Authors who intend to submit a manuscript for publication in JPPI obliged to understand correctly the instructions and the ins and outs of the provisions on this journal. For authors who have never published the article on this journal, we recommend reading all of the term and conditions are listed in the journal. Authors are requested to prepare a manuscript in accordance with the Instructions for preparation of manuscript and then to follow the Author Guidelines for submission. Before the manuscript is submitted to the editorial team, please make sure that your paper is prepared using the journal paper template. The authors must refer to JPPI for writing format and style (Please download and use as a template for the initial manuscript submission). This will ensure fast processing and publication. Any papers not fulfilling the requirements based on the guidelines to authors or focus and scope, with great regret will not be processed and automatically rejected. The author who will submit the manuscript after deadline of submission as long as meet the requirement for publication in this journal will be process for next issue. The paper submission and reviewing procedures in JPPI will be processed with the web-based system via the Open Journal System (OJS) by Public Knowledge Project (PKP). We strongly prefer to receive manuscripts via our online submission system. With using our OJS system, authors can upload manuscript files (text, figures, and supplementary information) directly to our office and check on the status of Reviews their manuscripts during the review process.

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to develop character learning strategies, find out the learning outcomes of skills taught with hobbyist Batak culture learning strategies and Javanese culture-based learning strategies, find out the learning outcomes of skills that have visual and kinesthetic learning styles, and know the interactions between learning strategies and styles. Learning that has an impact on learning outcomes. This research is development research with a quasi-experimental treatment. The instruments used are learning achievement tests and learning style questionnaire sheets. The hypothesis was tested using Anava. The results of the study stated that learning Skills I in the Batak culture-based learning strategy class had higher learning outcomes than the Skills class with Javanese culture-based character learning strategies in 27 public schools in Medan City. Second Learning Objectives Student skills have a higher kinesthetic learning style compared to students who have a visual learning style in Medan City Middle School students. So for culture-based learning strategies, the results will be better if students have a tendency for kinesthetic learning styles, because kinesthetic learning styles are in accordance with character learning strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[Modern market/consumer-oriented marketing concepts, or the marketing revolution manifested as an online marketplace, evolved in tandem with the rise of the internet. This study aims to develop knowledge by verifying whether the concept of using Digital Marketing in MSMEs in Aceh can increase operating profit. The methods used in this study are descriptive and explanatory research methods; the research is carried out to obtain a description, a systematic, factual and accurate picture of the facts, properties and relationships between the variables studied. This research method wants to get general answers about cause and effect by analyzing the factors causing phenomena in the concepts raised in this study; data will be collected by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors in the field. To obtain the results of this study, the data will be processed using statistical tools, namely simple linear regression. The results of this study show that using Digital Marketing in marketing its products can expand the market to increase the sales onset of MSMEs, so increasing sales will increase company profits. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the increase in operating profit of which is influenced by the use of digital marketing by MSME players.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee discipline is very important in ensuring that the public services provided run efficiently and effectively. Employee discipline is not only important for the internal operational effectiveness of an organization but also has a significant impact on the quality of public services provided to the community, especially public services in North Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. The purpose of this study was to determine employee discipline in improving public services in North Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study find (1) The discipline indicator for working time for civil servants is following the stipulated provisions, namely 37.5 hours in one week starting from Monday to Friday. (2) Disciplinary indicators for civil servant regulations are carried out under applicable procedures and all employees wear uniforms and attributes that have been determined. (3) Disciplinary indicators of civil servant work responsibilities in the use of tools and maintenance of equipment have been carried out properly, if damage occurs to the equipment, repairs are immediately carried out under established procedures]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dengan penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yang terpilih ada 6 perusahaan dari jumlah keseluruhan 48 perusahaan sektor pertambangan. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang diperoleh dengan Uji t didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa H2 diterima yaitu Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Penghindaran Pajak. Hasil Uji t juga menunjukkan bahwa koefisien regresi Ukuran Perusahaan sebesar 0,197. Dengan demikian hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penghindaran Pajak yang diproksikan dengan Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR). Hal ini berarti semakin besar perusahaan maka penghindaran pajak yang dilakukan perusahaan semakin tinggi.Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang diperoleh dengan Uji t didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa H2 diterima yaitu Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Penghindaran Pajak. <![CDATA[The Dangerous Goods course is a compulsory course followed by cadets of the Diploma 3 Airport Management study program. Providing Dangerous Goods material aims to discover how to handle and pack dangerous goods under predetermined regulations, not to endanger flight safety and security. However, the cadets felt that the Dangerous Goods course was challenging due to the lack of modules and difficulty understanding the very thick Dangerous Goods book. Problem-based learning used in this study was chosen because this learning model trains the Critical Thinking skills possessed by cadets under the Dangerous Goods course material, which requires a lot of practice. This research method uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) research and development approach, which is a research method used to produce specific products and test the effectiveness of these products. The subjects of this study were 48 cadets of Palembang Aviation Polytechnic cadets who managed the airport. Researchers conduct research first to collect the data needed, then system development is carried out, and the system is tested and evaluated. This study showed that the results of media expert validation were obtained by 90.% with valid categories and material expert validation results by 91.% with valid categories. Based on the validity and product effectiveness results, problem-based learning e-modules on the developed Dangerous Goods material are valid and effectively used by teachers and students in the learning process.]]>

Based on data processing obtained for category moral knowing It was found that the ICP PAI students of UIN Maliki Malang class of 2020 reached 82%. For category moral feeling by 86%, and for category moral action as much as 84%. Then the students of ICP PAI UIN Maliki Malang batch of 2020 are more put forward heart conscience and empathy for anti-corruption actions with percentage which enough tall that is as big as 86%. <![CDATA[Modern companies increasingly recognize the importance of non-financial factors in influencing company performance and value. One important non-financial factor is intellectual capital, which includes human resources, customer relationships, and innovation capabilities. Company growth is a crucial component in establishing a company's value. Very few studies have looked at the relationship between growth, intellectual capital, and financial performance and business value at the same time. This study investigates how business value in the banking sector is impacted by growth, intellectual capital, and financial performance. This study takes a quantitative approach, gathering secondary data from the financial and annual reports of companies in the banking industry listed on the IDX between 2018 and 2022. Purposive sampling was employed to pick the 63 companies that comprise the research sample. The Partial Least Square (PLS) method was used to evaluate the data. The findings demonstrated that corporate growth, intellectual capital, and financial performance positively and significantly impacted firm value. To increase company value, businesses should consider non-financial elements like corporate development, intellectual capital, and financial success.]]>

<![CDATA[The decision-making process for higher education options is influenced by various factors, including promotions and tuition costs. This study aims to examine and determine whether promotion and tuition fees partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the choice of college for new students of the 2020/2021 class of the Informatics Management study program, at the State Polytechnic of Banjarmasin. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consist of promotion variables, tuition fees variables, and choice selection variables. Sampling using a non-probability sampling technique in which carried out using a convenience sampling technique of 60 respondents with analysis multiple linear. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, it shows that there is a significant effect of the promotion and tuition fees have an effect on the choice of college for new students.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of Artificial Intelligence (KB) has experienced rapid development in various fields, including education and learning. This article discusses artificial intelligence-assisted language learning strategies. The main objective of this strategy is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the language learning process by utilizing family planning technology. This article outlines various approaches that can be used in the implementation of KB-assisted learning strategies, including automated text analysis, personalized learning, adaptive feedback, language error detection, and automatic translation. The advantages and challenges of each approach are discussed in depth, as well as their potential impact on language learning outcomes. This study adopts a literature analysis approach to investigate language learning strategies assisted by artificial intelligence. The steps taken in this study include the identification and collection of relevant literature sources, as well as critical analysis of the information found. By combining the advantages of family planning technology with the principles of language learning, it is hoped that this strategy can pave the way to a more interactive, adaptive, and efficient learning experience]]>
