Abstract

Selama ini, Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Udayana telah memanfaatkan tiga media sebagai pertukaraninformasi, yaitu: halaman website, papan pengumuman, dan TV Jurusan. Namun, penyebaran informasi kemahasiswa terkadang datang dari mulut ke mulut sehingga informasi yang disampaikan menjadi kurang berkualitas.Penelitian ini akan merancang aplikasi layanan informasi kampus berbasis mobile dengan menggunakan fitur SMSdan aplikasi Android. Informasi yang diterima akan saling terintegrasi dan ditampilkan pada TV jurusan. Hasil akhirdari penelitian membuktikan bahwa web service JSON merupakan solusi dalam pengintegrasian informasi.Perangkat mobile yang dilengkapi dengan notifikasi membuat informasi tersebut dapat dikirim dan diterima kapanpun dan di mana pun. Informasi yang diterima juga lebih berkualitas apabila dilihat dari sisi ketersediaan,keakuratan sumber, dan ketepatan waktu.

Abstract

Abstract—In Indihome services can result in measurements and calculations will be compared with existing standardization . Analysis performed on the quality of the network , namely Rx Power ranges from -15 dBm up to -24 dBm . For attenuation value varies between 17 dB to 28 dB . Measurement of Internet services to customers obtained datarate of 10.6 Mbps , while the calculation for voice service needs and useetv each requiring 81.98 Kbps and 3.096 Mbps as the required services dipelanggan total 13.777 Mbps . Indihome very adequate availability of services , because it is provided downstream attainable rate of 2.3 Gbps up to 2.4 Gbps.

Abstract

Abstract — Cars are a transportation mode that is widely used in society. Every year in Indonesia and other countries experience a continuous increase in the number of cars. The intensity of cars especially in parking areas often become a challenge for drivers to park cars and increases the risk of a crash. This research aims to design and build a distance sensor device that helps to park cars based on Arduino Uno microcontroller which is hoped to help decrease the risk of cars crashing to another car or object. This device will will produce three types of input that will inform the driver on the distance detected, between the car and another object. The first output is in text form displayed on an LCD screen, then the second output is a buzz produced by a buzzer and the third output is produced by a speaker which produces sound of audio recordings voicing the distance detected by the sensor.

Abstract

The Medium Voltage Network is an electrical power system between main substations and distribution substations with the scope from the out-going terminal of the power breaker to the in-coming separation / protection equipment for 20kV distribution transformer. The Medium Voltage Network distributes electricity and deals with customers must pay attention for the level of reliability which is able to supply electric power to consumers on a continuous basis. The reliability level of the distribution system can be determined by calculating SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), which is the reliability index of the number of blackout frequencies. Based on the results of the calculation and analysis of the system-based reliability index that the obtained results of 10.89 times/customer/year with total energy not served was 57772 kWh which were considered unreliable distribution system according to the SPLN 68-2: 1986 index standard. Furthermore, it is necessary to analyze, evaluate the causes of trips and budget policies as an effort to reduce the value of SAIFI. Preventive activities include: routine inspections, installation of wire insulation, as well as utilizing IoT technology, databases and GPS for system digitization for distribution system reliability. Abstract

The aim of this research is to design and build a learning trainer using the Outseal Mega V.3 Standard PP PLC board to support the practical in the Programmable Logic Controller + Lab course. The method used in this research is divided into three stages, such as including system design, hardware design, and software design. Testing the practical module of Programmable Logic Controller + Lab consists of three experiments, such as basic operation of Outseal PLC, logic gates, and bell quiz. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the 3 test experiments can be declared successful because the standard Outseal Mega V.3 PLC can be controlled to receive, send, and store data.

Abstract

Pada dunia industri dan automatisasi, kebutuhan akan sistem dan kontroler yang baik, efektif dan efisien adalahsuatu keharusan. Sebagai suatu kontroler PLC dapat memberikan solusi yang diinginkan. PLC memiliki kelebihan,diantaranya dapat diprogram, mudah diprogram, program dapat diubah-ubah, sederhana dalam wiring, kompak,lebih kuat terhadap kondisi lingkungan dan mudah dalam troubleshooting.Dalam penelitian ini , PLC digunakan sebagai kontroler pada sistem mesin daur ulang plastik bekas. Dimana nantinya akan menghasilkan biji plastik dengan proses produksi menggunakan auto loader sebagai pengisian bahan baku secara automatis, heater untuk melelehkan bahan, screw untuk membawa bahan dari heater ke nozzle, pompa membuat sirkulasi air tetap terjaga suhunya dan penarik, menarik tali plastik untuk dipotong. Borland Delphi 6.0digunakan sebagai sistem monitoring, yang dapat mengontrol dan memonitor sistem kerja mesin daur ulang secarareal time.Dari pembuatan dan analisa didapat hasil bahwa dengan menggunakan kontrol automasi akan mempermudah operator untuk memonitoring sistem kerja mesin secara real time. Delphi dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik pada PLC sebagai pembuatan visual simulasi mesin.

Abstract

Limbah merupakan buangan yang dihasilkan dari suatu proses produksi baik industri maupun domestik (rumahtangga) dan harus dikelola agar tidak menimbulkan pencemaran dan penurunan kualitas lingkungan. InstalasiPengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) merupakan suatu tempat pengolahan limbah yang bertempat di daerah Suwung.Pengolahan limbah cair dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem kolam aerasi dan kolam sedimentasi.Pada proses aerasi yaitu proses reduksi BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) dan COD (Chemical OxygenDemand) secara aerob digunakan aerator sebagai penghasil oksigen yaitu dengan cara menempatkan aerator didalam kolam aerasi sehingga menghasilkan oksigen berupa buih udara yang tercampur dengan air. Untuk IPALSuwung pengoperasian aerator masih dengan cara manual yaitu dioperasikan pada jam tertentu sehingga inputjumlah oksigen terkadang tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik input limbah yang diolah, maka diperlukan suatu sistemkontrol pengoperasian aerator yang dapat menghasilkan oksigen guna mereduksi COD secara tepat sesuai bakumutu limbahDalam penelitian ini dilakukan perencanaan desain kontrol pengoperasian aerator dengan fuzzy logic. Desainpengontrolan dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy pada pengoperasian aerator sudah dapat dibuat dan dapat bekerjasesuai dengan karateristik input/ouput limbah, ini terlihat dari lama operasi aerator yang bekerja sudah sesuaidengan input limbah. Penggunaan energi listrik dengan pengontrolan fuzzy pada pengoperasian aerator lebih rendahdibandingkan dengan penggunaan energi listrik pengoperasian secara manual, ini terlihat dari penggunaan energipengoperasian aerator manual dan fuzzy pada bulan Oktober 2010 yang memiliki selisih sebesar 6.693 kWh, bulanNovember 2010

Abstract

The digital era where technological developments are growing rapidly, causing ease in accessing information from various parts of the world. The vast unlimited internet world can connect all computers throughout the world providing guidance in getting information, communicating and establishing partnerships. Computer networks are not new, it can be said that almost all organizations, agencies and digital agency companies use computer networks to support management activities. The need for computer networks is a top priority in organizations to be widely connected to facilitate access to information. With many computer network users in an organization / agency causing very heavy internet traffic. Therefore the importance of an administrator in the field of computer networks in bandwidth management. At Kesato Digital Agency, there are computer network problems when there is a dense internet traffic due to the unfair distribution of bandwidth to each user. Therefore it is necessary to assess the Quality of Service on the Digital Agency company's computer network. The results of the Quality of Service assessment on the Kesato Digital Agency in the satisfactory category, of course there needs to be efforts to improve to achieve maximum results in the very satisfying category.

Abstract

70% of building fires in Indonesia are caused by electrical short circuits, the rest are caused by other things such as negligence and also gas. Electrical short circuits contribute to the biggest problem in cases of building fires in Indonesia due to concern for maintenance and checking which is often missed due to problems with routine and periodic checking schedules that are not monitored in a lifetime or continuously. One of the methods used to overcome this problem is to continuously monitor the measurement values on the electrical sub-panels in real time. Manual checking is no longer effective due to electrical problems. One minute ago we checked and we can conclude that the panel is in good condition and safe. Because electricity can suddenly have problems without us realizing it and it really needs to be handled extra quickly to take action to cut off the power lines so that short circuits or hot copper sections do not occur which can cause panel fires and can also cause building fires. With today's increasingly sophisticated digital technology, we can innovate by implementing IoT (Internet Of Thing) using the Bynk Android Application as a remote control for monitoring load values and also being able to trigger 3-phase power lines using only a smartphone anywhere as long as the internet is connected so that when If there is an electrical problem with the sub panel inside the building, it will be handled/disconnected immediately. From the research results obtained, the Solid State Relay component can be combined with a microcontroller as the main control line to cut off large electric currents, where the microcontroller uses a 5 Volt input control and SSR (Solid State Relay) uses a 3 Volt - 32 Volt output so that it can be modified and can cut off and monitor traffic only with a smartphone using the Blynk Application. Abstract

Algoritma Gortzel yang diturunkan dari DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform), dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi frekuensi dengan bantuan processor DSP TMS320C31. Algoritma Gortzel mendeteksi frekuensi dengan tingkat keberhasilan pendeteksian sangat tergantung pada jumlah cuplikan (N), semakin banyak jumlah cuplikan makasemakin akurat pendeteksian frekuensi tersebut. Akan tetapi semakin banyak jumlah N, maka proses iterasinya menjadi lebih kompleks, sehingga waktu yang diperlukan untuk melakukan pendeteksian semakin lama. Untuk itu perlu dipilih jumlah N yang digunakan agar waktu yang diperlukan sesingkat mungkin.
