantani with his commentary, namely Tafsῑr al-Munῑr Li Ma'ālim Al-Tanzῑl, which was discovered in the 19th century. This commentary book uses an Arabic introduction and was written outside the archipelago. And finally Kiai Sholeh Darat with his interpretation Tafsir Faidh Al-Rahmān which was detected at the end of the 19th century. This book uses Javanese (Pegon Arabic).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Democratic Leadership Style (X1), Affective Commitment (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) on Performance (Y). This research uses quantitative descriptive research, because the data in this research is in the form of numbers and analysis uses statistics. Quantitative descriptive research is a series of research that requires a lot of use of numbers. These data were obtained from questionnaires announced to respondents. The population in this research were employees at the Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta by taking a sample of 53 people. Then the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires was processed using SPSS version 25 by carrying out data quality tests, classical assumption tests, t tests and coefficient of determination. The results of significance testing show that the democratic leadership style variable (X1) has a value of tcount = 2.234 > rtable = 1.6741 with a significance value of 0.030 < 0.05, the affective commitment variable (X2) has a value of tcount = 10.609 > rtable = 1.6741 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the Work Discipline variable (X3) has a tcount = 5.138 > rtable = 1.6741 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the test results in this research, it shows that the variables Democratic Leadership Style, Affective Commitment, and Work Discipline individually or partially have a positive and significant influence on the employee performance variable at the Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to find information about the habit of strong religious and moral values, good philosophical and psychological understanding, and deep sociological understanding. The method used is a qualitative approach and data collection is through interviews, document review and observation at the research site. At SMPN 21, South Tangerang City, familiarization with religious values ​​includes: 5S (Smile, Greetings, Greetings, Polite and polite), congregational duha prayers, wirid and group prayers, reading verses of the holy Qur'an, cults by students , hadroh by students, clean Jum'ah, Friday prayers, while female students at the same time carry out female activities in the hall by female teachers and ustadah from outside. Then the school also commemorates major Islamic religious holidays such as the birthday of the Prophet and Isro'mi'roj of the great Prophet Muhammad SAW by bringing in Ustad and/or motivators from outside. Philosophically, it plays a very important role in forming students' moral, cultured, wise and more critical character, behavior, habits, preferences, abilities, talents, potential, values ​​and finally patterns of thinking. From an educational psychology perspective, it can help students overcome these challenges and build positive characters such as working together with other people. Students must learn to work in teams and collaborate with others in completing assignments. Abstract

Character education in Islam is a fundamental concept that refers to the formation of noble qualities and good morals in individuals. The Al-Qur'an and Hadith are two sources of Islamic teachings that provide a strong foundation in character education. The instillation of good character values was exemplified by the Prophet SAW. as a good role model for the Islamic ummah. Character education should start from an early age because at this stage children not only learn academic knowledge, but also develop values, attitudes and social skills that will shape their personalities in the future. When they are children, they will be able to absorb various information quickly, therefore character education is very necessary in forming a child's personality by providing an understanding of Islam based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, as well as by emulating the personal example of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The aim of this research is to find out the concept of character education in Islamic education from the perspective of the Koran and Hadith. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach, namely by obtaining information from books, magazines, journals, documents, historical records or in other words the facilities contained in the library. Abstract

This research aims to find patterns in the internalization process of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyah values in the curriculum of the Islamic Education Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia University. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores how these values are internalized in the development of courses and implemented in students' academic lives. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of this research reveal a pattern of internalization of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’ah An-Nahdliyah values, with three stages of internalization identified. Firstly, by incorporating these values as learning outcomes. Secondly, in the implementation stage by including courses that intersect with these values, not only through the written curriculum but also through the hidden curriculum as a support for materials obtained in lectures. Additionally, these values are transmitted through relevant activities, such as seminars strengthening the Pancasila ideology. Evaluation of students' understanding of these values is conducted through mid-term exams, final exams, and thesis defense sessions (munaqasyah).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes, Education Level and Financial Income on Financial Management Behavior in micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in welding workshops in Karangrejo Tulungagung District. This research is a quantitative research with the research population, namely micro, small and medium enterprises in welding workshops located in Tulungagung District. Sampling in this research used Field Research techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to find actual data for 31 respondents. The analysis techniques used are statistical analysis, hypothesis testing and data quality testing. Test the validity of each questionnaire item using the product moment correlation method between the score of each questionnaire item and the total score (the sum of each questionnaire score). Then carry out a reliability test using Cronbach's alpha. The results of this research show that Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitudes, Education Level and Financial Income have a significant and positive influence on financial management behavior.

Abstract

The comparison between the actual service received and the expectations of the desired service forms a very crucial concept of service quality. Service quality plays an important role in ensuring public satisfaction. This research aims to determine the impact of the quality of public services on the level of community satisfaction. The method applied in this research is literature review, literature review is used to collect and evaluate related research. Villages in Indonesia were selected as the research population. Based on a literature review covering 10 journals, it was found that there is a positive influence of public service quality on public satisfaction in Indonesia. The results of this literature review conclude that there is a significant relationship between the quality of public services and the level of public satisfaction with a significance level of ρ<0.05.

Abstract

The bureaucratic budget is an important aspect in managing a country's government. Efficiency in bureaucratic budget management is very important in ensuring that public resources are used as well as possible. This research uses qualitative, descriptive methods which tend to use analysis that focuses on in-depth observation. The findings of this research are that there are challenges in optimizing bureaucratic budget efficiency, including high operational costs, lack of accountability and transparency, budget uncertainty, and ineffective policies. . Thus, to overcome these challenges, there are solutions that can be implemented such as the use of technology, increasing transparency, long-term budget planning, program and policy evaluation, bureaucratic reform, and collaboration with the private sector and NGOs.
