Abstract

Intisari- Sistem komputer yang terkoneksi jaringan internet beresiko terhadap ancaman atau serangan. Sistem Snort dan Honeypot merupakan sistem kemanan berlapis yang dimana jaringan internal akan di awasi selama 24 jam setiap harinya, sehingga jika terdapat data masuk yang mencurigakan sistem akan memberikan informasi otomatis bahwa adanya serangan berupa malware atau hacker. Snort dapat mendeteksi dan menyimpan 250519 jumlah data dengan 27 atribut yang disediakan Snort secara default. Honeypot dapat mendeteksi dan menyimpan sebanyak 248.574 data yang dimana tercatat 10 jenis serangan. System honeypot mendeteksi 10 jenis serangan yang berbeda dengan IP address pada setiap serangan. Dari 10 jenis serangan diambil 5 jenis serangan terbesar dan 5 IP address terbesar pada setiap jenis serangan. Sehingga fungsi sistem snort dan honeypot telah dapat mendeteksi adanya serangan serta menyimpan data penyerang pada sistem, dan dapat berjalan secara bersamaan pada satu jaringan. Abstract

Abstract— Through this research, the writer wants to make a performance comparison of two variant kinds of turbines by changing several parameters. The turbines that will be compared are the turbine with semicircular blades and the NEST-LIE turbine. The comparison of turbine performance intended in this study is the comparison of the output power and efficiency of the turbine on predetermined parameters. In this study, the parameters that have to be used are nozzle angle 00, 50, 100, 150, 200, and nozzle position at an angle of 00, 150, 300, and 450. The performance characteristics of the turbine that will be measured are the angular velocity (rpm) of each turbine and the amount of turbine output power. Based on the research results, the semicircular turbine produces the highest turbine and generator rotation speed at nozzle position 450 and nozzle angle of 100. With turbine rotation of 168.6 rpm, generator rotation of 751 rpm, the output power of 0.0213 VA, and torque of 0.00276 Nm. While the NEST-LIE turbine produces the highest turbine and generator rotation speed at nozzle position 450 and nozzle angle of 50. With a turbine rotation of 342.4 rpm and a generator rotation of 1349 rpm, the output power is 0.1802 VA and torque of 0.00503 Nm. Intisari— Melalui penelitian ini penulis ingin melakukan perbandingan terhadap kinerja dua jenis turbin yang berbeda dengan mengubah beberapa parameter. Turbin yang akan dibandingkan adalah turbin dengan sudu setengah lingkaran dan turbin NEST-LIE. Perbandingan kinerja turbin yang dimaksudkan pada penelitian ini adalah perbandingan daya output dan efiseinsi turbin pada parameter yang telah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini, parameter yang akan digunakan adalah sudut nozzle 00, 50, 100, 150, 200, dan posisi nozzle pada sudut 00, 150, 300 dan 450. Karakteristik kinerja turbin yang nantinya akan diukur adalah besarnya kecepatan sudut (rpm) masing-masing turbin dan besarnya daya output turbin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, turbin setengah lingkaran menghasilkan kecepatan putaran turbin dan generator tertinggi di posisi nozzle 450 dan sudut nozzle 100. Dengan putaran turbin sebesar 168,6 rpm, putaran generator sebesar 751 rpm, daya output sebesar 0.0213 VA dan torsi sebesar 0.00276 Nm. Sedangkan pada turbin NEST-LIE menghasilkan kecepatan putaran turbin dan generator tertinggi di posisi nozzle 450 dan sudut nozzle 50. Dengan putaran turbin sebesar 342,4 rpm dan putaran generator sebesar 1349 rpm, daya output sebesar 0.1802 VA dan torsi sebesar 0.00503 Nm. Abstract

The basic ability that a mobile robot must have is to avoid obstacles, by being able to avoid obstacles, the robot will be able to do its job well without having to hit any obstacles, because by hitting an obstacle it will make the robot take longer to complete the mission even the robot can experience disorientation With the implementation of a control system on obstacle avoidance robots, the robot can overcome existing obstacles. Proportional control is a simple and easy to use control on a mobile robot, with eight sensors on the robot making the robot more sensitive to obstacles in front of it, so the pioneer type mobile robot P3-DX was used in this study. The robot has been able to pass through the existing obstacles with a Kp value of 2 and a constant speed of 4 without hitting it.

Abstract

Information technology governance is an integral component of organizational control that includes organizational structure, information technology, and business strategies within the organization. Information technology governance is oriented in emphasizing the use of information technology in organizations to be useful and able to contribute to achieving organizational goals. To know the application of information technology governance, it is said to be good, it is necessary to assess to determine the ability of information technology governance in aligning business strategies with information technology processes. COBIT 5 is a comprehensive framework and can help (governance) management and (management) management in obtaining the goals of the organization/company. This study aims to determine the application of the COBIT 5 framework to measure the maturity level of information technology governance in institutions or organizations in Indonesia. It was found that COBIT 5 has been applied to various types of organizations such as private companies, government agencies, hospital agencies, and educational institutions. The average government and health institutions expect to achieve capability level 5 to get the optimal process, while the average achievement level capability is at level 3 with a value of 2. Therefore, it is necessary to provide recommendations for improvement to achieve expectations at capability level 5. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review research related to the application of COBIT 5 in measuring the maturity level of information technology governance in companies, government agencies, hospitals, and educational institutions.

Abstract

Bali is a province in Indonesia known by many countries because of its unique natural and cultural attractions. Balinese traditional village as well known as Desa Adat manage those tourist attractions. Also, Desa Adat has a role in preserving Balinese culture because Desa Adat routinely holds cultural activities such as performing arts and religious ceremonies. The rapid development of technology has brought the internet and smartphones to Desa Adat. These developments have had various positive impacts, for example, the ease of accessing information through the internet and information technology. Desa Adat can utilize information technology to facilitate various activities. However, there are still Desa Adat in Bali that has not utilized information technology therefore, the potential of these villages is not maximized. In the future, there are still many new technologies that will become trends. Therefore, it is not too late for Desa Adat in Bali to utilize information technology. This journal examines previous research on the use of information technology in villages. The purpose of this study is to obtain several aspects of Desa Adat in Bali that can be accommodated by information technology, therefore, the role of Desa Adat in Bali can be optimized.

Abstract

Communication network depends on the WLAN , and there is so much demand on the Quality Of Service (QoS) WLAN like Throughput , delay , and filter to secure the Communication Data , therefore a network security mechanism is using the Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP), WiFi Protected Access (WPA), and WPA2 [14]. Mall Bali Galleria has several alternative for free WiFi, There is so many Wi-Fi has been installed causing the problem interference, and that affect the performance of the WiFi, MBG has the Indoor and Outdoor Area, The alternative to handle the interference is to using the automation channel by implementing Channel Fly , Background Scanning and Static Channel. From the security mechanism, Channel And Frequencies made by doing scenario on every single access point to get the best scenario , from the scenario that has been submitted The best score of the packet loss on indoor area Scenario that uses 4 AP with the 5Ghz Frequency , static channel , WEP-64 is 0,016ms of the packet loss , the Outdoor areas scenario that uses 5 AP with 5Ghz frequency ,Channel Fly , WEP-64 get 0,094ms of the packet loss , The best jitter score for the indoor area that uses 2 AP , 5Ghz Background Scanning , WPA 2 is 1.336ms of the jitter, outdoor area 8 AP , 5Ghz Frequency , static channel , WPA2-Mixed get 1,116 ms of Jitter , The Throughput best scores is indoor area with 1 AP , 5Ghz Frequency, Static Channel , WPA2-Mixed get 78,7Mbps of the Throughput, for the Outdoor Areas using 8 AP , 5Ghz Frequency , Background Scanning, Disable Security is 80Mbps Of The Throughput , if it compared with the existing scenario the performance is improved to 10-30%. WEP has good packet loss score however it has smallest Throughput. Static channels are recommended on the location that have high interference.

Abstract

Intisari— Reklame merupakan sesuatu media ataupun perlengkapan buat mengantarkan data,menawarkan mempromosikan,dan menghadirkan sesuatu produk ataupun jasa dengan memakai foto serta kata-kata yang menarik. Peneriman pajak reklame di Kota Denpasar tiap tahunya mengalami penurunan padahal tahun-tahun sebelumnya pajak reklame menyumbang pendapatan terbesar di Kota Denpasar, banyak yang tidak taat dalam pembayaran pajak reklame dibutuhkan sebuah terobosan untuk meningkatkan kembali pendapatan pajak reklame, dimana banyak dari penguna pajak yang belum membayarkan kewajibanya, badan pendapatan Kota Denpasar mempunyai tugas dalam pengawasan pajak reklame di Kota Denpasar maka tercipta rancang bangun aplikasi mobile QR Code untuk validasi pajak reklame untuk mengawasi pajak reklame dikota denpasar, nya dirancang dapat memudahkan petugas badan pendapatan kota Denpasar dalam memvalidasi pajak reklame yang baru terdaftar karena dimudahkan dengan adanya pemanfaatan QR Code dan sudah terenkripsi mengunakan algoritma Speck jadi keamanannya dijamin dan dalam pemantauannya sudah terintegrasi google maps dan menggunakan metode djikstra dirancang dan dibuat dalam platform android dengan pemanfaatan web service. Kata Kunci— Reklame, Enkripsi, QR Code, Algoritma Djikstra.

Abstract

The Internet has become a necessity for modern society in carrying out its various activities today .The rapid increase in Internet users from year to year shows that people's need for the Internet is increasing .In Indonesia, Internet user growth is predicted to increase by 10.2 percent annually from 2018 to 2023.However, the growth in the number of customers is often not followed by the ability of Internet providers to improve maintenance facilities to maintain the quality of service to their customers .One of the causes is the limitations of the device which is often an obstacle for technicians to do maintenance as soon as possible. This research aims to be able to design and build devices that can be applied as a means of measuring network quality more simply and economically so as to support the mobility of technicians to use and maintain their networks .The devices built on the study are based on the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. Comparison of device performance measurement results such as battery life, ping, upload and download rate between devices built with laptop usage gives almost the same results. This built lifter has advantages on the side of smaller and lighter dimensions and a much more economical cost.

Abstract

Abstract— Current information systems have become an important part of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of a business process, so we need a measurement of the quality of the software to determine the extent to which the system can produce quality information. In measuring quality, several models can be used as a guide in assessing software. ISO/IEC 25010 is one of the quality models that can be used as a standard in measuring software quality. ISO/IEC 25010 consists of the software product quality model and quality in use model. This article reviews some of the literature that discusses the measurement of software quality using the ISO/IEC 25010 model. Currently, the ISO/IEC 25010 has been applied to assess the quality of academic information systems, government information systems and private institutions, games, mobile applications, and decision support systems. The results of software quality assessment can be determined through the measurement of important aspects chosen based on the needs of each software. Besides the way the testing and data collection used in the assessment can affect the level of accuracy of software quality measurements.

Abstract

Data Center has a vital and strategic role in supporting university operations. Based on Government Regulation No.17 of 2019 article 20 section 1: Every Data Center owner must have a Disaster Recovery Center. Evaluation of Disaster Recovery Center Development for Udayana University Data Center conducted by considering aspects of natural threats, human threats, environmental threats, existing Data Center specification, virtualization, and cloud technology used to maintain the availability of Data Center services for Udayana University with the most efficient development costs. Using cost comparation for DRC development and operation for 3 years, found that implementation cost of Cloud DRC 3 times higher compare to Conventional DRC. High cloud computing cost contribute 67% of Cloud DRC cost structure.
