Abstract

Mental health according to law number 18 of 2014 concerning mental health is a condition in which an individual can develop physically, mentally, spiritually and socially so that the individual is aware of his own abilities, can cope with pressure, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution for the community. Mental health is very important to support the productivity and quality of physical health. Anyone can experience mental or psychiatric disorders. The prevalence of mental emotional disorders as indicated by symptoms of depression and anxiety at the age of 15 years and over reaches around 6.1% of the total population of Indonesia or the equivalent of 11 million people. The purpose of this community service is to increase and develop youth knowledge about mental health as a basic human right. Abstract

Dewasa ini kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi kepala sekolah dan guru sangat penting diperlukan guna menunjang kemajuan organisasi khususnya pada lembaga PAUD. Dalam kegiatan ini, kami selaku team kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melakukan kegiatan ke lembaga PAUD Gugus VI kecamatan Kertosono Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dalam kegiatan ini kami memberikan sasaran pada perihal kompentensi kepala sekolah dan guru, Penerapan Strategi STP, Peningkatan Tata Kelola Lembaga bidang Marketing. Metode yang digunakan oleh tim pengabdian ini yaitu berupa pengarahan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil evaluasi tim pengabdian masyarakat bahwa Lebih lanjut kami berharap pada kesempatan lain, organisasi PAUD GUGUS VI dapat mengambil langkah khusus terkait tindak lanjut apa yang sudah kami berikan hingga dapat meningkatkan kemajuan organisasi hingga diperoleh keberhasilan pada bidang kompentensi SDM, Penerapan Strategi STP dan Marketing

Abstract

The people of Slumbung Village, Ngadiluwih sub-district, are mostly sugarcane farmers. They use their land to plant sugar cane, so that the cane is very abundant. Therefore, many people use the sugar cane to be processed into Javanese sugar. Javanese sugar is currently the sugar that is needed by the community in addition to granulated sugar, many benefits can be obtained from brown sugar besides granulated sugar as an alternative to sweeteners in various processed dishes. After conducting several surveys of the people of Slumbung Village, Kec. Ngadiluwih Regency Our Kediri found several obstacles in marketing Javanese Sugar, the first of which was that they only marketed their products to traditional markets. Due to a lack of knowledge about online marketing, it sometimes makes their turnover decrease, even though if they are marketed online this can increase their turnover. The purpose of this PKM is to provide training on how to market products online, using marketplaces and social media, assisting partners until they can actually implement the training they have received.

Abstract

Teenagers have a proportion of 17% of the total population of Indonesia. Adolescence is a transition from children to adults between the ages of 10 till 18 years. Adequate access to information can help adolescents avoid the threats of today's youth. One effort to increase knowledge in counseling. This activity aims to increase adolescents' knowledge regarding reproductive health in Sepawon Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency. Activities carried out by the method of lectures, discussions and games. Activity evaluation is obtained by comparing the pre-test and post-test scores. The activity results showed an increase of 25% in adolescents' knowledge after participating in Adolescent Reproductive Health Extension activities. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that similar activities can be carried out routinely by involving various sectors, such as the government, health services, puskesmas and NGOs, so that adolescent development can take place optimally and avoid the current threat of youth.

Abstract

Javanese sugar at this time is also the sugar that is needed by society apart from granulated sugar, many benefits can be obtained from brown sugar besides granulated sugar as an alternative to sweeteners in various processed dishes. In Slumbung Village, many farmers plant sugarcane on their land, with so much sugarcane in Slumbung Village, therefore many people use the sugar cane to be processed into Javanese sugar. After conducting a survey on the average packaging of Javanese Sugar products, they were still not packaged properly so that Java Sugar could not last long. There is also no packaging design and it seems less attractive. It is hoped that if the packaging and product packaging design are more attractive it will help increase sales of community products in Slumbung Village, so that they can be marketed in the modern market. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1) to provide training on how to pack good products and make Javanese sugar products last a long time; 2) provide training on how existing designs will be used for product packaging; 3) accompany partners until they can actually implement the training they have received. This PKM activity is carried out for 6 months until the partners can actually implement the training that has been obtained.

Abstract

Pentol is one of the most popular snacks, from children to adults and even to old age. In terms of making pentol, it is a snack that requires a long process. Starting from grinding the meat, mixing it with spices and flour and the last is the pentol printing process. In general, pentol traders grind their meat in the market, namely at a public meat mill, but the mill is only open Monday to Saturday and holidays on Sundays. Apart from that, there are only two meat grinding places for pentol in the Rejotangan area, namely the the first is at Pasar Rejotangan and the second is at Pasar Panjerejo, the distance between the two mills is quite far, which is about 6 km so a long queue is needed to grind it, besides that it takes a long time to print pentols, it takes 2 hours to print 5 kg of dough dough. . This is a major problem in the pentol making process. To overcome this, a tool has been designed that can be used to make pentols, starting from grinding meat, mixing meat, and printing. So that this tool will ease and speed up the process of making pentol for pentol traders. The dedication activity was carried out for 1 year, while the handover of the tools was carried out on Wednesday December 14, 2022 at the house of a member of the pentol traders association.

Abstract

UMKM Omah Jenang Desa Gedang Sewu Kecamatan Pare merupakan sentra produksi jenang, wajik, madumongso, dan makanan-makanan tradisional lain yang sudah ada sejak tahun 1990. Santan adalah salah satu bahan utama dalam pembuatan masakan tersebut. untuk mempersiapkan santan, mereka membeli langsung santan jadi, yang tentu saja diperoleh dengan harga lebih mahal daripada jika melakukan penyiapan sendiri. Itupun juga masih dalam bentuk kelapa parut. Kemudian kelapa tersebut diperas secara manual. Salah satu solusi yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan mesin pemeras dan pemarut. Sehingga diharapkan bisa mempermudah pekerjaan. Selain itu juga diharapkan bisa mengoptimalkan pengeluaran untuk biaya produksi, yang akhirnya bisa meningkankan pendapatan UMKM. Alat yang dihibahkan ini merupakan alat pemarut dan pemeras kelapa yang terpasang dalam 1 rangkaian berkelanjutan, sehingga diberi nama “alat pemarut dan pemeras kelapa 2 in 1”. Alat ini mampu memarut dan memeras kelapa dengan kapasitas 20 kg/jam. Hasil perasan santan juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Dari hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, alat ini mampu memeras 1 kg kelapa parut murni tanpa tambahan air, hingga menghasilkan air kelapa 600-700 ml. Alat ini digerakkan menggunakan motor listrik dengan daya 450 watt. Dimensi alat Panjang 1m, lebar 30 cm dan ketinggian 70 cm.

Abstract

Accreditation is an activity to assess the feasibility of basic and secondary education units, and early childhood education and non-formal education units based on established criteria to provide quality assurance of education. Accreditation is useful as a reference in efforts to improve the quality and development of schools/madrasas. The method used for this accreditation visitation refers to the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument (IASP 2020). put emphasis on IASP2020 on measuring performance indicators with 4 main components, namely the quality of graduates, the ongoing learning process in schools/madrasas. This visitation was carried out for 2 days from 05 August 2022 to. August 6, 2022, at MIS Miftahul Aula, Jl. Husin Hamzah RT.05, Sebuai, Kec. Kumai, Kab. Kotawaringin Barat Prov. Central Kalimantan. Visitation activities are carried out through field observations, class observations, and interviews with madrasa residents in the context of verification, as well as validation of data and information provided by madrasah through accreditation instruments. After knowing the items that have a low score, suggestions and recommendations are prepared. These suggestions are in the framework of fostering, developing and improving the quality of schools/madrasah.

Abstract

Adolescence is a phase of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and emotional transition. This phase allows adolescents to experience with problems and stress. Problems and stress can be managed by self-coping management. This activity aims to determine students' stress levels and increase their understanding of coping management. The activity was carried out on November 29, 2022 at SMK PGRI 3, Kediri with 31 participans. Activities carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, and games. Activity evaluation is comparing pre and post test scores. The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge of 13% after being given counseling. This education must be carried out continuously so that students are truly able to understand and do it in everyday life. The school is expected to create a program to monitor student stress levels as well as an educational program on self-coping management.

Abstract

Abstrak—Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan melakukan pengenalan teknologi pembangkit listrik yang menggunakan energi baru terbarukan serta memanfaatkan cahaya matahari sebagai sumber energi di desa Lancangkuning, Kab. Bintan Kepulauan Riau. Hal ini dilakukan karena sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia memiliki potensi yang belum termanfaatkan berkaitan energi matahari sebagai energi alternatif yang bisa dikonversi menjadi energi listrik. Dan juga memberikan pemahaman kepada masayarakat melalui sosialisasi, bahawa membangun sebuah pembangkit listrik khususnya mini power plant tidak membutuhkan biaya yang besar, karena saat ini sudah banyak banyak pilihan (solar panel, baterai, solar charge controller dll) yang bisa digunakan dan harganya sudah sangat terjangkau. Dengan melakukan kegiatan ini juga diharapkan masyarakat dapat membangun sebuah pembangkit mini dengan harga murah, dan wilayah Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk membangun pembangkit berbasis energi baru terbarukan oleh masyarakat secara mandiri, khususnya pada off-grid system. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah sebuah prototype pembangkit listrik dengan kategori Mini Power Plant, yang di telah diujikan di salah satu pos ronda yang ada di desa Lancangkuning, dan juga pemehaman masayarakat sekitar berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan energi baru terbarukan (EBT), khususnya energi matahari.
