Abstract

Digital control system PI based on microcontroller AT 89S52 is made to control the speed of DC motor. Users can interact via keypad and LCD panel. This control system limits the positive control signal (saturation). The digital PI is a process of a program executed by using a computer, by entering a set point value (SP) then the data will be processed using a predefined PI setting, until the corresponding procces variable (PV) is obtained so that the error is equal to 0, or Set point value = Process variable. Steady state errors that occur due to the restriction (saturation) by using a quarter-second sampling time.

Abstract

To detach two or more conductors which have voltage in electrical power system, it is needed an insulation, then among conductors which have voltage do not occur electricity sputtering. Oil is an insulation material which muchused to insulate and refrigerate the high voltage electrical tools. Oil insulator is an liquid insulation which derived from petroleum or crude oil which specifically processed until having characteristics as an insulator, but nowdays theworld development demands for safe and eco-friendly products to decrease the effects of global warming. This condition opens the opportunity to use renewable energy which derived from vegeTabel oil. The breakdown voltagetest of curcas liquid oil insulation materials at various electrode using transformator gulf oil as comparator, it aims to study insulation power of curcas oil towards the breakdown voltage with various temperature and gap spacing. Basedon the result of the test, it shows that the breakdown voltage of curcas oil dielectric has the highest point, then it is possible to be developed being transformator insulation oil.

Abstract

Wave propagation through an air transmission medium is important for the smooth mobile communications, because the signal is distributed by the air transmission medium to be received by the recipient is affected by the contours of the earth , media reflection , the obstacle and the distance and the possibilities that can not be predicted appearance and inhibit the signal transmission process is in progress. Important to take into account pathloss signals that occur along the transmission line , because it affects the quality of the signal to be received . In determining the loss signal propagation model is used in accordance with the COST 231 for 1800 MHz 4G LTE frequency.In this study calculated pathloss signal 4G LTE with distance variation antena transmitter (E node B) to the receiver (mobile station ) is 1 km, 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, 20 km, with a height of antena transmitter 24 meter . From the results of the calculation, the greater the distance between the transmitter antena towards the receiver pathloss value is the greater of 138.8853 Db to 175.4915 dB. Meanwhile, if the receiver antena height is enlarged to the distance d between the eNodeB with MS remain the pathloss value to decrease. The greater the value of pathloss the received signal quality will decline and otherwise

Abstract

People with special needs need to get equality in the use of technology. One is technological tools such as a calculator to count. Calculator is a tool for human arithmetic, but in reality not all the calculators can be used in humans. Lack of facilities for blind persons is difficult for them in the process of calculations using the calculator. Need to develop a calculator that can petrify blind persons to perform the calculation process. By using the voice of the speaker via a series of ISD 2590, ATmega16 as the main control, 4x4 keypad as number operations, 2x16 LCD as a viewer of the results of operations of numbers, and Braille, it creates tools for the blind count. From the results of testing the system as a whole, these tools can only perform number operations as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. This tool can also operate for the fractions and round.

Abstract

Docking electronic devices with information technology has been growing very rapidly both with notebook brand, price and specifications of various kinds. Notebook particular laptop has been progressing quite rapidly at this time. Both in terms of hardware, software, and design and specifications offered. This can be demonstrated by the high sales results Notebook in stores Lhokseumawe. Consumers today are not motivated by only one kind of note book in circulation, but can choose more than one in choosing and have the electronic devices. Based on the number of products presented to consumers, ranging from the brand, the hardware specifications, the types of notebooks, and functional from the notebook, consumers are confused when assigning a laptop to be purchased. This shows that when buying a notebook should be tailored to the needs of consumers. the criteria used is the price, screen, processor, vga, memory and hard drive. Difuzzifikasi value is the price. Process models fuzzification stage is inclusion criterion value, the value fuzzification price and value are not in fuzzifikaasi, the second stage of calculating the value of the normalization matrix, revenue weight value, and the final calculation of the value of the preference. The results of the model simple addictive fuzzy weighting in the selection of electronic goods is the highest value of each consumer in choosing a notebook electronic goods.

Abstract

Rice crop fertilization activities generally rely on based traditional of spray equipment. Their methods have used the influence of the traditional farmer on impact rice production. However, the problem facing paddies can touch by the farmer. In this research is providing the latest solutions with the application of modern vehicle technology UAV aircraft based on multirotor type (i.e., quadcopter). By quadcopter, brings appliance contains liquid fertilizer one compost can be spread through the air. The system of mutually connected between spray tube device and vehicle of quadcopter can be controlled the autonomous operate from a home based. The quadcopter can be brought liquid fertilizer to 1000 ml with two sprayers. Also, the research is a comparison of time and become discharge liquid fertilizer of the effectiveness this work on paddies farming.

Abstract

In this research, a web-based information systems and database applications for charging and preparation Accreditation Forms of the Study Program (Book III-A) in Electrical Engineering Study Program University of Bangka Belitung. The information system accreditation forms of the study program are manufactured with an integrated system with web applications as interactive media and database as data storage media. Web applications and databases can be used as templete to describe the performance of a study program and can be used to document the internal environment to the needs of the process of accreditation. This application contains a accreditation forms of the study program process, which consists of seven existing standards in Accreditation Forms of the Study Program (Book III-A). Given this information system, the charging process Accreditation Forms of the Study Program has been done manually which is so difficult and time consuming can now be done more easily, practical, and everyone can participate in filling the form so that the work in filling out accreditation forms to be faster , This information system also makes it a team of assessors in the assessment of the document because it can be accessed online.

Abstract

Electrical energy requirements increase as population growth and technological development. Increased triggered also by the rate of energy demand growth of 6.86% annually. Energy needs largely derived from non-renewable energy which has its limitations and is not environmentally friendly. Therefore we need a renewable energy alternative and environmentally friendly. One such alternative is the use of solar energy as a power plant that was converted by solar panels. To do with it, this study aims to determine the potential for, contributions and aspects of the cost of solar energy as a power plant in a residential neighborhood Serang Cilegon. The results showed that the development and implementation of SPP in an open area can generate a total capacity 84971.481 kWp. The greatest potential in the residential Highland Park with a capacity of 50370.802 kWp that have an energy conversion amounted to 36,707,706 kWh / year. While the supply of energy 33750047 kWh / year will be able to contribute to meet all the needs of the household burden. While in Pondok Cilegon Indah residential area with a capacity of 123.032 kWp with a conversion of energy 98387 kWh / year. Energy supply 90 452 kWh / year to contribute 0.76% of the burden of households. PLTS investment with life project for 25 years for a return on investment costs takes as long as 25 years and 1 month as of the beginning of the project so as not feasible investment.
