Abstract

     The purpose of this study was to : 1) know whether there is a  positive effect significant of achievement motivation on learning achievement of students on economic subjects, 2) know whether there is a  positive effect significant influence on learning achievement of independent learning of students on economic subjects, 3) know whether there is influence a  positive effect significant  of creativity on learning achievement of students on economic subjects, 4) know whether there is a positive effect significant effect of achievement motivation, independent learning, and creativity together on learning achievement of students on economic subjects.           A hundred and sixty students of class XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah in the Karanganyar regency was used as a population in this study and the sampling method used was a proportional random sampling. The sample of this study was part of the students of class XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar, SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Gondangrejo, SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Karanganyar academic year 2012/2013, in a total of 110 students. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires, verbal creativity tests, and documentation, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis.          The result showed that there was a a  positive effect significant  of achievement motivation, independent learning, and creativity variables on learning achievement of students on economic subjects at 2,189, 2.587, and 2,636, respectively. Achievement motivation, independent learning, and creativity altogether also showed positive effect significantly on learning achievement of economics. Keywords : achievement, motivation, independence, creativity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pendidikan orang tua terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa (2) pengaruh prestasi belajar kewirausahaan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan siswa dan (3) pengaruh pendidikanorang tua dan prestasi belajar secara barsama sama terhadap sikap kewirausahaan. Penelitian  kuantitatif dengan mendekatan  survey. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMK Negeri I Kebumen semua  siswa kelas II untuk semua program studi akuntansi, perkantoran, pemasaran, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan  multimedia sejumlah 425 siswa dan sampel sebesar 64 siswa ditentukan secara proportionate stratified  random sampling. Analisis data  menggunakan  regresi.      Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: terdapat pengaruh pendidikan orang tua dan prestasi belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap sikap kewirausahaan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,822 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Sedangkan kontribusi secara bersama-sama variabel X1  dan X2 terhadap Y = R2 x 100 % atau 0,82242 x 100%  = 67.60 %  Sumbangan efektif X1 sebesar 13,21 % dan X2 sebesar 54,39 % ,sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,40 % ditentukan faktor lain. Kemudian mengenai besar kecilnya kualitas sikap kewirausahaan siswa dapat diprediksi melalui presamaan regresi  ? = 90,877 +3,481 X1 +0,899 X2. Hasil penelitian ini dapat ditunjukkan dalam beberapa sub kesimpulan: Besarnya pengaruh pendidikan orang tua terhadap sikap kewirausahaan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,470 pada taraf signifikansi 5% sedangkan kontribusi variabel X1 terhadap Y sebesar 22,10 percent sedangkan sisanya sebesar 77,90 percent ditentukan faktor lain. (2) Besarnya pengaruh prestasi belajar kewirausahaan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,777 pada taraf signifikansi 5% sedangkan kontribusi variabel X2 terhadap Y sebesar 60,30 %  sisanya sebesar 39,70 % ditentukan oleh faktor lain. (3) Besarnya hubungan pendidikan orang tua dengan prestasi belajar kewirausahaan  dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,270 % pada taraf signifikansi 5% sedangkan kontribusi variabel X1 dengan X2 sebesar 7,29 % sedangkan sisanya 92,71 % ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Dari hasil penelitian disarankan untuk menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan sikap positip kewirausahaan melalui upaya-upaya peningkatan proses  pembelajaran (1) Bagi guru terkait dengan model metode dan media pembelajaran.(2) Bagi siswa terkait dengan kemaandirian, kedisiplinan, tanggungjawab, percaya diri, (3)Bagi sekolah terkait dengan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, dan (4) Bagi orang tua siswa terkait dengan perhatian dan pengontrolan aktifitas dirumah yang mengarah pada aktifitas kemandirian anak.                                                        Kata kunci: Sikap kewirausahaan, pendidikan orang tua, prestasi belajar siswa

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional sangat ditentukan oleh dinamika dan perkembangan   perekonomian daerah, sedangkan perekonomian daerah pada umumnya ditopang oleh kegiatan ekonomi bersakala kecil dan menengah. Unit usaha yang masuk dalam kategori Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan urat nadi penentu perkembangan  perekonomian daerah dan nasional. Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan usaha yang tangguh di tengah krisis ekonomi yang terjadi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi sumber adalah UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Ngawi dengan jumlah sampel 82 dari 467 UMKM yang ada yang tersebar dalam jenis UMKM yang berbeda. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dengan tehnik analisis data menggunakan logika deduksi, dengan membandingkan teori yang melatar belakangi permasalahan.Dari data yang terkumpul diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Ngawi mampu menjadi faktor pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah serta membawa dampak positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Ngawi.Kata Kunci: UMKM, pertumbuhan ekonomi, tenaga kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pemanfaatan laboratorium multimedia dalam pelaksanaan RSBI sebagai upaya peningkatan prestasi mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Madiun, 2) Kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dalam pemanfaatan laboratorium multimedia dalam program RSBI di SMA Negeri 3 Madiun dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam mengatasinya, 3) Hasil yang diperoleh siswa dari pemanfaatan laboratorium multimedia dalam program RSBI sebagai upaya peningkatan prestasi mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Madiun. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Madiun pada tahun pelajaran 2010/2011. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan meliputi informan, peristiwa, dan dokumen. Teknik sampling pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalah pengamatan, wawancara/interview, dan mengkaji dokumen arsip. Teknik sampling yang digunakan untuk mengambil sampel adalah snowball sampling. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan keikutsertaan, keajegan pengamatan, dan triangulasi. Sedangkan analisa data dilakukan analisa interaktif yang meliputi: produksi data, sajian data, penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan (1) Pemanfaatan laboratorium multimedia dalam program RSBI di SMA Negeri 3 Madiun dilaksanakan secara maksimal, yang didukung oleh guru, siswa, dan lingkunagan dalam peningkatan prestasi mata pelajaran ekonomi, (2) Keberadaan media pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 3 Madiun sudah cukup memadai, (3) Kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam memanfaatkan multimedia adalah kurang terampilnya dan kurang optimalnya guru dalam memanfaatkan, (4) Upaya sekolah untuk mengatasi kendala dengan meningkatkan workshop, IHT, dengan bantuan teman dalam satu team, (5) Hasil pemanfaatan laboratorium multimedia dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hal-hal yang perlu ditindak lanjuti dari penelitian ini antara lain perlu ditingkatkan sumber daya manusia terutama guru-guru yang berusia diatas 50 tahun dalam memanfaatkan laboratorium multimedia.   Kata kunci: prestasi belajar, pemanfaatan laboratorium multimedia.

Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Juni 2016.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan, pengetahuan ekonomi dan perilaku konsumtif terhadap literasi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri Sekota Madiun sebanyak 718 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI sebanyak 260, yang diambil dengan cara Probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah  metode tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah statistik inferensial dengan alat analisis statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kecerdasan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap literasi keuangan, 2) Pengetahuan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap literasi keuangan, 3) Perilaku konsumtif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap literasi keuangan, 4) Kecerdasan, Pengetahuan Ekonomi dan Perilaku Konsumtif berpengaruh positif terhadap Literasi Keuangan.Kata kunci:     Kecerdasan, Pengetahuan Ekonomi, Perilaku Konsumtif, Literasi Keuangan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the effect of the brand image, brand equity, and brand trust against the decision of selecting the State University of Malang, 2) find the solution in resolving problems arising from the brand image, brand equity, and brand trust the State University of Malang.This study is explanation research. The study population was a student University of Malang academic year of 2014. The research sample number of 170 students and is taken by using Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Data collection through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Research results show that: 1) brand image and brand trust does not significant affect positively on student's decision in choosing the State University of Malang, while brand equity and significant positive effect on student's decision selecting State University of Malang, brand image, brand equity, and brand trust simultaneously have the effect of 45% of the student's decision in choosing the State University of Malang. Some solutions to strengthen the image of the State University of Malang, among others: a) conduct a more vigorous promotion again in the schools at the senior high school  and vocational school, b) the alumni there  are already successful or able to show themselves as alumni of State University of Malang, c) lecturers should be able to show his work, d) all of the institutional component should have a high productivity, e) manage and improve the network of information technology better, f) public leadership needs to be improved, and g) the name of the State University of Malang indeed need to be changed to make it more marketable. Keyword: brand image, brand equity, brand trust, student behavior, student decision

Abstract

This research aimed to find out: (1) differences in learning achievement of accounting student who use the Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy, (2) differences in learning achievement of accounting student who had high category and low category of multiple intelligence, (3) interaction effect between kategory miltiple intelligence, CTL and Concept Mapping.This study was a experiment. The research was desained by Simple Randomized Subyect Design faktorial 2x2. The research population was II grade Economic Education of Stkip Hamzanwadi. The sample was taken by using nonprobability sampling kuota, obtained 39 students as an CTL class and 38 other in same grade as Concept Mapping class. The data collection was taken by document, questionnaire and test method. Document method was used for finding the Authentic Assesment and the UAS score Basic of Accounting I, as balance test for CTL and Concept Mapping learning. Questionnaire method was used to know the category  multiple intelligences of students. Test method was used to know learning achievement of Accounting student.The conclusion of this research were that: (1) There were differences in learning achievement of accounting student who used the Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy. (2) There were differences in learning achievement of student who had the high category and the low category of multiple intelligence. (3) There was an interaction effect between kategory miltiple intelligences, Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy. The everage learning achievement accounting of CTL class higher than the Concept Mapping class, and different category of multiple intelligences to effect different of learning achievement.Keywords: Multiple Intelligences, CTL, Concept Map, Learning Achievement

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to analyze: (1) the validity of constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2, and (2) the effectiveness of  constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2.This research used the research and development (R&D) method to develop and expand the existing product in an attempt to generate a new accountable product. i.e. constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2 so as to improve the students? learning result in Economics. The research used the procedural development model claimed by Borg and Gall. Its population was all of the students as many as 165 in Grade XI of Social Science Program of State Senior Secondary School 1 of Bandar Sribhawono, Lampung Timur, in Academic Year 2014/2015. The samples of research were taken by using the purposive sampling technique. They consisted of 60 students: 30 in control class and 30 in experimental class.The developed constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2 is feasible to be used as it has fulfilled the required criteria in accordance with the guidelines for textbook assessment of the National Education Standard Agency (BSNP) of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia 2014.  The developed constructivist-based module on Economics learning material for Grade XI of Social Science Program in Semester 2 is effective to improve the learning result of the students as indicated by the average score of the learning result of the control class and the experimental class, namely: 78.57 and 83.47 respectively. This indicates that the learning result of the experimental class is more excellent than that of the class control. The significance value of 2-tailed t test is 0.003, which is less than 0.050. Thus, the proposed H1 is rejected, meaning that there is a difference of score average in the learning result between the students of the control class and those of the experimental class, and the improvement of the learning result of the experimental class is better than that of the control class. Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine: (1) effect of the use Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) learning type toward accounting learning achievement, (2) effect of student learning activities toward accounting learning achievement, (3) effect interaction Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) learning type with student learning activities toward accounting learning achievement.This research includes quasi experimental research. The population is class XI student of Kartasura senior secondary school on academic year 2012/2013. The study uses simple random sampling. Data collection techniques are method of documentation, test and questionnaires. Test of hypotheses show: (1) the use of learning methods affect the learning achievement of accounting, (2) students learning activities affect the learning achievement of accounting, (3) interaction learning methods with student learning activities affect the learning achievement of accounting. The multiple comparison test show: (1) TAI method produce learning achievement that is better than lecture method, (2) learning achievements of students who have a high learning activity and medium learning activity is better than the students who have low learning activity, (3) There is no difference in learning achievement of students that uses TAI with high, medium and low learning activities.Keywords: Cooperative type of TAI, Learning Activities, Learning Achievement

Learning Performance Viewed from the Learning Motivation of the Eleventh Grade Students of Public Senior High School 2 Sragen Year 2012/ 2013. Thesis. Economics Educational Study Program, Postgraduated Program of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. 2013.This study is aimed at finding out (1) To analyze the effect of Think Talk Write (TTW) and Think Pair Share (TPS) learning methods on the students? economic learning performance, (2) To analyze the effect of high level of learning motivation, medium level of motivation, and low level of learning motivation on the students? economics learning performance, (3) To analyze the interaction of effect between learning methods and learning motivation level on the students? economics learning performance.This study was quantitative research quasi experimental method. The population in this study included the entire eleventh grade IS students of Public Senior High School 2 Sragen of academic year 2012/ 2013, which consisted of three classes. Those three classes were XI IS 1, XI IS 2, XI IS 3, where the amount of whole population in this study was 98 students. The sampling used cluster random sampling technique. The sample in this study were XI IS 2 class, which consisted of 32 students as the experiment I class, and XI IS 3, which consisted of 33 students as the experiment II class.The data techniques of collecting data were test for economics achievement, questionnaires for students? motivation and documentation. To analyze the the hypothesis, the researcher used two-way analysis of varience with a 2x2 factorial design and the significant level was 5% . The prerequirement test in this study used normality test by Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test and Homogeneity test with F-test.From the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) There is effect of  Think Pair Share (TPS) and Think Talk Write (TTW) toward economics learning achievement, (2) there is effect of high and low motivations toward economics learning achievement, (3)  there is interaction between motivation and teaching learing types Think Pair Share (TPS) and Think Talk Write (TTW) toward economics learning achievement.Keywords: Learning motivation, learning performance, Think Pair Share, Think Talk Write.
