Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and identify the factors that influence the implementation of the curriculum. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with three main instruments; observation, interviews and documentation used to collect data. The results we got from research at the Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum in its implementation went through 3 stages namely facilitation, socialization, and teacher preparation. From the results of the study it was concluded that all components including government, schools, teachers, parents, students, and stake holders must be interested in and support the implementation of K 13 Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum.

Abstract

Leadership or leadership has been the study of experts and practitioners from time to time and has always been something interesting to study because the theories and approaches continue to develop and evolve. Trilogy of Santri and Awareness of Santri at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. researchers used qualitative research. That is a study in which data presentation is in the form of words or sentences. This qualitative approach aims to understand the phenomena that occur through a holistic picture and broaden an in-depth understanding of the formation of inculcation of character values. The results of this study are the founder's background in applying the five awareness of the santri, Religious Awareness For Nurul Jadid's students, religious awareness is a starting point that must be instilled in him; Knowledgeable Awareness, Knowledge definitively means knowing the unknown (idrakul majhul),; National and State Awareness The philosophical foundation that underlies KH. Zaini Mun'im; organizational awareness, kiai policy in instilling the values of the trilogy of santri.the cleric's policies in instilling the values of the santri trilogy.

Abstract

The growing development of science accompanied by the emergence of social, cultural, and economic growth is evidence that technology and information in Indonesia are starting to grow in a positive direction. The disconnection of formal education and non-formal education makes educators out of sync and makes it difficult for students to master learning concepts, limited hours in class require a solution. The Mobile Seamless Learning Strategy is promoted to be able to accommodate the achievement of students' mastery of concepts. This strategy connects education at school and outside of school, using digital media. Another factor to consider is digital literacy. The method used to collect data is the literature study method, by collecting relevant data from books, journals, dictionaries, magazines, and so on without having to conduct field research. With this research, students can master the concept of students in understanding learning material. So as to achieve the target to be achieved.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to find out and evaluate how big the quality standards of musyrif and musyrifah services are as well as the quality of these musyrif musyrifahs in the academic process that exists at Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid. Where musyrif musyrifah here is the manager and activator who accompanies, helps, motivates, conditions and directs students at Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid. Musyrif musyrifah is a supervisor and mentor in the learning process both in academic and specialization programs. The results of the study show that the standardization of the quality of musyrif musyrifah can be concluded, namely with musyrif musyrifah services for programs that run in ma'had aly where musyrif musyrifah become parents, supervisors, mentors as well as being a place to seek insight into the turats book. The second standardization is that it can be expressed by the quality of the musyrif musyrifah itself, both in terms of the academic quality that was carried out before becoming a ma'had aly graduate, it can also be seen from the dedication that has been carried out. So in this case, musyrif musyrifah learns as well as applies his knowledge with scientific charity and practical knowledge.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe Principal Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance at MTs Nurul Qadim Paiton. This research uses a qualitative descriptive with a case study research type. The subjects in this study were the principal and teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and document studies. The data analysis technique is by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. While testing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at MTs Nurul Qadim Paiton is shown in the form of task-oriented and relationship-oriented principal behavior. Task orientation is carried out in the form of supervision and the provision of sanctions and rewards. Meanwhile, relationship orientation is carried out in the form of exemplary, attention to subordinates, and providing training.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the wedding organizer theme learning management using the PJBL method at SMKN 15 Bandung. More specifically, this study aims to: (1) describe the preparation of wedding organizer theme lesson plans using the PJBL method at SMKN 15 Bandung; (2) describe the implementation of the Wedding Organizer theme learning using the PJBL method at SMKN 15 Bandung; 3) describe the results of the Wedding Organizer theme learning assessment using the PJBL method at SMKN 15 Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Researchers become key instruments in research. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, documentation and triangulation. Based on the results of the research, it was found that in terms of planning the theme of Wedding Organizer using the PJBL method at SMKN 15 Bandung in general it had been implemented well. Related to the implementation phase is in accordance with the planning. Finally, the results processing stage was carried out well by converting scores into scores which were carried out directly by the assessment team, while follow-up in the form of remedial and enrichment was not carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the application of quantum teaching learning can improve students' learning achievement of Fiqh at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Syafiiyah II Banyuanyar, Probolinggo Regency. This study used a qualitative approach to class action research. The stages of action research in a cycle include planning or implementing observation and reflection. Each cycle includes planning (plan), action (action), observation (observation) and reflection (reflection). This cycle continues and will be stopped if it is by the needs and is sufficient. The results showed that quantum teaching learning positively improved student achievement in the class, which was marked by an increase in student mastery in each cycle, namely cycle 1 47.2%, cycle 2 61.1% and cycle 3 86.1%. This research provides implications about the importance of learning design that teachers must carry out so that learning becomes meaningful and of high quality.

Abstract

Madrasah is one of Islamic education institutions that develops in Indonesia cultivated in addition to mosques and boarding schools. In the process of learning Islamic Education in madrasah, learning activities cannot always run smoothly. So students seem slow to do tasks related to learning activities. This learning difficulties are already a common problem that occurs in the learning process. The phenomenon of learning difficulties, especially the subjects of Fiqh experienced by students at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Islamic Senior High School usually seems clear from the decline in academic achievement or learning achievement. To prevent and overcome the causes of student learning difficulties, one alternative that can be taken in overcoming learning difficulties is to conduct remedial teaching.Based from the problem background, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze about: (1) The causes of learning difficulties faced by students in the subjects of Fiqh at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Islamic Senior High School, (2) The implementation of remedial teaching in learning of Fiqh at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Islamic Senior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo.This research is conducted by using naturalistic phenomenological qualitative approach, using natural environment as the direct source of data. The data collection procedure includes; (1) participant observation, (2) in-depth interview, and (3) documentation. Checking the validity of data is processed by (1) verification of data obtained, (2) triangulation techniques

Abstract

Penelitian ini berisi tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah visioner dalam meningkatkan prestasi sekolah di SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan, peneliti melakukan interview dengan beberapa informan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu berjumlah empat orang yakni kepala sekolah SMA Nurul Jadid, tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, alumni SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapatkan ialah (1) Integritas Keilmuan ( Scientific Integrity) (2) Pengalaman Konsumsi (Consumption Experiences) (3) Pengaruh Sosial (Social Influences).

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze and examine how the figure of the kiai as the head of the Islamic boarding school manages the Islamic boarding school by modernizing management. Which leadership is required to have the ability to carry out innovations that are no longer relevant to the current situation in order to achieve the vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study type. Data collection procedures through observation, interviews, and documentation. As well as data analysis used with data reduction, data display and data verification. The research focus in this study is: How is the kiai's leadership pattern in the modernization of pesantren management. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study type. Data collection procedures through observation, interviews, and documentation. As well as data analysis used with data reduction, data display and data verification. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that: The Kyai's Leadership Pattern in the Modernization of Islamic Boarding School Management consists of three main elements, namely: exemplary nature (Uswah Hasanah), attention to subordinates and service taining.
