GEMASSIKA: jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat diharapkan dapat menjadi media untuk menyampaikan temuan, inovasi dan penerapan teknologi ilmiah dibidang kesehatan yang didukung oleh para praktisi di bidang kesehatan. GEMASSIKA: jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun ( Mei dan Nopember ) oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Aisyiyah Surakarta. Redaksi mengundang para pemerhati kesehatan untuk menuangkan gagasan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis research dalam rangka meningkatkan profesional diri dan tanggung jawab terhadap pendidikan bangsa. Jurnal ini terbit pertama bulan November tahun 2017 dengan identitas terbitan Vol 1 No 2 (2017) sebagai syarat pengajuan E-ISSN. GEMASSIKA: jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan jurnal peer reveiwer dan open acces journal yang berfokus pada kesehatan. <![CDATA[Latar belakang; Program Generasi Berencana (Genre) merupakan program untuk menyiapkan remaja agar memiliki perencanaan kehidupan berkeluarga dan masa depannya. Perlu dirancang metode lain seperti simulasi permainan berbasis tekhnologi sehingga lebih efektif dan tidak monoton. Mitra PKM adalah PIK-R MAN 2 Yogyakarta yang merupakan salah salah satu dari 5 Sekolah yang sudah menerapkan program Genre-Kit. Tujuan PKM; mengoptimalkan penggunaan Inovasi Aplikasi Game Edukasi Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi “Si Muka Kasep†untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Metode Pelaksanaan PKM; a) sosialisasi dan koordinasi kegiatan PKM bersama Mitra, b) membuat inovasi Aplikasi game edukasi berbasis Android “Si Muka Kasepâ€, c) melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan Aplikasi “Si Muka Kasepâ€Â di MAN 2 Yogyakarta dengan guru BK, pendidik sebaya atau konselor sebaya.Hasil PKM; terciptanya Aplikasi “Si Muka Kasepâ€Â disertai dengan buku panduan kesehatan reproduksi dan video tutorial penggunaan aplikasi “Si Muka Kasepâ€Â dan dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta pelatihan yang awalnya nilai pretest dengan rata-rata 18,5 meningkat menjadi rata-rata nilai post test 24,33.Simpulannya tenciptanya Inovasi Aplikasi game edukasi “Si Muka Kasep†beserta buku panduan meningkatkan kompetensi (Pengetahuan dan Ketrampilan) guru BK, Pendidik Sebaya/Konselor Sebaya dan Siswa setelah pelatihan dilaksanakan. ]]>

<![CDATA[COVID-19 pandemic become a global issue which affected various aspects especially health sector. Every health facility in Indonesia is conducted to focus on the COVID-19 cases, in consequent, the non COVID-19 matter is being disregarded such as maternal problem.Puskesmas Depok II, kabupaten Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta is the objective of this society program due to Sleman has the highest number of cases among other district in D.I. Yogyakarta. This program collaborated with SEKOCI (Sekolah Komplementer Cinta Ibu) a group of mothers or future mothers in Puskesmas Depok II area.The program activity started by revising the Buku ASIP which written before by adding some information about health protocol for maternal in pandemic COVID-19. The new revision is collaborated with Puskesmas Depok II midwife. Dissemination by online and offline is done after the book is printed and ready to distribute to member of SEKOCI from Puskesmas Depok II and all over Indonesia. Moreover, an online survey is conducted to measure the book’s benefit.The survey result shows that Buku ASIP give enough information to the user especially in pandemic condition.]]>

<![CDATA[Saat ini tempe sebagai sumber protein nabati mulai digemari oleh masyarakat di semua kalangan dan suku tanpa memandang golongan sosial ekonomi. Namun hasil olahan tempe cenderung kurang bervariasi. Kegiatan ini merupakan tahapan akhir setelahh lomba menciptakan menu olahan tempe. Tujuan: kegiatan ini menghasilkan produk olahan tempe yang inovatif.  Hasil: para peserta menciptakan dan mengolah tempe menjadi produk inovatif antara lain siomay tempe pelangi, cookies tempe, tempe kreasi Pamia, gelamai tempe tepung mocaf, Fermented Soybean Dessert Box. Peserta yang ikut adalah warga masyrakat yang telah mendapatkan edukasi dan mengumpulkan resep hasil olahan tempe. Rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menambah keterampilan ibu ibu di Kecamatan Sukaraja untuk menghasilkan produk olahan tempe yang inovatif. Diharapkan ibu-ibu dapat menghasilkan produk dan sangat berpotensi untuk dijadikan usaha baru yang kekinian dan diminati oleh masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Anemia is a condition in which the hemoglobin (Hb) value in the blood is less than normal. Anemia conditions occur in many children, affecting the development of organs, decreased concentration and learning achievement of children, and endurance. This service program aims to increase knowledge and form cadres of anemia aware mothers (BUDARMI) in the RA Afkaaruna school environment. The community service method uses the Quasy experimental non-control group design method by filling out a pre-test and post-test knowledge questionnaire. The program targets are parents (n=20), given education/counseling on Anemia topics including; definition, etiology, risk factors, prevention, and healthy food ingredients to prevent anemia. After receiving education, the BUDARMI cadres, who are the parents of students, are trained to select and create healthy eating menus to prevent anemia for children. The level of knowledge of program targets was analyzed descriptively and presented as a percentage. This service program showed that 60% of mothers had a good experience with anemia, and 40% were moderate; BUDARMI cadres have been formed within RA Afkaaruna who can select and create healthy menus to prevent anemia in children. ]]>

<![CDATA[Background: The increase in the number of cases of Covid 19 causes a sense of worry and anxiety in the community of partner groups. Vaccines held by the government have not covered all circles. The results of a survey conducted in Kemiri, Kebakkramat found that there were several who had confirmed Covid 19. The solution for the anxiety and worries experienced by the community was a promotive model, namely by socializing the treatment of the Prophet SAW during the Covid 19 Pandemic to increase body immunity. Results: The targets in this study were the mothers of PKK Kebakkramat members. The output produced through this program is an increase in public knowledge about the medicine of the Prophet SAW. Methods: What is used is health education or socialization about the medicine of the Prophet SAW. which was attended by 19 people. The implementation is at the house of the local RT head. Results: This socialization received a positive and good response from the mothers of PKK Kemiri Kebakkramat members and there was a significant increase in knowledge of the mothers of PKK members about the treatment of the Prophet or Tibbun Nabawi. Conclusion: This outreach received a positive and good response from the target and there has been an increase in knowledge on the target about the treatment of the Prophet or Tibbun Nabawi. so that it can be applied in daily life to increase individual and family immunity during the COVID-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[Factor Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) play an important role in determining degree of human health. PHBS can be interpreted as any behavior that is implemented consciously as a result of learning, which forms a person, family and community can be independent in the field of health and participate in realizing public health. In line with the health promotion center's report which states that 75% of public health is formed from healthy environments and PHBS. The implementation method was conducted counseling about PHBS in Nurul Karomah Peterongan Galis after which a questionnaire was given about PHBS. The results are the PHBS Habits of students Mostly good (66.67%), adolescent knowledge of PHBS Mostly good (77.19%), the role of teachers in PHBS Partly good (50.88%), the role of parents in good PHBS activities (63.16%) and the role of health personnel is all good (100%). In conclusion, implementation of PHBS in Nurul Karomah Peterongan Galis is good and has received support from teachers, parents and health workers.]]>

<![CDATA[The Healthy Indonesia Program is one of the government's flagship programs to create healthy families, in determining a healthy family it can be seen from the 12 indicators of a healthy family. Problems that arise in healthy families can be solved with the PIS-PK approach. The purpose of this community service is to be able to solve PIS_PK problems through community participation by developing local potential and resources in achieving healthy urban villages in the new normal period. The methods used in this community service include providing education and assistance, making IT-based educational media and developing potential and local resources related to PIS-PK and the management of Covid-19. The result of this community service is that most of the knowledge of the people of kurao pagang, surao gadang and desert laweh is high after the intervention. The development of local potential and resources has been carried out by making masks at the embroidery tailor convection and distributing masks in Surau Gadang, desert laweh and kurao pagang.]]>

<![CDATA[The specific immune system has the ability to recognize objects that are considered foreign to itself. The first foreign object that appears in the body is immediately recognized by the specific immune system, which will sensitize the immune system. The immune system has three main functions, namely the function of being able to recognize and distinguish various molecular targets and also have a specific response, the ability to distinguish between self-antigens and foreign antigens, and the ability through previous experience of contact with pathogens. foreign substances react faster and faster than the first contact. The method used is the health education method, efforts to increase body immunity in preventing COVID-19 in Jati Village, Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency, and carried out in March 2021. The results of the evaluation after the counseling were that most of the participants understood the problems they were experiencing. There was a change and an increase in the knowledge of the participants from the respondents' knowledge level of good (41%), sufficient (56%) and less (3%) then after counseling there was a change in the level of knowledge from good to (71%) and sufficient knowledge level (29%)]]>

<![CDATA[The aging process in the elderly has an effect on the decline of various functions of body systems. The increase in the number of the elderly population is something that needs to be watched out for this can result in an increase in the incidence of non-contagious chronic conditions, an increase in morbidity and disability. The aging process that occurs in the elderly is also related to various problems in the elderly. The development of technology and creativity in the field of physiotherapy leads to develop community service programs in the field of geriatric physiotherapy. Community service with the theme of knowing and preparing succesfull ageing aims to develop, maintain and restore body movement and function in the elderly. The method used in this service is to increase the knowledge of elderly cadres about the preparations that need to be known in realizing succesfull ageing when entering old the knowledge gained by elderly cadres in this activity is expected to be applied and change the behavior of elderly people in order to realize full ageing success. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT Background: The high morbidity rate due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes COVID- 19 disease which is exacerbated by a history of comorbidities, especially hypertension and diabetes mellitus in the people of Mojogeneng Village. For this reason, this community service aims to explain the Covid-19 comorbid disease and assistance in efforts to identify the high risk of Covid-19 comorbid disease in health cadres. Methods: Socialization, counseling, training and assistance in an effort to identify the high risk of comorbid covid- 19 disease with a target of 25 health cadres. Results: The results of the knowledge value of cadres about the comorbid covid-19 disease with the provisions of 80%, the results of the skills of cadres with the provisions of 90%, the results of identifying people who have comorbid diseases with the provisions of 98% and the results of the people who carry out disease control by visiting health services and routine treatment with the provisions of 99% Discussion: This community service is proven that with counseling, training, and mentoring health cadres can change the knowledge and skills of health cadres in an effort to identify high risks of comorbid Covid-19 disease.
