RESLAJ: Religion Education Social Laa Roiba Journal is a scientific journal of the National Islamic Institute of Religion (IAI-N) Laa Roiba Bogor. Managed by the Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM) IAI-N Laa Roiba in colaboration witf Intelectual Association for Islamic Studies (IAFORIS) and Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah. The RESLAJ is published every June and December to support the development of research and studies on religious, educational, social, economic, and broadcasting issues of Islamic dakwah from various perspectives. <![CDATA[Jombang Regency is one of the regencies in East Java that experiences flooding every year. BPBD as a stakeholder responsible for disaster management efforts has taken a number of steps/efforts to reduce the impact of floods. This research aims to analyse and describe the problem of the role of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in flood disaster prevention in Jombang Regency. Descriptive qualitative research method was used in this research. Primary data sources and secondary data were used in this research. Data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observation. This study uses the theory of the disaster management cycle according to (Khambali, 2017) which focuses on the pre-disaster stage which has 4 indicators including prevention, disaster mitigation, preparedness, and early warning. The results showed that BPBD Jombang Regency has played a role in preventing flood disasters in Jombang Regency. This is evidenced by establishing a Pusdalops, installing disaster signs, forming Disaster Resilient Villages, providing disaster counseling, coordinating with Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and related parties in flood disaster prevention, preparing evacuation sites, socializing regulations/guidelines on disaster management, and providing good early warning. However, in the contingency plan indicator, it was found that BPBD has not yet developed a contingency plan because it is still in the process of being developed.]]>

<![CDATA[The Service Network for Persons with Disabilities (Jalan Pintas) program is a program created by the Pasuruan Regency Dispendukcapil because of the direction from the Director General of Dukcapil to create a ball pick-up program movement for persons with disabilities in population administration services. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Disability Service Network (Jalan Pintas) program in population administration services at the Dispendukcapil of Pasuruan Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with the technique of determining informants through purposive and snowball sampling. The theory used is the implementation theory according to David C. Korten cited by (Christianingrum & Djumiarti, 2019) which has 3 indicators including the suitability of the program to the target group, the suitability of the program to the implementing organization, and the suitability of the target group to the implementing organization. The results showed that the implementation of the Jalan Pintas program in population administration services had gone well. This is evidenced by the dozens of times of picking up the ball which indicates that the Jalan Pintas program is the right program and is needed by people with disabilities. However, on the indicator of the suitability of the target group with the implementing organization, it was found that the Jalan Pintas program was classified as passive because it waited for a report from the village government, community, or Social Services Office so that the program could be implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze service quality as an effort to boost the sales of Teh Botol Sosro bottled drinks at PT Sinar Sosro's Bandung branch. The research results revealed a general increase in sales throughout 2022, albeit with monthly fluctuations influenced by factors such as season, promotions, product quality, and consumer preferences. Some issues, particularly a sales decline in September, require further analysis. The proposed solutions include in-depth data analysis, improved promotional strategies, better inventory management, understanding consumer preferences, a focus on product quality and service excellence, and collaboration with distributors. This research provides guidance for steps to enhance Teh Botol Sosro sales.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the development strategies of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the region of the Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Office in Bandung City. SMEs play a crucial role in the economy by making a significant contribution to economic growth, job creation, and innovation. Factors such as increased demand, government support, innovation, access to capital, heightened awareness, and business collaborations play a key role in the positive growth of SMEs.In this study, a case study method is employed to analyze various strategies that have been implemented in the development of SMEs in the cooperative office's region. The observations reveal that the cooperative office's role is not merely administrative but also that of a catalyst in forming an ecosystem that supports SMEs. Government support and collaboration among small business actors have proven essential in enhancing the competitiveness and capacity of SMEs.Recommendations drawn from this research include the expansion of advisory services, training, and the strengthening of collaborative networks among SMEs. The implementation of policies supporting SME sector growth is also deemed crucial, including regulatory simplification, facilitation of market access, and the development of infrastructure supporting business activities. This research provides insights into the importance of SME development strategies in the Bandung cooperative office's region and lays the foundation for holistic planning that supports the sustainable growth of SMEs and their contribution to the local economy]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the influence of free shipping, online customer reviews and price on purchasing decisions on online marketplace platforms with trust as mediation. In this research, the concept used in the research used is quantitative research. Quantitative research procedures are research where the results are presented in the form of descriptions using numbers and statistics. Quantitative research methodology is a scientific method for obtaining valid information with the aim of being able to create, confirm and improve insight so that it can in turn be used to master, uncover and estimate problems in specific aspects. The findings in this research are that each independent variable on purchasing decisions at Lazada and Shopee among Batam students has a positive and significant effect, except for the price variable. Meanwhile, if you look at the results of the indirect effect test, there are two variables whose results are not significant, namely the free shipping and promotion variables. However, from the hypothesis it can be found that the trust variable can mediate certain factors related to purchasing decisions in the Batam online market.]]>

<![CDATA[The study, "Social Media as Videography Information Platform for Generation Z on Instagram Account @Urrofi," explores how internet technology, particularly on Instagram, has transformed videography enthusiasts' access to information. This is especially true for Generation Z, recognized as "digital natives" due to their proficiency in digital technologies. The @URROFI Instagram account, owned by a content creator, showcases a variety of videography-related videos and aesthetically pleasing photos, providing insights into visual creativity. The research aims to identify the factors influencing Generation Z's preference for the @URROFI account as a source of videography information and to understand how the account effectively delivers valuable content to meet Generation Z's needs. Using qualitative methods with a virtual ethnography approach, data collection involves observation, unstructured in-person and virtual interviews, ethnographic note-taking, and documentation. The Cyber Media Analysis Method (AMS) is employed for data analysis, suitable for virtual ethnography research. The study's findings highlight the factors influencing Generation Z's choice of the Instagram account @URROFI and the strategies used by the account owner to create engaging and relevant content for Generation Z.]]>

<![CDATA[Certified internships are activities of the Ministry of Education that are beneficial for students to prepare for the world of work. At the time of conducting such activities at PT.SIER there was an interesting phenomenon to be studied related to the use of tok tok in attracting new potential customers on the rental of sports fields. This strategy is rarely implemented by the estate industry, so it's gonna be something new. It aims to see the future marketing strategies that PT.SIER can carry out to assess market opportunities and maintain its consumer loyalty. This research carries out a qualitative descriptive approach with inductive analysis. The research was carried out during the author's internship for about one semester. The results of this study give an idea that the strategy implemented by the marketing division of PT.SIER through social media is effective and successful. The increased interaction of each content and also the data number of customers experienced a rather significant improvement. Besides, the content from Tiktok is able to create a new branding for the formerly known expensive sports fields and there is no option to be a sports field rental that can fit the budget of the prospective tenant. Thus, the implementation of this strategy can also be one of the bridges PT.SIER communicates directly with customers or surroundings through the comment column. So in later days there will be evaluations related to services that can increase customer loyalty. It also affects the introduction of PT.SIER services that are becoming increasingly known and enables great potential in creating a pool of new prospective customers without having to do repeated promotions.]]>

<![CDATA[Sulrat Pelrintah Disbursement of Funds (SP2D) is a certificate which is implemented to disburse funds through banks which is called seltellah Sulrat Pelintah Disbursement of Funds (SPM) is received by the Regional Ulmulm Sub-district Treasurer (BUlD), Sulrat Pelintah Disbursement of Funds (SP2D) in the form of the Unit Kelrja Pelrangkat District in Kabulpateln Trelnggalelk ulntulk disburses the funds that have been stipulated in the draft budget of each Regional Work Unit (SKPD) which are used for community welfare. The object of research is the Trelnggalelk District Regional Religious Agency. This research ultimately aims to evaluate the Systelm and Proceeds of Subdistrict Government Disbursement of Funds at the Regional Sub-district Agency of Trelnggalelk Kabulpateln. The analysis method used is qualitative by collecting data which is then processed and described. Research data can be obtained by interviewing related parties and processing documents related to research. The results of the research on the evaluation of the Sulrat Regional Government's Disbursement of Funds (SP2D) system and procedures for cash distribution on re-sales at the Regional Reliance Agency of Kabulpateln Regency, the transaction has been carried out in conjunction with the cash distribution accounting system as well as the existing regulations which include related functions, documents and documents. used, accounting records used and the cash distribution accounting system process network.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how the concept of love in the movie Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah according to the Islamic Communication Perspective. The problem described is the concept of love of biological mothers and adoptive parents to their children and how communication is established between the two parties in maintaining child custody. As it is known that the phenomenon that occurs in this film is that the biological mother does not know that her child is still alive, namely being cared for and raised by others for seven years, the problem arises when she finds out that her child actually did not die, but after giving birth her child was given by her own mother to someone else. This research is a type of content analysis research using a qualitative approach, which prioritizes the presentation of structured data, and provides a detailed description of the object of research in the form of communication messages. Qualitative content analysis is defined as a scientific research technique aimed at knowing the characteristic description of the message content and drawing inferences contained in the message content. The results showed that the concept of love in the movie Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah is packaged so well. Mother's love is an unconditional statement towards the child's life and needs. Absolute care and responsibility are also given by parents for the sustainability of the child's life and growth. Parents also instill love for life.]]>

This research uses a qualitative type of research with a qualitative descriptive approach by examining facts that occur in the field. This descriptive qualitative method is used to describe what is true about a symptom, variable or situation. The time this research was conducted was October 10 2023. The location of this research was at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering which is located at Jl. Bagan Pematang Jering Village, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research resulted that the Principal's Decision Making Strategy at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering Village included identifying problems, drafting decisions, making choices and implementing decisions. Decision Making Style of the Principal of SDN. 01 Pematang Jering Village in Determining School Facilities and Infrastructure. Through the classification of the problems that occur, it can be concluded that the decisions taken by the principal at SD Negeri 01 Pematang Jering Village belong to the type of persuasive decision making style.]]>
