INTERNAL (Information System Journal) is a scientific journal published by the Information Systems Study Program, Masoem University. This journal is a forum for publication of scientific papers in the form of writings by academics, researchers and practitioners on pure and applied research in the fields of information systems, informatics engineering and computer engineering. INTERNAL is published twice a year, namely in June and December. This journal has been accredited by SINTA 4. In 2021, INTERNAL (Information System Journal) will be merged and recorded in the Masoem University journal. In addition, DOI Prefix 10.32627 which was originally used by STKOM Al Masoem was later changed by the DOI is affiliation to become Masoem University. The journal at STKOM Al Masoem has changed its form to a journal at Masoem University.

Abstract

In recording population data at Puri Cendekia 1 Jatinangor Housing conducted by the Head of RT, it is still done conventionally. This raises several problems, namely: difficulties in knowing occupant / resident data information that can only be known by the head of the RT, so that many residents of the complex do not know their neighbors, recording and information services of the community in a complex environment is still limited by space and time, so that if there is a need from the community can only be done at certain hours, conventional records in the population book are at risk of damage and loss of data. In this research the system development method used is using the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) method with the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model, which consists of several stages, namely: Business Modeling, Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation, Test, Deployment. As for the system development tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of: Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. With the design of a Mobile Web-based community information system, it is expected to be able to: Make it easier in finding data on residents of housing complexes, Simplify data collection and community services without being limited by space and time, Avoiding damage and loss of data.

Abstract

Kesejahteraaan sosial masyarakat merupakan misi utama pemerintah untuk membangun bangsa dan negara menjadi lebih baik, oleh karena itu pemerintah terus melakukan program-program bantuan sosial beras masyarakat miskin (Raskin) di masyarakat. Dalam menjalankan program tersebut pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah saling berkoordinasi agar setiap program yang dijalankan tepat sasaran tanpa ada unsur-unsur penyelewengan yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum aparatur pemerintahan dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Penentuan penerima bantuan merupakan salah satu masalah yang menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah desa Batukarut, karena banyaknya data pengusulan bantuan yang masuk tentunya sangat merepotkan bagi aparatur pemerintah dalam menentukan penerima bantuan yang layak. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem sistem pendukung keputusan penerima bantuan sosial di desa Batukarut yang mampu membantu aparatur desa dalam menentukan penerima bantuan. Metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dimana hasil sistem pendukung keputusan ini berupa perengkingan calon penerima bantuan sosial sesuai dengan besar nilai akhir hasil yang diperoleh. Dengan dibuatnya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Penerima Bantuan Sosial ini diharapkan mampu mempermudah dalam penentuan penerima bantuan.

Abstract

Text mining is widely used to find hidden patterns and information in a large number of semi and unstructured texts. Text mining extracts interesting patterns to explore knowledge from textual data sources. Association rule extraction GARW (Generating Association Rule using Weighting Scheme) can be used to find knowledge from a collection of web content without having to read all the web content manually from the many search results of crawlers. The GARW algorithm is a development of a priori to produce relevant association rules. From the results of this knowledge discovery can facilitate netizens users in finding relevant information from search keywords without having to review one by one web content generated from search engine searches.

Abstract

 The draft Management Policy and Rural Information system are all articles with several articles governing all information security. In concerning Business Continuity Management it is written "The information system and security work unit backs up data periodically, to safer backing up data using Cloud computing facilities." Cloud computing has advantages as file management. Private cloud storage is a form of cloud computing that is intended for limited use in certain circles and one of its functions is used for backing up data or file management. On the other hand, there is software that can be used to implement private cloud storage, namely Owncloud. To run the Rural Information Security Policy Draft article on Business Continuity Management and for the provision of data centers, a study was conducted to implement private cloud storage using Owncloud. The method used in this study is the Roadmap for Cloud computing Adoption (ROCCA) with five stages, namely the stages of analysis, design, adoption, migration, and management. The results of this research are private cloud storage using Owncloud as a medium for storing, securing, and sharing files that are flexible and highly scalable that can be accessed via the internet by users.

Abstract

Financial information system is an information system that provides information to individuals or groups of people, both inside and outside the company that contains financial problems and information about the flow of money for users in the company. Financial information systems are used to solve financial problems in a company, by meeting three financial principles: fast, safe, and inexpensive.Quick principle, the intention is that financial information systems must be able to provide the required data on time and can meet the needs. The Safe Principle means that the financial information system must be prepared with consideration of internal controls so that company assets are maintained. The Principle of Inexpensive, the intention is that the cost of implementing a financial information system must be reduced so that it is relatively inexpensive.Therefore we need technology media that can solve financial problems, and produce financial information to related parties quickly, safely and cheaply. One example of developing information technology today is computer technology and internet. Starting from financial problems and technological advances, the authors make a website-based financial management application to facilitate the parties that perform financial management and supervision.Method of development application program is used Waterfall method, with the following stages: Software Requirement Analysis, Software Design, Program Code Making, Testing, Support, Maintenance.

Abstract

Ma'soem University is a university located in the Al Ma'soem Foundation Bandung (YAB). At present Ma'soem University has four Faculties, namely the Faculties: Computers, Faperta, Islamic Business Economics, Teacher Training and Education. With the increasing number of new students every year around 350 people per class, the Ma'soem University finance department must have an information system design that can help and facilitate financial acceptance and report preparation so that it can be produced quickly. The finance department of Ma'soem University is currently using its manual financial management system, where every student who makes a payment is recorded on a proof of payment invoice which is then recapitulated for financial statements. Based on these considerations, it is deemed necessary to design a financial information system that is expected to help facilitate the process of payment of education costs at Ma’soem University.In this Education Fee Payment Information System Design, the writer uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system development life cycle method, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, code, testing and implementation.The design of this information system is expected to handle the payment of tuition fees with various facilities, namely: can facilitate the search for data of students who have not paid tuition fees, can avoid duplication of data and calculation errors in education costs and is expected to present reports of tuition payment payments quickly and automatically.Ma'soem University is a university located in the Al Ma'soem Foundation Bandung (YAB). Abstract

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan perkuliahan praktikum yang ada di STKOM Al Ma’soem adalah matakuliah Java Fundamental. Matakuliah ini merupakan salah satu matakuliah penting dan wajib yang harus dipahami oleh mahasiswa yang ingin mempelajari bahasa pemograman berbasis objek (OOP). Dalam kegiatan praktikum matakuliah Java Fundamental, menggunakan dua buah software aplikasi yaitu : Alice 3.1 dan Greenfoot. Metode pembelajaran yaitu dengan cara penyampaian teori oleh Dosen kurang lebih dua puluh menit, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktikum yang materi dan panduannya ada pada modul dan video yang didownload dari Youtube. Modul kuliah yang ada sekarang masih disajikan dalam bentuk bahasa Inggris yang bersumber pada website Oracle Academy, hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya referensi yang menyajikan dalam bentuk bahasa Indonesia. Adapun video yang didownload dari Youtube, isi materinya belum lengkap dan tidak memiliki tahapan materi setiap pertemuannya.Dalam rancang bangun video tutorial ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan multimedia. Dimana metode multimedia ini terdiri dari enam tahapan, yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution.Hasil akhir dari rancang bangun video turial ini, menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi multimedia interaktif yang bisa dijalankan di perangkat komputer dan Handphone Android. Dimana penggambaran hasilnya disajikan dalam project multimedia dan preview program aplikasi. Sedangkan untuk perangkat pengembangannya menggunakan usecase diagram dan storyboard.Dengan adanya video turial pembelajaran Alice 3.1 dan Greenfoot pada matakuliah Java fundamental, diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada kegiatan belajar mengajar perkuliahan praktikum matakuliah Java Fundamental di STKOM Al Ma’soem. Sehingga mahasiswa dapat mempelajari materi tersebut di luar jam perkuliahan.

Abstract

Seiring waktu, jumlah surat dalam sebuah perusahaan semakin hari makin banyak, sehingga muncul permasalahan dalam mengelolanya administrasi suarat, baik ketika dalam pencatatan surat maupun proses disposisi, serta pada saat pencarian arsip surat. Hampir sebagai besar surat yang ada di kantor-kantor masih disimpan dalam bentuk file-file yang masih bersifat manual, sehingga memungkinkan surat tersebut menunpuk, dan memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam pencarian dan pemrosesannya. Dengan dibangunnya  sistem manajemen pengarsipan bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut di atas. Pemrograman  saat ini, baik desktop maupun web based, semakin marak  pengerjaannya menggunakan framework code igniter berbasis PHP. Framework CI memang dikembangkan untuk memudahkan dalam developing aplikasi dengan struktur  file source code-nya menggunakan pendekatan Models-Views-Controller (MVC) dan pemrograman berorientasi objek, oleh sebab itu penulis menggunakan CI dalam developing aplikasi ini. Aplikasi sistem manajemen surat dan pengarsipan ini dapat diakses dalam internal perusahaan web, yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan karyawan  dalam pengelolaan dan  mengaksesnya surat menyurat, selain itu aplikasi ini juga memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pencatatan surat,  disposisi, dan proses pencarian sehingga aplikasisi ini memiliki performa yang handal, mudah untuk di-maintenance dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut seiring perkembangan kebutuhan penggunanya.

CV Niasa is a company that engaged in the produce of foods namely chocolate and cakes. CV Niasa Provides chocolate and cakes with various types of shapes and flavors. However, the attendance system that the employee used is still very simple, in recording employee attendance. Is it very inefficient and ineffective because it spend a lot of time and the risk of error is relatively greater in recording of each employee’s absence. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system of employee attendance recording with the aim that the attendance recording activities will be more effective and efficient both in terms of time, and in terms of reducing the risk of error and can also facilitate the presentation of annual reports so that it can facilitate leaders to make decisions.             In the use of the program, the author chose to use Visual Basic programming 2010, because Visual Basic 2010 is the best and easiest to use in any programming language. Based on the background above, the author intends to make a computerized attendance system with the hope that employee attendance activities become more effective and efficient.
