The airport is an air transport infrastructures that must be equipped with a variety of facilities, equipment and services in accordance with applicable regulations. One of the facilities available at the land side is the lounge / boarding lounge to accommodate passengers who are leaving / boarding. Passengers at the airport El Tari Kupang each year continues to increase so that the need to adjust the waiting room as needed. The methodology in this study was descriptive qualitative and forecasting. The results of this study stated that the waiting room at the airport El Tari Kupang should be expanded to waiting passengers feel comfortable flying hours.

Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerjemahan istilah budaya bahasa Indonesia ke dalam bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi yang dilakukan dengan menempuh model alir, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian adalah novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk karya Ahmad Tohari dan terjemahannya dalam bahasa Inggris dengan judul The Dancer, oleh Rene T.A. Lylsloff. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan semantik dan teori penerjemahan Newmark. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, istilah budaya dalam novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi beberapa kategori yaitu alat musik, pakaian, asesoris, pekerjaan, dan aktivitas. Kedua, ditemukan tiga istilah alat musik, empat pakaian, dua asesoris, empat pekerjaan, dan dua aktivitas.

Gandhi’s non-violance movement has basically been based on moral and religious force. The values that Gandhi promotes include fighting against use of hard force, of weapon; fighting for truth by way of self-purification. His movement is transformative in nature and puts humanity over varied basis of violence in terms culture, language and act. Gandhi’s major ideas are Ahimsa, Stayagrha, Swadeshi, Swaraj, and Sarvodaya—with which Gandhi struggles for the independence and de-colonizing his country, India.

The research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and achievement motivation to achievement in learning of students in Akparnas–Universitas Nasional Jakarta. The Research is descriptive research with used regression analusis and correlation with data os questionnaire collected from the all students at Akparnas – Universitas Nasional Jakarta. The result of research showed that Emotional Intelligence and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect to achievement in learning. The variable achievement motivation is the most dominant variable to influence achievement in learning with almost powerful dimension is the dimension of need of achievement.

Globalization is an expansion, deepening, and acceleration which connect to all aspects of socio-contemporary life around the world. Globalization promotes the development of digital democracy in Indonesia in the form of public sphere channels through cyberspace characterrized by the expansion of global communication and the widespread of institutions and democratic norms demands. This article discusses the president-parliament relations, especially its main legislative and executive in a presidential system who often get caught up in the conflict between institution. This article argues, that is the originial of UUD 1945 amendment aim that, Indonesia adheres to a presidential system, but its also contain elements of a parliamentary system, the result is a system of government that is not unusual. The study discover that the Presidential not run optimally, not only from the construction of the constitution and legislation but is also affected by the combination of multiparty, and the President-Parliament relations in practice. Underlying theory perspective is the theoritical limitation of power and the presidential system; to comprehend the concept of a presidential system and its implications.

THE EFFECTS OF TEACHING TECHNIQUE AND LANGUAGE ATTITUDES TOWARDS STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILL AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN PURWAKARTA WEST JAVA Occe Luciana

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teaching technique and language attitude towards students’ speaking skill. The research was conducted through the technique of experiment with a sample size of 96 people in a cluster sampling consisting of two states school students are among 58 students of SMAN 2 Purwakarta, and 58 students of SMAN 3 Purwakarta. Both of them are in class XI. Then they were divided into four groups. The data was collected by carrying out the test results speaking skills for measuring speaking skill and the provision of a questionnaire data were collected and processes through the rules of descriptive statistics and inferential analysis with 2 pathways ANOVA. From the analysis concluded there is a significant effect of teaching technique towards students’ speaking skill. That is proved by value of F0 = 21.324 and Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05. In other words, the average speaking skill of students who are taught by using role-play technique and conventional has significant differences. But there is no significant effect of attitude towards languagespeaking skill. That is proved by the value of F0 = 0.724 and Sig. = 0.397 > 0.05. It means that the difference (Mean) of respondents who have a high attitude with students who have low language attitude is not a significant difference. And there is no significant effect between teaching technique and language attitude towards language speaking skill. That is proved by the value of F0 = 2.894 and Sig. = 0.092 > 0.05

Islam advice that Sholat be performed in ritually clean environment. When worshipping, the clothes that are worn and the place of player mus be clean. Both men and women are required yo cover their bodies (aurah) in reasonably loose-fitting garments. The well known adage or hadis by Al Nawawi that purity is half the faith illustrates how Islam has incorporated and modified existing rules of purity in its religious system. Sholat is one of the five pillars in the faith of Islam and obligatory religious duty for every muslim. It is physical, mental and spiritual act of worship that is observed five times every day at prescribed times. Every movement in the sholat is accompanied by the takbir except the standing between the ruku” and sujud and the ending which has a derivation of the muslim greeting asalamu alaikum”. Muslims believe that prophets Allah offered daily prayers and were humble in submission to the Oneness of Allah. Muslim also believe that the main duty of the prophets of Allah is to teach mankind to humbly submit themselves to Oneness of Allah. Sholat is cited as a means of restraining a believer from social wrong and moral deviancy.

Peneliti, telah memilih India Perspectives, sebuah majalah terkemuka dengan sejumlah pembacanya di beberapa bagian dunia seperti : di Asia, Eropa, Timur Tengah, dan Rusia. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti telah mengambil Analisis Terjemahan Adjective Clauses bersama dengan komponen kata dari bahasa Inggris ke bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahan penelitiannya, dan mencoba untuk mencari tahu kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh penerjemah selama proses penerjemahan dari bahasa Inggris ke bahasa Indonesia dengan menganalisis beberapa komponen kata kelas kata dalam klausa. Komponen klausa ini sering dibangun/ditulis dalam bentuk yang berbeda-beda Perbedaan bentuk ini sangat menarik minat peneliti untuk dianalisa. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui strategi & teori yang digunakan oleh penerjemah ketika mentransfer pesan dari teks sumber ke dalam teks sasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan analitik yang didukung oleh strategi & teori penerjemahan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa apa pun yang dikatakan dalam satu bahasa dapat dikatakan di bahasa lain. Bila diperlukan, bentuk bahasa target harus diubah agar makna bahasa sumber tidak terdistorsi, karena makna yang diungkapkan dalam bentuk tertentu suatu bahasa dapat dinyatakan dalam bentuk yang berbeda dalam bahasa lain, Inilah perlunya mengubah kelas kata ketika mentransfer pesan dari bahasa sumber kedalam bahasa sasaran.

This article discusses the behavior of political parties in elections at the local level that indicates the failure of the party in exercising leadership recruitment. According to the authors, political parties in Indonesia has pursued a policy of pragmatic and ignore the ideology of the party in nominating candidates for regional heads, so that the present is the attitude minus the ethics of political parties, the oligarchs at the local level and the political inheritance electoral impact neglect of elections as the provision of stock of the national leadership. This study found that operation elections became chaotic by the behavior of the party's failure to carry out roles and functions of such recruitment. The theory is applied perspective is a Political Party System and Political Parties, and Nomadism Party; to understand the concept of the behavior of political parties in the political arena local level.
