Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hasil pembelajaran jarak jauh dampak pandemi Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) terhadap perkembangan kognitif siswa di sekolah dasar. Data survei  untuk mengaktifkan metode ini yakni berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari berbagai sumber. Sebagai hasil penelitian dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang berlangsung menimbulkan akibat sekolah akan diliburkan dan pembelajaran akan dilakukan secara online atau dari jarak jauh, ini mengarah kepada masalah kognitif pada anak. Anak-anak  belajar mandiri di rumah memang merepotkan karena anak merasa kesepian,tidak seperti biasanya, anak-anak dapat belajar dengan guru dan teman di sekolah, tetapi anak-anak kini perlu belajar mandiri di tempat tinggal mereka. Anak-anak bosan ketika harus diam, sehingga mereka benar-benar merasa stres . Kehidupan yang monoton karena selalu di rumah bahkan untuk belajar dalam jangka panjang membuat anak-anak lebih emosi/moody. Anak-anak sering mengubah emosi mereka sesuai dengan keadaan pikiran mereka.  Setelah peneliti selesai dalam melakukan penelitian ini maka hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa dampak belajar pada masa pademi saat ini ternyata berdampak kurang baik dan bisa dikatakan negatif dimana banyak anak yang mengeluh akan ketidak pahaman mereka dengan kegiatan belajar yang berlangsung hal itu disebabkan karena anak hanya belajar dari rumah dan tidak merasakan kegiatan belajar yang lebih nyata hal itu diketahui dari banyaknya keluhan saat belajar dari rumah seperti tidak mengerti dan paham akan materi yang telah diajarkan oleh guru karena penjelasan tidak eksklusif seperti saat belajar di sekolah.

Abstract

The principal's leadership has and plays a very important role in determining the level of teacher job satisfaction in the school he leads. Job satisfaction contains aspects of physical, psychological, and work environment. The leader's attention to subordinates can determine the level of job satisfaction. Management psychology in leadership is very important in increasing teacher job satisfaction. This study discusses how the principal's leadership in increasing teacher job satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive research method, data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results obtained in this study are teacher satisfaction at MA Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam towards the work created by the leadership with the principal and the teacher's motivation to work. One of the factors that greatly affects teacher job satisfaction at MA Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam is the leadership of the principal. Leadership support for job satisfaction is needed and needs to be created in schools, so that teachers can work with high morale, discipline, enthusiasm, dedication and live their profession

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal in improving the performance of SD Muhammadiyah Karangturi Yogyakarta teachers, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the performance of SD Muhammadiyah Karangturi Yogyakarta teachers. This research uses qualitative research with narrative-analytic method. To receive data, researchers go directly to the field (field research). In analyzing the data, the researcher gradually used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Also analyze the performance of teacher researchers using data indexing techniques. The results of this survey indicate that the principal in carrying out his duties as the chief executive of this forum has a positive effect on improving the performance of the teachers of SD Muhammadiyah Karangturi. It is clear that (a) teachers are ready to implement the new curriculum. (b) Teachers use more creative and innovative teaching strategies. (c) Teachers can assess student learning outcomes against relevant curriculum requirements, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. (d) Teachers not only teach material but also moral responsibility.

Abstract

Parents are the first educators for their children who have the obligation to guide, protect and raise children. Its existence is very important, so that the role of parents becomes the basis in the formation of the child's personality and has an influence on socio-emotional development. This effort can be realized, if parents apply the right parenting style, because parenting affects this development. For this reason, it is necessary to have a better understanding of parents' social-emotional development of children, so that children's social-emotional development develops well and is accepted in the community. The method used is the library method. The results of this discussion indicate that in raising children, parents have different opinions in educating children. There are 3 types of parenting, namely democratic, authoritarian and permissive. These three parenting styles have different impacts on children's socio-emotional development. Where democratic parenting has many positive impacts, while authoritarian and permissive parenting has many negative impacts. For this reason, it is recommended that parents apply this "democratic parenting style in educating their children."

Abstract

Growth can be defined as an increase in size (physical) or a quantitative change. In the material as a result of environmental influences. This quantitative change can be an enlargement or increase from nothing, from small to large, from small to many and so on. While the term development is part of a qualitative process. Changes that refer to the quality of function of physical organs, not the physical organs themselves. In other words, the emphasis on the meaning of development lies in the improvement of psychological functions brought about by the physical organs. This theoretical analysis technique involves interpretation using a qualitative approach (critical reasoning). So the development of students, especially those who are in transition from childhood to adolescence and from adolescence to adulthood, affects many lines of life processes, including the learning process. From this it can be concluded, when students go through a period called the period of growth and development, they are very vulnerable to problems that will later affect their learning process at school. So before knowing how the problems are, the more important thing is to understand the concepts in the growth and development of students.

Abstract

Media is a tool that can help the learning process. The use of learning media is considered to be able to help achieve the learning process. The use of learning media during a pandemic like this is much in demand, learning media which are included as learning resources other than teachers are considered to be able to answer challenges and problems that often occur in the learning process, including social studies learning that uses learning media as a tool of the learning process itself. The use of learning media is also expected to be able to improve student learning outcomes and achievement and students' understanding of social studies learning.

Abstract

The development and management of Islamic educational institutions in achieving excellence is a matter that needs to be constantly updated and improved so that education continues to exist in responding to the challenges of the times and the needs of the wider community and the industrial world. Because education is believed to be the main foundation in building the civilization of a nation, its quality must be maintained in order to produce superior, noble and competitive governance and graduates. This study aims to reveal the position and role of quality assurance of Islamic education in Islamic religious higher education institutions. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies at SMA N 1 Serbajadi. The results of this study indicate that the Quality Assurance of Islamic Education in SMA N 1 Serbajadi has not been fully running well and the elements in quality assurance such as education personnel, educational facilities and infrastructure, curriculum and evaluation have also not run fully in order to produce professional governance, the quality and quality of graduates who are absorbed in the community, humane services to produce outcomes in accordance with the mandate of the Act.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the involvement of parents in developing early childhood process skills. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in the Generation Amanah Kindergarten. Sampling was based on purposive sampling with 8 parents as research subjects. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, observations, field notes and video recordings. Questionnaires, observation sheets and interview guidelines were used in data collection. The data were analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data and concluding. The results showed that being together more than 12 hours a day, then accompanying children in learning, becoming discussion partners, providing learning facilities, and helping them solve problems, can develop children's process skills.
