Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup, citra merek dan desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian motor honda scoopy. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas, dengan data primer yang berupa jawaban kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri yang berjumlah 40 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis yang meliputi uji t dan uji f, serta koefisien determinasi yang diolah dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan desain produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jadi secara simultan gaya hidup, citra merek dan desain produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand SWOT analysis as a way to determine marketing strategies and create competitive advantages for Mbak Ti's sambel pecel Kediri products. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Methods of data collection in the form of  interviews and direct observation. Data analysis techniques are SWOT analysis, SWOT matrix, SWOT matrix combination formulation, and internal external matrix. The results show that the product gets a positive score on the analysis of internal and external factors so that it is located in quadrant one which is interpreted as a developing product, prioritizing strategies on developing strengths and exploiting opportunities, the company is well positioned  to withstand the pressures generated by the internal and external environment.  Based on the research, it can be said that Mbak Ti's sambel pecel product has a competitive advantage that can compete.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations from researchers to find out what are the factors that influence the amount of credit taking at PT Pegadaian Nganjuk Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) to determine the factor of the level of income of the people of Tanjunganom District, (2) to determine the amount of credit taking compared to the ratio of the estimated value at PT Pegadaian, (3) to find out why the credit repayment period was too long at PT. Pegadaian. This study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects Tanjunganom District Community. This research was carried out by distributing in-depth interviews in order to explore what factors could make a lot of people take credit at PT Pegadaian. So, the level of income is always up and down so that the ratio of the estimated value is 0.45% for gold and 0.65% for non-gold, while the minimum payback period is 4 months and a maximum of 3 years

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning discipline on economics learning outcomes. The population in this study were students of class X Social Class SMA Negeri 7 Kediri City. The research sample was 30 students taken using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentation techniques. This study uses a quantitative causality research approach. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that, 1) partially the motivational variable affects learning outcomes with a value of sig 0.000 < 0.005, 2) partially the discipline variable affects learning outcomes with a value of sig 0.001 < 0.005, 3) the variables of learning motivation and learning discipline in class students X Economic Class subjects SMA Negeri 7 Kediri City simultaneously affect the results with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. With a coefficient of determination (R Square) of = 0.604 = 60% which is classified as strong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether online and offline shopping affect consumer behavior. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach. Collecting data from 60 respondents with purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS version 24, namely instrument testing, basic assumptions, multiple linear regression, determination, and hypotheses. The significant value of the t test of online and offline shopping on consumer behavior is: online shopping is 0.00 < 0.05 with t count 6.060 > t table 2.002, and offline shopping is 0.00 < 0.05 with t count 6.241 > t table 2.002 . The significant value in the f test of online and offline shopping on consumer behavior is 0.00 < 0.05 with an f count of 70.490 > 3.16. Conclusion (1) there is a positive and significant influence between online shopping on consumer behavior. (2) there is a positive and significant effect between offline shopping on consumer behavior. (3) there is a positive and significant influence on online and offline shopping on consumer behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the optimization of the financial management of the Surowono Temple tourist attraction in Canggu Village, Badas District. This research was conducted at the Surowono Temple in Canggu Village, Badas District, Kediri Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with data collection procedures consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. From the research carried out, it can be concluded that infrastructure management has been managed optimally by paying attention to the cleanliness and beauty of the tourist attraction. Meanwhile, financial management is still classified as not optimal because it has not used an online system in inputting visitor data, besides that the incoming and outgoing funds are still not clearly recorded. Meanwhile, the village government has made every effort to introduce Surowono Temple tourism both online through various social media and offline by making events on certain celebration days.

Abstract

School operational assistance is a government assistance program for non-personal  inventory financing costs for education units.This  has the purpose of evaluating usage,management, and reporting of school operational assistance funds. The research methods has used is qualitative approach. The data source is taken from primary data and secondary data. The data collection procedures using the interview method, observation, and documentation. The results of this research are (1)The use of data is not right  with the technical guidelines for school operational costs in 2021, because in the use of funds for  the operational costs of bastren Darul Fatihin High School there are 12 components, has financed by school operational assistance, but just 7 components can be fulfilled. (2)The management of school operational assistance funds is with the technical guidelines for operational assistance in 2021, because this management has used-with school-based management, and through the open way and must there is the headmaster as the main person in charge. (3)The management of school operational assistance funds has been right with the technical guidelines for operational assistance in 2021 to report evidence of every purchase or spending that will be made of note or receipt that has been right with RKAS that has been specified.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out a series of sales accounting information systems as well as cash receipts and internal control systems that have been applied to the UD Project Pot. This research uses qualitative methods, using primary data. Data collection procedures through observation, documentation and interviews, the analysis technique of this research is descriptive qualitative. The result of the research is that the implementation of the sales accounting information system and cash receipts are still not good, due to the limitations of functions, the lack of completeness of the documents used. The analysis of the system of accounting for cash sales and cash mining contained in internal control is also not good, as can be seen from the absence of a full stamp on the invoice and the stamp has been submitted in the delivery function, then cash from cash sales is not paid to the bank on the same day as the cash sales transaction.

Abstract

The current research has an interest in knowing the relationship between product variations, service quality and purchasing decisions at Ndalem Simbah cafe. The study uses a causal quantitative approach, with primary data distributed boldly to respondents. The sample used in this study were visitors to the Ndalem Simbah cafe, with a total of 40 respondents. By using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and f test, and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS 23 program. The results obtained by word of mouth partially have no effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value 0.784 , but product variations and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with sig values ​​of 0.012 and 0.000. Meanwhile, simultaneously product variation, service quality and word of mouth have a significant effect with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price and brand image on purchasing decisions for Honda CRF150L. In the Nganjuk Cracker Community. This study uses a quantitative approach with causality research methods. The population is all members of the Honda CRF150L Motorcycle Nganjuk Craker Community, totaling 130 people. The sample obtained amounted to 40 respondents and by using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The data analysis in this used technique is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of spssv.25 software. The results obtained in this study are product quality, price and brand image partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda CRF150L at the Nganjuk Craker Community
