KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Fokusnya adalah menerbitkan makalah tentang sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Makalah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus merupakan artikel asli, hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan ditinjau oleh reviewer. Abstract

The President addressed this issue in his speech. This study seeks to determine how Bandung PKB party cadres responded to President Joko Widodo's second inaugural address's discussion of bureaucratic reform. This investigation employs the encoding-decoding theory and a constructivist methodology. The data collection technique for this qualitative study is in-depth interviews. This study classifies audience reception into three distinct categories: dominant-hegemony, negotiations, and opposition. The results of in-depth interviews indicate that each informant interprets the content of the speech differently. The differing perspectives of the five informants demonstrate this. One informant holds the Hegemony-Dominant position, two hold the Negotiation position, and the remaining two hold the Opposition position.

Abstract

Robotics Education Center is a company engaged in education that aims to improve the mechanical and motor skills of children. In the management of absence, Robotics Education Center employees have problems in managing attendance data. Robotics Education Center requires a long process in processing attendance data in and out so that errors occur in making reports. Therefore a new system was made to make it easier to do attendance data processing, to reduce data input errors on the report. The web-based system includes employee data, position data, and employee attendance data. The researcher developed the system using the SDLC method and the Prototype model. The results of this study are the employee attendance system that can be used by the Harapan Indah Robotics Education Center, and has been tested using black box testing to find out the functions of the system can run as expected.

Abstract

Social media is not only used to connect and interact with other people, but also to communicate online marketing efforts by businesses. Instagram is one of the most popular social media platforms for marketing communications, and the @Shoppingin dong account is one of the users who use Instagram for marketing communication purposes. The purpose of this research is to find out more about how @Shoppingin dong, an online retailer using Instagram, conducts its marketing communications. This study collects data by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. @Shopping dong utilizes Instagram post photos, comments, captions, captions, hashtags, and business profiles for marketing communication purposes, as determined by data analysis.

Abstract

PT PJB UP Muara Karang has a social responsibility to create corporate business sustainability by supporting the creation of social sustainability and preserving the environment. Therefore, the PR of PT PJB UP Muara Karang carries out a social activity program, namely integrated sewing houses as a source of income in Muara Angke. This study seeks to determine the Role of PT PJB UP Muara Karang's Public Relations in its Corporate Social Responsibility Program to Develop the Sewing House Program (Sangkrini). In this study, the authors employed a descriptive qualitative research method, utilizing informants as data sources, and interviewing procedures to obtain data. Interviews were conducted with three informants, including the Public Relations CSR officer of PT PJB Up Muara Karang and the CDO of Muara Karang. The results indicate that the role of public relations has performed admirably and optimally in delivering benefits for the moms in the Muara Angke region so that they can earn their own money and receive support in the field of community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, and online brand community on brand attitude for compass shoes located in DKI Jakarta. This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires directly to respondents or through Google forms. The sample of this study was 150 respondents who were respondents who knew the brand of compass shoes, had bought a compass shoe for the first time in 2020 and knew the compass brand from the online compass community, @ temancompass.co on Instagram. The results of observations were analyzed with data analysis techniques used are multiple regression and it can be concluded that product quality has a influence on brand attitude, online brand community has a influence on brand attitude, and the product quality and online brand community together influence the brand attitude.

Abstract

At SDIT Al-Kautsar, the teaching and learning style is still conventional, especially with regard to theme subjects. Learning media are underutilized in the classroom, despite the fact that technology capabilities are available yet underutilized. This research seeks to construct and develop multimedia-based learning apps for fourth grade as thematic learning media. This research applies the Multimedia Development Life Cycle development methodology. Class IV thematic learning applications are produced using Adobe Animate. System testing employing questionnaires and black-box testing methodologies. The blackbox testing of this program revealed that the menu buttons functioned as planned. In addition, the results of the questionnaire indicate that this software is an ideal theme-learning tool for fourth grade. This is clear from the eighty percent average validation rate of principals and thematic teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of financial crisis, client firm size, and management turnover on auditor switching. The population of this study is comprised of manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2014 and 2018. 126 companies gave research samples using a method of purposive sampling, and 630 pieces of research data were collected. The method of data analysis employed is regression logistic analysis. The results demonstrated that the size of the client company and a change in management had negative and positive effects, respectively, on the voluntary auditor switching, whereas financial hardship has no effect.

Abstract

Convection Dona is a home-based business that is engaged in the field of school needs, namely socks. The problem that occurs in the current system is the management of data items that are done manually that is recorded in a book that often results in loss of books. So it must be re-recorded. Where incoming goods come from employee packaging and outgoing goods come from konsumen purchases. Using the Prototyping method, Unified Design Language (UML) system modeling, and Black Box Testing, the purpose of this study is to create a Web-Based Inventory System capable of managing incoming and outgoing items. This system controls data regarding arriving and outgoing items, inventory, incoming and outgoing transactions, and can generate reports and accept online orders for goods.

Abstract

The purpose of his study is to investigate the influence of leverage, outstanding corporate governance, and profitability on the share price of the food and beverage subsector. Analyzed independent variables included leverage, outstanding corporate governance, and profitability as evaluated by DER, management ownership, institutional ownership, and ROE. The population includes food and beverage subsector firms registered between 2015 and 2018. 19 companies that met the sampling conditions were chosen as samples using the technique of purposeful selection. Using approaches for panel data regression analysis, the data were evaluated. The study's findings suggest that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and ROE have an effect on the stock price. DER has comparatively minimal effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The expansion of coffee shops is compelling proprietors to seek new strategies for continued success and survival in the face of intensifying competition. This research aims to investigate the connection between Product Quality, Store Atmosphere, and Purchase Intention. This study comprises one independent variable, Buy Intention, and two independent variables, Product Quality and Store Atmosphere. The researchers employed quantitative methods, and the sample comprised 150 respondents with prior knowledge of Kopi Soe.The technique used in this study is simple random sampling. With the results showing that the Product Quality variable significantly influences Purchase Interest, and Store Atmosphere also influences Purchase Interest, and Product Quality and Store Atmosphere together influence consumer Purchase Interest.
