Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing the digital payment system. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with 384 respondents as subjects of UMKM in Surakarta City who have implemented a digital payment system. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, namely MSMEs that have implemented digital payments. Data analysis technique using SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that perceived convenience influences perceptions of usefulness and attitudes of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing payments. Next, the perception of expediency influences the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing digital payments. In addition, trust influences the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing digital payments. Finally, attitudes influence the intention of UMKM in Surakarta City to implement digital payments.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education and digital iteracy on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy as a mediating varible. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method, data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study were all 106 students of Economics Education. Hypothesis testing and analysis of respondent data in this study were carried out using path analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship education, digital literacy, and self-efficacy on the interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the results and research findings, educational institutions must continue to strive to develop students' interest in entrepreneurship through various programs that increase student motivation to entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study uses apparatus competency variables, internal control systems, and leadership style as moderating variables associated with fraud prevention in the Village Government sector. This study aims to determine the effect of strengthening village apparatus competence on preventing fraud in village financial management, the effect of strengthening the internal control system on preventing fraud in village financial management, the effect of strengthening village apparatus competence and strengthening the internal control system on preventing fraud on village financial management with a leadership style as moderator. This research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire survey method, with primary data sources. The population of this study was 322 villages in Sidoarjo Regency consisting of village heads, village secretaries, and village treasurers/village staff, with a total of 966. The number of samples for this study was 86 respondents. Village samples were taken from each of the 18 sub-districts. in Sidoarjo Regency, using the purposive sampling method. The validity and reliability of the instrument were checked first before the hypothesis was tested. Then, multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (MRA) were performed, to find out whether the moderating variable strengthens or weakens the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Village Apparatus Competence has no influence on Fraud Prevention in Village Financial Management because the majority of village officials who manage village finances have an educational background that is not by the position they hold. (2) Internal Control has an influence on Fraud Prevention in Village Financial Management. (3) Leadership style does not moderate the influence of village apparatus competence on preventing fraud in village financial management, because the majority of village heads as financial managers do not have clear goals in managing village finances based solely on the direction of one of the dominant instruments. (4) Leadership style moderates the effect of internal control on preventing fraud in village financial management.

Abstract

Schumpeter is one of the 20th century economists who laid brilliant ideas about entrepreneurship. He placed innovation as the soul of entrepreneurship. An individual is considered an entrepreneur when they have made innovation through new combinations that include several things, such as new products, new production methods, new markets, new sources of supply, and more effective organizational management. This study aims to conduct a critical review and commentary on Schumpeter's ideas. In practice, Schumpeter's ideas about innovation have limitations. The author sees these limitations in several aspects: 1. The innovation Schumpeter referred to may only occur in established industries or those with strong economic capital, meaning that innovation only occurs among large-scale business players, but in practice, entrepreneurs do not necessarily have large-scale business operations from the beginning. 2. Schumpeter emphasizes the functions of innovation too much but overlooks the potential risks that business players may face when carrying out innovative functions. 3. Business players who manage their business, business products, production methods with traditional and outdated mindsets and methods may emerge, and these types of business players cannot be recognized based on Schumpeter's theory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of social media and peers on learning achievement mediated by motivation in economics students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University. The type of research used is quantitative with a survey method and the sample used is 262 economics students. The validity test used in this study uses Connfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and uses the Cronbach Alpha reliability test. The data analysis technique used in this study is hierarchical regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of social media use on learning motivation, 2) peer variables directly do not influence learning motivation, 3) motivation variables do not influence learning achievement, 4) there is a significant influence between the variables of social media use on learning achievement, 5) there is a significant influence between peer variables on learning achievement.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and adversity quotient on the academic achievement of economic education students at FKIP UNS batch 2019-2021. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method with 169 respondents as research subjects in economics education students from class 2019-2021. The sampling technique was carried out by proportionate stratified random sampling with the criteria of currently carrying out learing activities and obtaining a IPK score. Pearson’s product moment was used to test the instrument’s validity, while Cronbach’s alpha was used to test its reliability. Data were descriptively analyzed and tested using classical assumptions before being analyzed using multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination. The findings showed that : First, there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on academic achievement of Economics Education students of FKIP UNS batch 2019-2021. Second, indicated a positive influence and significant adversity quotient on the academic achievement of Economics Education students of FKIP UNS batch 2019-2021. Third, indicated a positive and significant influence on self-efficacy and adversity quotient academic achievement of Economics Education students of FKIP UNS batch 2019-2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memanfaatkan desain penelitian ex post facto dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan menggunakan kuesioner dengan populasi siswa kelas XII jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 siswa dari 3 kelas. Analisis hipotesis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan analisis jalur dan uji sobel dengan memanfaatkan program IBM SPSS versi 26. Berlandaskan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwasanya: (1) Literasi digital berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan dalam berwirausaha digital. (2) Prakerin tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha digital. (3) Sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha digital. (4) Literasi digital melalui sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha digital. (5) Prakerin melalui sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, tax socialization, and tax morale on the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers. This study uses primary data through a questionnaire. The sample in this research is active students of the Accounting Study Program batch 2019 to 2021 at the Tamansiswa University of Yogyakarta. The sample technique used is Convenience Sampling. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The results showed that knowledge of taxation had a positive effect on the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers, tax socialization had no effect on the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers, and tax morale had a positive effect on the intention to comply with prospective taxpayers.

Abstract

The success of students in participating in learning activities during lectures can be seen from their learning achievements. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic the implementation of learning experienced several problems. This study aims to determine the effect of time management and learning motivation on Economics Education students' learning achievement during a pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, with a sample of 216 respondents. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) time management had a positive effect on Economic Education students' learning achievement during the pandemic, (2) learning motivation had a positive effect on Economics Education students' learning achievement during the pandemic, (3) time management and learning motivation had a positive effect simultaneously on the learning achievement of Economics Education students during the pandemic.
