Abstract

Efve atelier is a local brand from Surabaya which bag is its main product. Several late editionsissued a decrease in turnover. One of the main possible reason is the lack of variety of model produced.There are many important attributes that influence consumers when making a purchase. Therefore, thisstudy was conducted to determine the combination of attributes that become consumer preferences for bagproducts. This research used descriptive quantitative analysis using conjoint analysis. The three attributesobtained from preliminary survey and previous researches are design, color, and material. The threeattributes have two levels of each attribute then the stimulus is designed using SPSS software and obtained8 stimuli. The population of this study are Efve’s consumers and potentiol new consumers with a total of 70people. The research sample used was 60 people with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results, itis known that the combination of consumer’s prefered attributes for bag products are a combination ofwarm cool colors, frame bag designs and fabrics. It can also be seen that the attribute that is considered themost important is the color attribute followed by the design and material.

Abstract

—This study to investigate the mediating effect of Trust in the relationship between RelativeAdvantage, Electronic Word of Mouth on Consumer Attitudes Toward Online Shopping in the BeautyIndustry. The respondents are 290 people from beauty Xyz customers. The design research used a surveymodel purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. The data analysis in this research usedStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) as an analysis technique with AMOS as an analysis tool. The resultsshow that Relative Advantage and Electronic Word of Mouth is not statistically significant impactconsumer Attitudes Toward Online Shopping; the results confirm that Trust mediates the effects ofRelative Advantage on Attitudes Toward Online Shopping.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the effect of publication media and negative e-wom on employeeswork motivation UD. Sumber Indah livestock company in the covid-19 pandemic. The study is publicationmedia (X1), negative e-wom (X2), and motivation (Y). Publication media has six basic principles based oncontent of the news in the publicity. Hence, these sixth principle can be measuring instrument or thesuccessful publication by the media, consisting, creativity, quantity, visibility, understandable legality. Inthat second independent variable is a negative e-wom, which has 3 indicators including intensity, a valenceof opinions, and content. While in the dependent variable (Y) Work motivation, which has 3 indicatorsincluding the direction to behavior, persistence, and level of effort. The analytical tool used multiple linearregression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of UD Sumber Indah, totaling 97respondents, so the sampling technique in this study was a saturated sampling technique. The resultsshowed that the media publication variables and negative e-WoM had a significant and partial effect onwork motivation of the employees of the UD Sumber Indah livestock company with a significance value of0.000 each.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the attributes that are considered important by young consumerswhen they are going to buy in Pengkopi Coffee Shop, attributes that are considered to have goodperformance by consumers and also attributes that are considered appropriate between the interests andperformance of young consumers when they will buy coffee. The type of research in this research isdescriptive quantitative research. The descriptive method begins by collecting data from the field whichaims to get an overview and explanation of the phenomena of events that occur today. This research islocated in the Coffee Shop or Coffee Shop Pengkopi in Batam City, Riau Islands which is the location fordistributing research questionnaires widely. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling withthe technique taken is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 200 respondents, namelyconsumers from Pengkopi Batam who had come directly to coffee shops. The analysis of this research iscarried out by means of performance-interest analysis (IPA) to rankvarious service attributes and identifywhat actions the company needs to take. The results show that the attributes that are considered veryimportant by consumers when they will make a purchase of Coffee Shop are attributes of coffee taste, coffeeprices, coffee flavor variants, physical coffee menus, menu presentation, convenience, menu size/volume,information and service menu. Meanwhile, the important category according to the respondents is thebenefits of coffee in Pengkopi. Attributes that are considered to have very good performance by consumerswhen they are going to make a purchase of coffee at Pengkopi are the taste of coffee, coffee prices, physicalappearance , comfort , size/volume, menu information and services at Pengkopi. Meanwhile, those that arecategorized as good or satisfied are the taste variants, the benefits of coffee and the presentation of themenu at the Coffee Shop. Attributes that are considered appropriate between the interests and performanceof consumers when they are going to make a purchase of coffee at the Kopi are the services provided by theCoffee Maker.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of target realization, absenteeism, and projects on employee performance of PT Asri Jaya Putra Perkasa. This study used target realization (X 1 ), absenteeism (X 2 ), project (X 3 ) as independent variables, and employee performance (Y) as dependent variable. Target realization has aprinciple as indicators based on accuracy, timeliness, and cost accuracy. Absenteeism used 4 indicators, there are attendance, punctuality of arrival, punctuality and attendance outside working hours. In a constructionindustry project there is a PMBOK 2017 standard as a guide containing a collection of knowledge needed by professionals in project management and has 9 main coverage areas that were adapted as indicators for measuring project variables (X 3 ). In measuring the employee performance variable (Y), this study used theory of Bernadin, Russell and Gomez. The population in this study were all employees of PT Asri Jaya Putra Perkasa, totaling 65 respondents, so the sampling method is census method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that target realization, absenteeism and project had a significant simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance of PT Asri Jaya Putra Perkasa with the absenteeism having a non-unidirectional effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement on the impulse buying behavior of Morningclo Thrift Store consumers. The method used is quantitative research. The population used in this study were 85 Morningclo consumer employees. The data technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be denied that the shopping lifestyle (X1) has a significance value of 0.000<0.05 . So it can be said that H1 is accepted which means that the shopping lifestyle has a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior at Morningclo Thrift Store and the fashion engagement variable (X2) has asignificance value of 0.000<0.05. So it can be said that H2 is accepted which means that the price has a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior at the Morningclo Thrift Store.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is one of the government's priorities in order to accelerate economic growth. Concrete is one of the main materials needed. Not all projects will require and can be delivered ready mixed concrete by using the conventional method, therefore a dry-type ready-to-use concrete (instant concrete) is needed. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, Brand Image and Service on Purchasing Decisions of instant concrete products at PT. XYZ East Java. This is a quantitative research with descriptive type. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires and thenprocessed using the SPSS program. The total sample of the study was 34 respondents who were selected using a non propability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that Product and Service Quality had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, while Price and Brand Image had no effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Govenance (through CEO Duality,Board Size, Board Composition, and Audit Committee) on Earning Quality in conventional banking companies, with firm size as a control variable. The data used in this study are financial statement for the period 2010 – 2019. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using E – Views software. The population in this study were conventional banking companies listed on IDX in the period 2010 – 2019with a sample size of 26. This study found that Board Composition had a significant effect on Earnings Quality, while CEO Duality, Board Size, and Audit Committee had no significant effect on Earnings Quality. This Study also founf that Firm Size was not able to control the effect of CEO Duality, Board Size, Board Composition, and Audit Committee on Earnings Quality.

Abstract

Several studies show that work engagement acts as a mediator between psychological capital and social support on performance (Bakker &amp; Demeuroti, 2019). The aim of this researcher is to determine the role of work engagement as a mediator in the relationship between psychological capital and social support on performance. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. Adhibaladika Agung. From a total population of 311 employees, as many as 175 people were sampled in this study. The data collection technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analysis technique in this study uses the SmartPLS program and before being analyzed, it is done first to check whether there are operational items that fail or not using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that all variables have a significant influence or can also be called 7 of 7 accepted research hypotheses. In practice, the seven hypotheses that have been proven to be accepted and show a significant value will certainly be very useful as a reference for companies to increase psychological capital, social support, work engagement and employee performance. Each endogenous variable that wants to be improved is recommended with a different solution in aspects related to its endogenous variable or it can be concluded that t count from H1 is the Psychological Capital variable on Performance = 13.346 (solution: training), H2 is the Social Support variable on Performance = 5,382 ( solution: role model), H3 is Psychological Capital variable on Work Engagement = 3,308(solution: training), H4 is Social Support variable for Work Engagement = 2,397 (solution: role model), H5 is Work Engagement variable on Performance = 7,840 (solution : rewards and punishments). This research also proves that the JD-R Model is still valid today.

Abstract

Information technology is a set of tools that can help someone in working with information andperforming tasks related to information data processing. Business competition is increasingly following the development of this era, causing many companies faced with a situation where they must be able to overcome the problems they face quickly. Currently CV Inti Computer company located in the Kediri area is more likely to use information processing systems based on computer desktop applications because inaddition to providing convenience for users can also provide information quickly, relevant, timely,complete, understandable and proven truth. In connection with this matter how employees can work well with the role of job satisfaction in bridging organizational culture, servant leadership, self leadership, and compensation for employee performance. So with that in mind, this study aims to investigate the influenceof organizational culture, servant leadership, self leadership, and compensation to employee performance. Respondents in this study were 30 employees of CV Inti Computer. Data collection methods used were using a questionnaire and in analyzing the data using structural equation modelling analysis with partial least square. The results of this study indicate that there is a partially insignificant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, insignificant influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction, insignificant influence of servant leadership on employee performance, significant influence ofself leadership on job satisfaction, significant influence of self leadership on employee performance , the significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, the significant effect of compensation on employee performance, and the significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.
