Jurnal Salingka Nagari e-ISSN: 2962-9764 (Elektronik) bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual, gagasan dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian masyarakat, ilmu sosial dan ilmu pendidikan serta bidang terkait lainnya yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Negeri Padang. Ruang lingkup jurnal ini memuat artikel ilmiah dari berbagai disiplin ilmu yang diadopsi dalam berbagai pengabdian kepada masyarakat, ilmu sosial dan ilmu pendidikan serta bidang lain yang relevan. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine: (1) impact of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions Lazada (2) impact of prices on purchasing decisions in Lazada (3) impact of sales promotions on purchasing decisions in Lazada. This is quantitative research with a sample of 97 people in the city of Padang. Data is collected by using a questionnaire. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results show that Electronic Word of Mouth, Sales Promotion have a significant effect on Lazada purchasing decisions, while the price has no significant effect on Lazada purchasing decisions (a case study on the Padang City).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the readiness of Padang City Tourism Office in organizing halal tourism and to determine the strategy for developing halal tourism by the Padang Citu Tourism Office using a SWOT analysis. This type of research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach with the research subject of employees of the Padang City Tourism Office. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Testing the validity of data using the triangulation technique and for the description of the data using the SWOT analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that the Padang City Tourism Office is still not ready to organize halal tourism. The Padang City Tourism Offie does not yet have official regulations regarding the implementation of halal tourism. But so far the Padang City Tourism Office has made efforts to accelerate the implementation of halal tourism in Padang City. Based on the result of the SWOT analysis, there are several strategies for developing halal tourism. The main strategy that can be carried out by the Padang City Tourism Office is to provide assistance and convenience for business actors who want to take care of halal certification.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the OTKP Laboratory and the problems encountered in the effectiveness of the utilization of the OTKP Laboratory at SMKN 3 Padang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research informants were the Head/Coordinator of the Laboratory, the Head of OTKP Expertise Competence, the OTKP Skills competency teacher, and 15 students of class X-XII OTKP using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data is using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The analysis technique is data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of the OTKP laboratory to support practical learning at SMKN 3 Padang was included in the effective category with a percentage of 74%. Supported by the results of data analysis obtained from input, process and output indicators. Input indicators are included in the category of quite effective with a percentage of 67%. The very effective category process indicator is 87%. The indicator for the output category is quite effective, the percentage is 57%. The problems faced are: There is no special manager or structure for the laboratory yet. The lack of practical equipment can affect the effectiveness of the use of the laboratory. Supervision, maintenance and handling of damaged tools. There are no rules and practical instructions available. Practical equipment is sometimes damaged and error. The graduates created are still not in accordance with the school's goals.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims is to determine and analyze the use of the “Aplikasi Buku 16 Administrasi Koperasi” at the Padang City Cooperative and MSME Service (Admin Studies on several Cooperatives in Padang City). This type of research is research and development (R&D). The subject of this research is cooperative admins through small-scale trials. research approach using qualitative methods. With the collection of data taken by the method of interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires .The results of this study show that (1) the application is suitable for use in cooperative activities, (2) the application is well received by the research admin, and (3) the application still has shortcomings that must be corrected so that it can be used in all cooperatives in the city of Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study plans to investigate: (1) local taxes on the implementation of regional financial performance (2) regional levies on financial performance (3) separate regional wealth results on financial performance (4) other PAD on financial performance. This exploration delegated a similar causal examination. The information used is the regional government financial plan (APBD) report and the 1990-2019 APBD revenue report distributed by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK). The exploration subjects are local taxes, regional levies, and the original PAD used is a quantitative investigation, with different relapse models. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the effect of demand for real money as seen from the amount of real money in circulation and electronic money transactions seen from electronic money volume data on inflation in Indonesia in 2011-2020 with the velocity of money as an moderating variable. Data shows that the demand for real money and electronic money transactions has continued to increase in the last ten years. However, inflation data tends to be stable from 2015-2020 with the policy of reducing energy subsidies (fuel and electricity). This study uses multiple regression analysis method to see the effect of demand for real money and electronic money transactions on inflation in Indonesia. And using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis method to see whether the velocity of money variable can moderate the effect of demand for real money and electronic money transactions on inflation in Indonesia. The results of this study show that: (1) The demand for real money has no significant effect on inflation in Indonesia. (2) Electronic money transactions have no significant effect on inflation in Indonesia. (3) The demand for real money and electronic money transactions has no significant effect on inflation in Indonesia. (4) The velocity of money cannot moderate the effect of demand for real money on inflation in Indonesia. (5) The velocity of money cannot moderate the effect of electronic money transactions on inflation in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study for knows does the minimum wage, inflation and economic growth have a significant effect on labor absorption in West Sumatera Province. This type of research of descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. the data used is secondary data from 1990-2020. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques obtained from the BPS. This study uses the SPSS 16.0 application with multiple regression analysis techniques and this model is free from classical assumption. The research result obtained are (1) Together minimum wage, inflation and economic growth significant effect on labor absorption in West Sumatera Province. (2) In the minimum wage the value of t-count > t-table which means that the minimum wage significant effect on labor absorption in West Sumatera Province. (3) Inflation the value of t-count < t-table which means that the inflation insignificant effect on labor absorption in West Sumatera Province. <![CDATA[The goal of this study is to determine the effect of locus of control and the need for achievement on the entrepreneurial intentions of MAN 1 Payakumbuh students. The causative form was used in this study, and the population consisted of MAN 1 Payakumbuh students. The survey sample consists of 260 respondents who were chosen using a proportional random sampling technique. This study relied on primary data gathered through the distribution of questionnaires to selected MAN 1 Payakumbuh students. SPSS 20 path analysis was used as the analysis method. The findings of this study indicate that the locus of control and the need for achievement have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions. The locus of control influences entrepreneurial intentions significantly. The need for achievement has a significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions.]]>
