Abstract

Petis is a fermented processed product that has a thick and elastic texture, which is black or brown in color depending on the ingredients used. Shrimp paste is made from shrimp broth which is added with a thickening agent such as tapioca flour or cornstarch and other additive. Petis can also be categorized as a semi-moist food which has a moisture content of around 10-40%, an Aw value (water activity) of 0.65-0.90, and has a thick texture.

Abstract

The threat of the economic crisis, termination of employment (PHK), as well as the ever-increasing level of living needs, establishing a business is one of the important factors in people's lives. Entrepreneurship has the potential to create added value, both in personal terms and for society as a whole. With entrepreneurship, one can create jobs, increase income, encourage innovation and economic development, and provide solutions to problems that exist in society. Quantitative methods are used to collect and analyze the data needed in this study. The research sample consisted of 94 respondents who were members of the Gampingrowo Village community. The questionnaire is used as a data collection instrument that includes a measurement scale for personality variables, self-motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial interest. The results of data analysis show that of the 94 respondents in this study, there is a partial influence of personality, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest. This shows that the variables Personality, Self-Motivation, and Entrepreneurial Knowledge together have an influence of 73.3% on Interest in Entrepreneurship. The results of this study are expected to provide deeper insight into the factors that influence the interest in entrepreneurship in rural communities. Based on the research hypothesis, it is expected that a strong personality, high self-motivation, and good entrepreneurial knowledge will have a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in the people of Gampingrowo Village. The results of this research can provide important input for the government and related organizations in designing programs and policies that can increase interest in entrepreneurship at the village level. In addition, this research can also be an important contribution in the development of literature on the factors that influence the interest in entrepreneurship in the village context.

Abstract

Competition in the wider business world makes a company try to improve the company's financial quality. One way that can be done to improve the company's financial quality is through increasing the prosperity of ownership or shareholders. The existence of shareholders is very influential on the survival of the company. The research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Working Capital on Company Profitability Case Study at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. This study uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used is the Case Study Technique and Documentation Technique. Data from this study are in the form of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk's financial reports for the 2018-2022 period. Determination of this sample using the Wibisono formula and obtained data from a total of 20 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers with the title "The Influence of Working Capital on Company Profitability Case Study at PT AKR Corporindo Tbk". Shows that the working capital variable has a positive and significant effect on the profitability variable in the 2018-2022 period, which means that if the working capital variable increases by one unit, the profitability variable increases 0.004.

Abstract

At this time the F&B business is growing as can be seen from the mushrooming of cafes or coffee shops throughout Indonesia. Over time, to attract cafe customers, not only selling coffee was accompanied by various innovations. As in Sidoarjo, there are lots of cafes lined up. One of them that is of concern is Cafe Playgo. This cafe is always full of visitors and there is a home band live music every day. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Live Music Performances, Customer Experience, and Cafe Atmosphere on the satisfaction of cafe visitors who are crowded with visitors. As for supporting this research, the method used by the author is quantitative research and with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed that the live music performance variable had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, the customer experience variable had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and the cafe atmosphere had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. To achieve maximum customer satisfaction, business people need to improve and develop what customers should need, one of which is the existence of facilities such as live music, paying attention to customer experience, and a cafe atmosphere.

Abstract

In the city of Surabaya, there are currently many ice, food and beverage outlets that are favores by all circle one of them is ice cream with various types. Currently there is new ice cream outlet in Surabaya namely Mixue which is now being visited by millennials. The purpose of the research is to know and analyze the influence of store atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions by using a descriptive quantitative research method then distributed questionnaires to 80 respondents as a sample and analyzed using t-test, f- statictical and R2 – determination. From the test results it can be concluded that there is a significant and simultaneous influence on variable store atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions. There are recommendations that can be given to mixue outlets and further researchers, to add facilities in the outlet and maintain product quality what is also owned for researchers can make the latest research to develop marketing science.

Abstract

The development of UMKM competitiveness is currently strongly influenced by various factors, in which human resources play such an important role. During the Covid-19 pandemic, some people found new habits to overcome boredom, including planting ornamental plants. Since the pandemic and the trend of ornamental plants came suddenly, the popularity of ornamental plants has increased sharply, which means this is profitable for ornamental plant businesses. The importance of knowledge and experience regarding proper plant care techniques, as well as the importance of interacting with consumers are important factors in achieving business success. At the writing of this study, the authors completed research on Entrepreneurial Skills and Human Resource Competence on Business Success. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using census techniques or side saturation, meaning that all population groups are used as samples. Data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. In the final results of the research, it proves that from the t test and F test that have been carried out, it can be seen that the Entrepreneurial Skills and Human Resource Competency variables partially and simultaneously or jointly have a positive and significant effect on business success for small business actors in the Flower Market Bratang Surabaya. In order to advance the Skills and Competence of Human Resources, it is necessary to have training, experience, and by learning various planting techniques. In addition, the importance of communicating and interacting with consumers in maintaining relationships.

Abstract

The Korean wave has been spreading more and more over the last few years. The term "Korean Wave" refers to a number of South Korean products that are currently popular in Indonesia, including K-dramas, films, music (K-pop), fashion, food and cosmetics. K-Pop is currently quite popular among Indonesians of all ages, from teenagers to adults, women and men. The Korean Wave became widely adopted in Indonesia thanks in large part to K- pop. This study aims to ascertain how much influence Brand ambassadors and Korean Wave have on purchasing decisions for Nature Republic products in Gresik City Communities. To collect data, this research used a Google Form based questionnaire which was used as an instrument. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. From the results of this t test, it shows that partially there is a positive and significant influence between the Brand Ambassador and Korean Wave variables on purchasing decisions for Nature Republic products for the people of Gresik City. As for the simultaneous f test, both also have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Nature Republic products in Gresik City Communities.

Abstract

One of the impacts of the growth of digitalization is the expansion of business operations on ecommerce platforms, especially the growth and development of digital-based businesses that penetrate into wholesale and retail trade and other service industries such as transportation and warehousing. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of Intrinsic Motivation, Creativity and Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology on the Readiness of Digitalization of MSMEs in the Sidoarjo DPR Lot and also for other MSME players so that they can appeal to how important Digitalization is at this time. For the government, which is expected to participate in the Digitalization process in MSMEs throughout Indonesia. This type of research uses a census research method with a sample of 45 MSME players in the Sidoarjo DPR Lot. The findings of this study indicate that partially the intrinsic motivation variable has a negative effect on the readiness of digitalization of MSMEs in the Sidoarjo Dpr Lot, while the creativity and information and communication technology variables have a positive and significant effect on the readiness of digitalization of MSMEs in the Sidoarjo Lot. Overall, the independent variables have a significant effect on the readiness of digitalization of MSMEs in the Sidoarjo Dpr Lot.

Abstract

Internet quality improvement in Indonesia made Indonesian people used social media more frequently. One of the most used social media is Instagram. This is a chance for Indonesian business owner to do online marketing using Social Media Marketing. One brand that use social media marketing actively is Camille. Social media marketing are expected to improve communication between brand and consumer. Good brand communication will increase the brand purchase decision. Social media marketing process includes 3 main indicator that is Content Creation , Content Sharing, dan Connecting. The effectiveness of those 3 indicators will have significant impact on brand purchase decision. This study wants to test about the effect of social media marketing on purchase decision of Camille in Z generation in Surabaya. The data in this study are collected using google form with 100 total sample. Analysis Technique that used in this study are double linear regression, classic assumption test, F test, t test, and hypothesis test. Result shows that social media marketing has significant impact on purchase decision Camille product

Abstract

Tlhe purpollse of this research is to find out and anallyze the effect of word of mouth and prilce on product purchasing decisions at Envio Store Rungkut Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative reselarch methods with non-probability sampling telchniques in the forml of purposive sampling. The poplulation in this study were people who had bought prlodul cts at the Envio Store Rungkut Surabaya, with a totl al sample of 96 respondents. The method of data analysl is in this study was to use multiple regression analysis tests, validity tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and hypothesis testing consisting of t tests, determination tests, r tests wlith the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 for window prlogram. The results and conclusions of this study indicate that word of mouth and price have a positive and signlificant effect both palrtially and simultal neously on prodluct purchasing declisions at Envio Store Rungkut Surabaya.
