Abstract

The 5R method (Concise, Neat, Cool, Caring, Diligent) is a method that aims to maintain the cleanliness of the work area at all times, eliminating waste in moving goods and waste in searching for tools and materials. The 5R method can be integrated into various fields, such as: information technology, health, education, small and medium enterprises, to social organizations. The 5R culture is a technical step that aims to foster attitudes and behaviors, thus forming a culture of discipline on every front. The habit of practicing 5R also encourages continuous improvement in various fields. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Amdadiyah Ngasem as one of the educational institutions every year always has new students so there is a lot of data that must be recapitulated and stored both in the form of softcopy and hardcopy. If it is not managed properly, archiving data will be a problem so that when the data is needed, it will take a long time to get it. The extracurricular activities fostered in this Madrasah are quite a lot, with a lot of extracurriculars, of course, there are many necessary equipment. The arrangement and maintenance of the equipment used must be considered so that the equipment is easy to find if needed and becomes more durable. Therefore, a system is needed that can be used to improve data archiving and equipment structuring and maintenance. The solution offered to solve existing problems is to implement a 5R culture. From the socialization, data was obtained that as many as 89% of respondents expressed interest in implementing 5R both in Madrasah and at home and there were only 11% who expressed interest in implementing 5R in Madrasah only. From the questionnaire provided, it is also known that 56% of respondents believe that 5R can be applied and there are 44% of respondents who state that 5R may be applicable in MTs Amdadiyah Kweden. The reasons for the 44% of respondents who stated that 5R might be workable were: lack of knowledge about 5R (38%), cost (38%), commitment of all elements of the school (24%).

Abstract

Tujuan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada wasit dan para pihak terkait mengenai pentingnya penggunaan imagery mental dalam meningkatkan kinerja wasit. Imagery mental ini penting digunakan untuk membantu wasit mengembangkan keterampilan mental dan meningkatkan fokus, konsentrasi, pengambilan keputusan, serta penanganan stres. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini diikuti oleh 35 peserta yang tergabung dalam wasit wushu jawa timur. Metode pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini ada tiga tahapan, yaitu: tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Abstract

Batik Kebon Indah is the name of a batik business managed by some villagers in Kebon village, Bayat sub-district, Klaten Regency, Central Java. This batik business is managed by one of the village residents involving 15 batik craftsmen. Soiciopreuner's main products are handmade batik and printed batik in cloth form. During and after the Covid 19 pandemic, sales of Kebon Indah batik stopped, because the main consumers were foreign tourists who came directly to the production location to see the batik making process. Another problem that occurs is that Sociopreneur members are mothers/women who rarely use social media which can actually be used to promote their products anywhere. For this reason, the service team provides training which objective of this community service is to train the members of Sociopreuner Batik Kebon Indah to make use of social media platforms to promote their products. The results of the training show the enthusiasm of the training participants, it is proven that several training participants have started to promote their products regularly through social media: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. The followers and viewers visiting the training participants' social media increased. By increasing the number of followers and viewers on the platform, it is hoped that it can increase product sales and increase guest visits to the batik product show room.

Abstract

Depression is mood disorder which is indicated by symptoms including feeling sad, confused, hopelessness, reduced concentration and thinking about suicide. One of the non-pharmacological treatments to reduce the level of depression in the elderly is 5 finger hypnosis therapy. The aim of this section is to provide health education about depression, early detection of depression and therapy 5 finger hypnosis to reduce depression in the elderly. The activities are health education, early detection of depression and performing 5 finger hypnosis. The results of examining the level of depression before treatmentsfor in 30 elderly people who experienced depression, none or at least 5 elderly people (17%), 7 elderly people with mild depression (23%), 18 elderly people with moderate depression (60 %) and none experienced major depression (0%). The results of examining the level of depression in the elderly after using 5 finger hypnosis showed that of the 30 elderly who experienced depression, none or at least 14 elderly (46%), 11 elderly who experienced mild depression (37%), 5 elderly who experienced moderate depression. (17%) and elderly with no major depression (0%). The conclusion is that 5 finger hypnosis is effective in reducing the level of depression in the elderly.

Abstract

SMAS Kartenegara Kediri is one of the high school level education unit unfer the auspices of the Ministry of Education and culture. The working mechanism at SMAS Kartanegara Kediri is not get details, it is presented invarious formats and is not clear enough. This has an impact on the non-uniform way of carriying out tasks by eacc implementer, making it difficult to determine or measure their performance. Therefore, to solve existing problems, IT governance is needed for the system that is currently running. His IT governance functions to assess how effective and efficient the system is and to produce output in the form of new SOP wich can be used as a reference based on PermenegPan R&B Nomor 35 tahun 2012 wich contains guideline for preparing standart opeations procedures for government administration. Thus the creation of SOP documents must be implemented immediately in order to improve the quality of performance, both personal and institutional.

Abstract

The development of information technology has also created various innovations, including in the government sector, such as the implementation of village head elections using the e-voting system. In this activity, the author acts as a village head election committee with the main task of preparing the Temporary Voter List (DPS) and preparing the Permanent Voter List (DPT). For the author, this activity is a form of community service activity. The stages of implementing village head elections include: formation of a committee, coordination meetings, registration and determination of village head candidates, voting via an e-voting system, announcement of results, and ending with the disbandment of the committee. The method of implementing service uses qualitative methods. The implementation of village head elections using the e-voting system in Magetan Regency ran in an orderly and safe manner.

Abstract

Child growth and development is a complex process and takes place as long as the child is in the period of growth and development. Every child has a different speed of growth and development depending on genetic and environmental factors. Early detection through DDTK is very necessary to find early children who experience growth and development deviations so that intervention can be carried out as early as possible, so that the growth and development deviations experienced do not become permanent disabilities. DDTK activities are not only carried out on children who are suspected of having problems, but must be carried out routinely on all toddlers and preschool children so that the child's growth and development is optimal. Based on this, DDTK needs to be carried out on preschool students. The results of the DDTK carried out on PAUD Laboratory School students at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University were found to be mostly normal, namely examination of body weight, height and head circumference. Likewise, the development assessment found that the majority of children had development that was appropriate to the child's age or normal. Many factors influence a child's growth and development. Not only genetics inherited from parents, external factors such as nutritional intake also play an equally important role. To obtain optimal growth and development status, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that influence flowering plants, especially for parents.

Abstract

Puhjajar is one of the villages in Papar District, Kediri Regency with the majority of the population making their living as producers of realizeyah crackers. They are members of associations, each of which consists of 11 craftsmen, where each craftsman has four to six members. The realizeyah crackers produced by the people of Puhjajar village are very famous among the cracker industry, especially in Kediri. In fact, in the marketing of these realizeyah crackers, they are sent outside Java and overseas. However, the problem arises as the market for realizeyah cracker products increases, namely that the realizeyah cracker producers have not been able to increase their production capacity. So there are often delays in delivery which can result in disappointing consumers. This happens because the production process is quite long, and raw materials are sometimes difficult to obtain. It was from this problem that the Nusantara University PGRI Kediri community service team tried to help solve the problems faced by producers by designing an automatic cracker cracker chopping machine. The results obtained after using this machine were an increase in production capacity, which initially only reached 80kg/day to around 350kg/day. Manufacturers are of course greatly helped by the existence of this chopping machine, they are ultimately able to meet the quite high market demand.

Abstract

Currently, the community, especially members of DWP UPT PSDA WS Brantas Kediri are facing an epidemic challenge againt non-communicable diseases, where the main risk factor is an unhealthy lifestyle. PTM which has the highest prevalence in DWP UPT PSDAWS Brantas Kediri namely hypertension, diabetes millitus, high uric acid and cholesterol, all of which cause strokes. Counseling and health screening are the initial stages of assessment for interventions against PTM risk factors. This PKM aims to conduct counseling and health screening to DWP UPT PSDA WS Brantas Kediri about the dangers and prevention of PTM. The implementation of this PKM is divided into two parts, namely health counseling and health screening and the number of members who take part in this activity is 80 person. The results of counseling and health screening that are most at risk of becoming NCDs are cholesterol as much as 17,1%; not exercising regularly 49%; history of stroke in the family as much as 11,3%; besides high blood pressure as much as 13,7%. This health counseling and screening provides health education and prevention efforts against deadly PTM, so it is very important to do this regularly with cross-sector collaboration to support the government in reducing the risk and increasing the prevalence of PTM.

Abstract

Abstract—Paralel series circuit thematic material is one of the materials that is difficult for elementary school (SD) students to understand because it requires direct understanding and application of paralel series material. At SD Negeri Pojok Kota Kediri the paralel series material is taught in class VI, the lack of learning media for this material causes students to have difficulty understanding the material. The aim of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to design and implement a paralel series trainer for elementary school students so that it is hoped that students will find it easy to understand and apply the series. This service activity produced 4 trainers, namely a series circuit trainer, a paralel circuit trainer, a combination switch circuit trainer, and a paralel series resistance interactive trainer. The results of applying the trainer show that 90% of students are able to apply circuits to series and paralel material using the series paralel circuit trainer.
