Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and transactional leadership style on job satisfaction of PDAM Tirtanadi Medan employees. To find out whether organizational justice moderates the effect of employee engagement and transactional leadership style on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. The total population in this study amounted to 266 people, and by using the Slovon formula, a sample of 144 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA. The results showed that employee engagement and transactional leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan. Organizational justice weakens employee engagement and strengthens transactional leadership style on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan

Abstract

This study aims to examine internal and external factors on purchasing decisions at Teko Healthy Resto. The object of this research is Teko Healthy Resto consumers. The basis of the selection of this sample is the interview method. The data applied in this study are primary data, data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. According to the results and conclusions, the understanding shows that: (1)Consumers feel very impressed and they like the atmosphere in Teko healthy Resto suits them. (2)Perception of some consumers, Teko Healthy Resto is a restaurant selling a variety of food at a slightly expensive price, cleanliness of the place is maintained and a good place with sufficient facilities.(3)That most consumers visit Teko Healthy Resto are customers who already know Teko Healthy Resto.(4)Vegetarian food brings positive things to customers. This matter can once provide motivation for those who want to pay attention to the body.(5)Teko Healthy Resto can attract consumers with its design and stunning interiors.(6)Teko Healthy Resto, has a good level of social class. So it fits for today's lifestyle, namely young people.(7)Teko Healthy Resto has a well-known name in the audience. Consumers who have never visited also become curious. (8) The facilities provided by Teko Healthy Resto, Medan are sufficient 2satisfying. However, there are a few things to note again such as gloves and some food courts.

Abstract

UD. Kita Maju is a company engaged in the property sector and has done a lot of housing developments, especially in the city of Kisaran. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions at UD Kita Maju (Surya Mas Housing Complex).The research method that the authors use in this study is a quantitative method, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables and determine their effect. The total population in this study were 30 consumers of the Surya Mas housing complex.From the results of the determination coefficient, it can be seen that the R Square value (R2) or the determination coefficient obtained is 0.558, meaning that the Purchase Decision variable can be explained by the Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction variables of 55.8% while the remaining 44.2% is influenced by other factors that come from from outside this research model such as consumer loyalty and consumer trust. the results of partial hypothesis testing using the t-test, it is known that the Product Quality variable has a tcount (3,743) > ttable (2.048) with a significant level of 0.001 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a partially significant positive effect between Product Quality on Buying decision. Customer satisfaction has a tcount (2.651) > ttable (2.048) with a significant level of 0.013 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a partially significant positive effect between customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction have Fcount (17,056) > Ftable (3.34) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a partially significant positive effect between Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of consumer behavior and product design on purchasing decisions of Asus notebooks at PT. Primajaya Multi Technology, Medan. The object of this research is the consumers of PT. Primajaya Multi Technology, Medan. The basis for selecting this sample is the non-probability sampling method using the accidental sampling technique. The data applied in this study are primary data, data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The percentage of consumer behavior (X1) to purchasing decisions (Y) is 11.9%. This proves that consumer behavior affects the performance of purchasing decisions by 11.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.The percentage of product design (X2) to purchasing decisions (Y2) is 52.4%. This proves that Product Design affects the performance of purchasing decisions by 52.4% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.The percentage of consumer behavior (X1) and product design (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 57%. This proves that Consumer Behavior and Product Design affect the performance of purchasing decisions by 57% and the rest are influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy for improving the image of service quality at Cemara Asri Fruit Market. The research method used by researchers is descriptive-qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using primary and secondary data, namely leaders at Cemara Asri Pasar Buah and also visiting customers. And the research data was also obtained from previous research, books, and internet sources. This data was collected through observation and structured interviews. Researchers use source triangulation to check the validity of research data. Data analysis in this study uses three components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the quality of public services at Cemara Asri Pasar Buah has implemented the Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions and their indicators. However, there are several indicators that have not gone according to the wishes of the community, including the discipline of employees in serving, namely not focusing on serving customers quickly, precisely, and dexterously.

Abstract

Company officials realize that sustainability issues will be very beneficial in facing today's business competition. Garnier is one of the top three brands chosen by Indonesian consumers, which implements sustainability through the Garnier Green Beauty program. This research aims to analyze how Garnier green products, green promotion, and green perceived value partially and simultaneously affect millennial purchasing intentions in Medan by using a quantitative form with an associative approach. The samples were taken with a purposive sampling technique and used 100 respondents. The data were obtained by primary data and secondary data. The methods of data analysis that were used are validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumptions tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that Garnier green product, green promotion, and green perceived value partially and simultaneously influence millennial purchasing intention of products in Medan. The coefficient test of determination with an R-value is 0.809. The Adjusted R Square value showed that the green product, green promotion, and green perceived value can explain the purchase intention by 64.3%, while the remaining 35.7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of advertising attractiveness on purchasing decisions for fashion products on students who use the Tiktok Shop feature on the Tiktok application, analyze the effect of product prices on purchasing decisions for fashion products on students who use the Tiktok Shop feature on the Tiktok application, and analyze the effect of advertising attractiveness and product prices simultaneously on purchasing decisions for fashion products for students using the TikTok Shop feature on the Tiktok application in the city of Medan. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all students using the TikTok Shop feature on the Tiktok application in the city of Medan. The sample of this study was selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data obtained from the distribution of Google form questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from books and articles as well as previous research related to this research. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and determination test. TThe results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of advertising (X1) and product prices (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The attractiveness of advertising and product prices also has a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Abstract

Tiktok Shop which is a new feature of Tiktok, has very large sales, the popularity of Tiktok at this time has spread in various countries in the world. this study aims to analyze the influence of price, perceived ease of Use, and e-wom on purchasing decisions on the Tiktok Shop application. the research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The results showed that the price and perception of ease of use significantly affect the purchase decision. Meanwhile E-WOM has no significant effect against the purchase decision. But the price, the perception of ease of use, and e-WOM influence together (simultaneously) to the purchase decision.

Abstract

To find out the marketing strategy of higher education in increasing the number of prospective new students in each academic year, with research locations at Budi Darma University. Market competition in the world of education is getting tougher, so it requires a marketing strategy in recruiting new students. To ensure that the Budi Darma University College is in demand by prospective students who will enter higher education, the marketing strategy implemented is to instill confidence in students that the college they enter is the right college to continue their studies to a higher level. The subject of this research is the New Student Admissions Committee (PMB), Academic and Student Affairs Section of Budi Darma University, This research uses a descriptive research type and a qualitative approach with data sources obtained from primary and secondary data that are relevant to the problems studied. Data collection techniques were used by means of observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results that can be seen from the higher education marketing carried out by Budi Darma University are the increasing number of new students entering Budi Darma University every new academic year. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of work discipline and work productivity on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional I Belawan. This type of research is quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were 36 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression statistical analysis and uses the t test, f test and the coefficient of determination, while the instrument test uses validity and reliability tests with the help of SPSS version 26. Based on the results of this study indicate that work discipline and work productivity simultaneously ( f) test affects employee performance by using a significance of 0.000 <0.05 to obtain an F count of 78. 587 > from the value of F table 3.28. While partially (t test) shows that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a t count of 3.268 > t table of 2.034, the test is carried out using a sig value of 0.003 <0.05. While the work productivity variable shows that there is a significant influence on employee performance with a t value of 3,400 > t table value of 2.034.
