Abstract

Position analysis has a very important role in managing human resources, namely improving the insights, knowledge and performance of the organization to achieve the main objectives of the organization. From the results of the analysis of the position, the organization will be able to determine what kind of characteristics a prospective employee must have before occupying a position, the output is in the form of job specifications and job descriptions. The purpose of this study is to know and explain the magnitude of the influence of position analysis, on the achievement of employee performance. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. This research resulted in the finding that position analysis becomes one of the most important processes in achieving employee performance in a government organization or government agency. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the implementation of the Street Children Empowerment Program at the Probolinggo City Social Service and to find out what programs are related to street children empowerment carried out by the Probolinggo City Social Service. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type, this research method uses interviews and the sample is determined using observation and documentary techniques, data analysis of information collection, data reduction, data presentation at the final stage of drawing conclusions. The Probolinggo City Social Service has a strategy for dealing with street children such as providing guida to street children, increasing guidance to families of street children, skills for street children, namely through screen printing, sewing and computer training programs with this program being very beneficial for street children and street children have creativity. There is also a basic food assistance program for street children, namely assistance with sugar, cooking oil or other basic food assistance with this basic food assistance for the concern of the Probolinggo City Social Service for street children. This strategy was implemented in an effort to provide provisions for street children so that they can interact and have better ethics in society in accordance with decency. Abstract

One of the reasons why implementing a carbon tax in Indonesia is so necessary is because Indonesia is one of the largest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions in the world. Indonesia has received great attention because Indonesia is known as a tropical rain forest country with considerable biodiversity. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the Principles and Principles, Imposition of Carbon Tax Imposition in order to create a sense of justice and affordability for the community in carrying out obligations in taxation in Indonesia and to examine the Application of Implementation of Carbon Tax Collection already based on applicable legal provisions, namely the Law law No. 7 of 2021. The method used in this study is normative legal research, namely a legal research based on document studies, namely using legal sources in the form of laws and regulations, court decisions/decree, contracts/agreement/contracts, legal theory, and the opinion of scholars. Another name for normative legal research is doctrinal legal research, also known as library research or document study. The conclusion from this research is that the implementation of the imposition of carbon tax in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 7 of 2021. This carbon tax will be imposed on carbon emissions resulting from the consumption of goods that contain carbon emissions and/or from activities that produce carbon emissions. The basis for the imposition of a carbon tax is the amount of carbon emissions produced which will be determined by the relevant Ministry which has the authority and competence in this matter. Abstract

The behavior pattern that society expects of someone in a particular position is what is meant by the term "role." Job analysis frequently plays a significant role in an employee's performance within an institution or organization, particularly within the Regional Secretary of Probolinggo Regency. A job analysis is a process that involves a series of activities like parsing, distinguishing, and arranging things so that they can be regrouped in accordance with particular criteria in order to eventually fill vacant positions in an organization or institution. An institution or organization's job analysis will make it simpler for them to assign them to particular positions, which will later have an impact on employees' performance. The quantity and quality of work performed by employees in accordance with their responsibilities is what determines their level of performance. The level of performance of employees, both individually and collectively, has an impact on the organization's success or failure. Performance is measured using instruments developed in studies that rely on performance measures in general and then translated into fundamental behavioral assessments. Abstract

Copywriting is an important part of marketing through digital marketing. So, gacoan noodles also apply creative content in their marketing through copywriting. In creating creative content on his Instagram account, creativity is needed. This study aims to examine how to optimize digital marketing of mie gacoan through creative copywriting content on the @mie.gacoan account. This study used qualitative descriptive research methods and interview techniques with the Maintenance & Repair Manager who is also the Operational Incharge Handle at the Wiyung Surabaya branch of mie gacoan, as well as making observations on the @mie.gacoan account related to optimizing the digital marketing of mie gacoan through creative copywriting content on the @mie.gacoan account. The results show that the optimization of digital marketing of creative copywriting content to increase consumer buying interest has run optimally, because consumers feel more aware about the products and brands of gacoan noodles. And when the copywriting content related to the change of menu name and the issuance of a statement that gacoan noodles have obtained halal certification from MUI, making sales turnover and customers of gacoan noodles increase. Abstract

This research is a study of how the digital content process is formed on the social media accounts of the Lalita Sidoarjo beauty clinic in reaching consumers, considering that digital content during the digital era and especially during the COVID-19 pandemic is very much needed by an agency or company. In the world of journalism, we encounter what is called digital media, namely digital-based information and entertainment media or commonly called online. This digital content phenomenon is increasingly recognized by the general public when the emergence of content creators and causes many agencies and companies to use digital content to market or promote their interests. This study aims to determine the process of creating digital content flow and distributing it to Lalita beauty clinic consumers in order to have an impact on the clinic. By using descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques for this study using participant observation and documentation. Participant observation was carried out because the researcher also took part in the activities being observed. Documentation was carried out to find out the extent to which digital content was good and could be enjoyed by lalita consumers. Abstract

In every company basically requires good communication in an effort to achieve the goals to be achieved. Thus, to support smooth communication within the company, it is also necessary to be supported by a good organizational communication climate. The organizational communication climate also occurs at PT KAI (Persero) Daop 8 Surabaya. Organizational communication climate, with its existence, is so important in influencing the way of life of its members so that it has an influence on the productivity of its performance. This study aims to analyze the communication climate at PT KAI (Persero) Daop 8 Surabaya in increasing employee productivity through employee relations activities and to analyze the obstacles that occur in the communication climate. The research method used by researchers is a descriptive quantitative research method, by analyzing the communication climate at PT KAI (Persero) Daop 8 Surabaya. Based on the results of a crosstab analysis of 6 indicators of organizational communication climate according to Faules and Pace including, trust, shared decisions, honesty, listening in upward communication, openness in downward communication, and attention to high-performance goals, the average results are obtained for each indicator that the organizational communication climate on PT KAI Daop 8 Surabaya employee productivity is fairly good, namely 4.02 which indicates that the communication climate at PT. Abstract

The phenomenon of sexual violence always haunts society, especially Indonesian women. In connection with this phenomenon, the Indonesian Feminist Community as a community or network that spreads the ideology of feminism and gender equality makes this discourse a tool in building campaigns for the Sexual Violence Act (TPKS Law) and also provides efforts to understand the public. Based on the data that has been obtained, that in addition to being a forum for campaigning for the Law on Sexual Violence (TPKS Law) and also educating the public about the many forms of sexual violence. The Indonesian Feminist Community is also very good at utilizing social media, especially the Instagram platform to network with several other communities who are also campaigning for the Sexual Violence Act (UU TPKS) to help share these posts through the Indonesian Feminist Community's Instagram platform. Abstract

This study aims to provide information about the effectiveness of the personnel management information system at the Surabaya City Transportation Service. The benefits of this management information system research aim to make it easier for employees to find information about personal data. And with the management information system, work becomes more effective and efficient. The research method used is a qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and documentation, the researcher will examine the object of his study by holding direct interactions with informants. The focus of the research used in this study is how the effectiveness of the Surabaya Transportation Agency's personnel management information system is analyzed using 2 variables to measure the effectiveness of the management information system, namely innovative applications and information resources. The research location which is the place for the author to conduct research is the Surabaya City Transportation Service. The results showed that the Management Information System is very important for the employees of the Surabaya City Transportation Service because the work becomes more effective and efficient. Abstract

The purpose of this research to describe the participation of village communities in the preparation of APBDes in Mertani Village, Karanggeneng District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and the data analysis used in this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation, and library studies. The informants in this study consisted of 6 (six) people who were considered to be able to provide detailed information on community participation in the preparation of the village income and expenditure budget. Through the results of research conducted by researchers using the theory of Cohen and Uphoff, it shows that community participation in the preparation of the village income budget, namely: (1) Participation in decision making, the community is involved in the preparation of the APBDes by expressing their opinions, conveying ideas and ideas, and also the village government considering even programs that are planned to be carried out by the village government are discussed once a year at the village development planning meeting (2) Participation in implementation, the existence of a mutual cooperation attitude of the village community in implementing the APBDes program (3) Participation in taking benefits, the village government using self-management that utilizes Mertani Village community.
