KALBISIANA Jurnal Sains, Bisnis dan Teknologi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi sains, bisnis dan teknologi. Abstract

This study refers to an understanding of the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on purchase intention in Tokopedia consumers. This research uses quantitative approach, the sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, the method uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 154 respondents by collecting questionnaires distributed via Google Form. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. Based on the results of the t test positive and significant perceptions of interest in repurchase related to the results of t arithmetic 6.324> t table 1.65501 and the variable perception of beneficial benefits is positive and significant on repurchase interest with the results of t arithmetic 5.287> t table 1, 65501. Besides that, the results of the trial prove with the results of the count 128.212> f table 3.06

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of institutional ownership, concentrated ownership, loan-to-deposit ratio, non-performing loans, and debt-to-equity ratio on the performance of Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed banks from 2014 to 2018. Using a technique called purposive sampling, 26 of the 44 banks listed on the IDX fit the criteria. Using the combined regression technique and the EViews 9 software, the data were evaluated. According to the findings of this study, institutional ownership, concentrated ownership, LDR, and NPL have no impact on banking performance, and DER has no impact on banking performance.

Abstract

The research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of size of company, debt to equity ratio, foreign ownership, and implementation ifrs level on firm value. The population in this research are companies in the manufacturing sector listed on Indonsia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2016-2018. The number of research samples obtained is 60 companies with purposive sampling method and the amount of research data obtained is 180. The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression. The simultaneous test show that size of company, debt to equity ratio, foreign ownership, and implementation ifrs level affect stimultaneously on firm value. The partial test result show that size of company has negative affect on firm value, debt to equity ratio has positive affect on firm value, foreign ownership do not affect on firm value, while implementation ifrs level do not affect on firm value.

Abstract

The development from conventional media to new media has made many companies take advantage of new media to carry out marketing activities so that activities run faster, more efficiently, and reach a wider target without any time or space limits. This research has a purpose to know how big is the influence of celebrity endorser, Suhay Salim, towards customer’s buying interest for Pixy products among teenagers in Central Jakarta. This research is using positivistic paradigm with a quantitative approach and explanative survey method. This investigation employs the Stimulus-Response (S-R) hypothesis. For this study, a questionnaire is utilized to gather data, which is then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, Pearson's Product Moment correlation analysts, normality tests, hypothesis tests, coefficients of determination, and basic linear regression analyses. Based on the outcome of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that Suhay Salim's celebrity endorsement influences the purchasing interest of adolescents in Central Jakarta for Pixy products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between PT.ABC's organizational citizenship behavior and intelligence, servant leadership, and organizational commitment. This is a quantitative study conducted with the use of SPSS Statistics. A total of eighty PT.ABC employees were selected using the approach of purposive sampling. This study's measurement scale is a Likert scale. The measuring instrument is a paper-based and Google Forms-based survey. According to the findings of this study, emotional intelligence has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior, and emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and organizational commitment all have a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously. The benefits of PT ABC's research will enhance organizational citizenship through emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims for the effect of Service Quality and Competitive Advantage on Customer Satisfaction that impacts on Customer Loyalty. Data processing in this study uses quantitative methods. The hypothesis testing method using the t test method and linear regression test. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, competitive advantage has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality and competitive advantage together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Leadership communication is the most important factor in persuading people to maintain their organization loyalty. This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership communication and employee loyalty at PT Global Technology Resources (HargaDunia.Com). This study use the positivist paradigm, a quantitative methodology, and the survey method to collect data from 50 respondents via questionnaires completed by all employees using techniques of saturated sampling. This study applies the S-R theory, with leadership communication as the stimulus and employee loyalty as the reaction. This study's hypothesis was evaluated using validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, and T tests. The correlation coefficient test or the degree of link strength "r" returned a value of 0.598, demonstrating that leadership communication (X) and employee loyalty are related (Y). Since 0.00 > 0.05, H1 is accepted and H0 is denied, showing that variable (X) has a significant effect on variable (Y) (Y).

Abstract

This study at to determine the impact of capital structure and investment decisions on financial performance, both with and without corporate governance as a moderator. The population consisted of all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2014 and 2018. Saturated sampling was used to select the sample, which comprised 45 banking institutions and 225 observations. Using version 25 of SPSS, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results indicated that DER had no impact on ROA, NPL, or LDR, but had a negative impact on ROE. TAG has a positive effect on NPL but no effect on ROA, ROE, or LDR. RCE/BVA has no effect on monetary performance. Managerial ownership moderates the DER for ROA and NPL, but not for ROE and LDR. TAG and RCE/BVA on ROA are moderated by managerial ownership, but ROE, NPL, and LDR are not. Institutional ownership has no impact on the relationship between capital structure and financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job training and work discipline on the performance of staffing and employee bureau organizations in the National Narcotics Agency. This research uses quantitative methods by conducting surveys and testing to all employees in the company. The test results show that organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance variables, training variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance variables, and work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This research was assisted by IBM SPSS 25 as a data processing tool. The number of respondents in this study were 54 people. Based on the tm test organizational culture variables have t arithmetic ≥ t table = 2.180> 2.00856, work training variables have t arithmetic ≥ t table = -1.284 <2.00856, and work discipline variables have t arithmetic ≥ t table = -1.284 < 2.00856. This shows that organizational culture and work discipline variables have a significant effect, while work training variables have no significant effect.

Abstract

The inventory system at the Panglima coffee shop is done manually. So this research aims to build an inventory system at the Panglima Kopi shop based on web, to cover the process of recording goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods and controlling data transaction reports. As well as stock stock using the prototyping system development method that includes system analysis using cross-functional diagrams. Modeling in this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML), this development system is built with PHP programming language and MySQL database and by using Black Box type Alpha testing. The purpose of building this system is to make it easier to use it in recording inventory at Panglima Kopi shops, and to print transaction and goods reports.
