Abstract

Problem in this study were as follows: Does experiential marketing which consists of a variable Sense, Feel, Think,  Act, Relate can influence purchasing decisions partially or multiple of the product Yamaha Mio at the University of  Muria Kudus? And which variable has the highest impact in influencing purchasing decisions Yamaha Mio at the  University of Muria Kudus? The results of regression analysis is known to have a positive and significant influence  between variables Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate partially based on the test results obtained for the variable  Sense t test value of 2,317; Feel at 5,238; 2,095 Think; Act of 2,587; for Relate 2,084; and 1,986 greater than at  table. This means a partial fifth variable consisted of Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate has a positive and  significant influence on purchase decisions Yamaha brand motor cycles are based on the F test results, obtained F  tes of 12,047 is greater 2,32 than F table and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. From the results of  regression analysis were the variables that have a Feel of greater influence than other variables, while its influence  is jointly significant and positive influence on purchase decision variables, with contribution of 63,6 % and other  variables beyond the study of 35,4 %.

Abstract

In line with the progress achieved in the industrial sector at national and regional level, the development of small  industries  in the city of  Semarang  has undergone  a quite  satisfactory progress.  Based on researcher’s  rare  observations in traditional markets in the city of Semarang, there was an increase of the price of tempeh, as the  result of the increase in prices of basic needs. This research tries to explore more on tempeh industry in the city of  Semarang, to be specific in West and East Districts of Semarang. It will investigate on how small industry sector,  tempeh industry, can exist while examining the factors that affect the income from production.The objective of the research is to analyse the influence of capital, labors, labor skills, as well as the capital on the  growth of  tempeh industry in household scale in the city of Semarang,.The type of research used is quantitative using analitical descriptive approach with cross sectional research design,  therefore the result of the research can be identified at the same time. The result of the research gives an explanation on that there is a positive and significant influence between capital,  labors and skills on the growth of tempeh industry. In other words, the variation of the growth of tempeh industry  can develop regarding the capital, labors and labor skills owned.

Abstract

This study aims to identify learning disability on elementary school children. Learning disorders faced by children  who have learning disabilities are grouped in four criteria: dyslexia, disgrafia, dyscalculia, ADHD. Sample of this  study were children of primary school class III and IV are considered to have problems with learning disabilities in  the two districts at the county of Kudus who drawn at random. As for primary schools as the place to study as many  as 10 elementary schools. Results of research conducted by observation, IQ tests and tests the ability to learn to identify learning disabilities  in children of primary school of 209 children obtained the result that the child is having problems reading  disabilities (dyslexia) as many as 43 children, children who experience an inability to write (disgrafia) as many as  20 children, children who experience disability numeracy (dyscalculia) as many as 13 children and none having  attention disorder with hyperactivity, while based on the results of research on other samples experiencing slow  learner disruptions as much as 97 children.

Abstract

Children   grow   and   develop   in   a   life   colored   by   the violation   of   others   right,   crime,   compulsion,   ignorance, unclearness between right and wrong, good and bad, allowed and not allowed behaviors. Building moral intelligence  is very important to do in order that the children’s intuition is able to differentiate the right and the wrong. Thus, they  can reject the bad influences from outside. One of the ways used to give moral value to the children is sociodrama.The research aims to know the sociodrama method in improving the moral intelligence of children. Subject of the  research is the student of elementary school. The number of subject in the experiment and control groups is same that  is 14 students.The research is design using model of The Untreated Control Group Design with Pretest and Posttest. The design uses two groups examined which consist of an experiment group and a control group. The measurement is conducted twice  using moral intelligence measurement instrument, namely before it is given treatment (pre-test) and after it has been  given treatment (post-test).The result of analysis using T-Test shows that there is a difference of moral intelligence achievement level of the  children between those who receive moral value guidance through sociodrama method and those who do not receive  moral value guidance through sociodrama method p = 0,009 (p<0,05). The result of analysis also shows that there is  difference of moral intelligence achievement level of th children before receiving moral value guidance through  sociodrama method and after they have receive the moral value guidance through sociodrama method p = 0,033  (p<0,05). The result of analysis shows the great contribution of sociodrama method towards the moral intelligence of  children is 30,9%.

Abstract

The main problem in this study were 1) whether there is influence between the effectiveness of economic turnover to  profitability in PT.Djarum Employees Cooperative Spirit? 2) whether there is influence between cash turnover effectiveness  of economic   Profitability on PT.Djarum Employees Cooperative Spirit?The purpose of this study were: 1) to examine the effect of turnover between the effective-ness of economic profitability at  PT.Djarum Kudus Employees Cooperative, 2) to examine the effect of cash turnover between the effectiveness of economic  profitability at PT.Djarum Kudus Employees Cooperative. Data collection methods used in this study is the documentation. That method of data collection by performing recording  based on data obtained from the documents in PT.Djarum Employees Cooperative. With the results of this study as follows. 1.The effectiveness of accounts receivable turnover (X1) proved to have  a  positive  and   significant   impact  on    economic  profitability (Y) this is indicated from the results of the t test which proved the value of each regression coefficient 7.404 each  variable is greater when compared with the value of t 2.920 t count table located in the area rejected (Ho), meaning that zero  hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. So the hypothesis presented in this study proved that the effectiveness of the accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on economic profitability variables. 2.Effectiveness of cash turnover (X2) proved to have a positive and significant impact on eco-nomic profitability (Y) this is indicated from the results of the t test which proved the value of each regression coefficient 3.459 each variable is greater when compared with the value of t 2.920 t count table located in the area rejected (Ho), meaning that zero hypothesis (Ho) is  rejected and alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. So the hypothesis presented in this study proved that the effectiveness of  cash turnover has a significant effect on economic profitability variables.

Abstract

The low growth of Islamic bank customers is because of the weak of Islamic bank customers. One of the important evidences of customer’s loyalty is satisfaction. When customers are satisfied, they will not  hesitate to invite others to be the customers of the Islamic banks.The main focus of this research is to reveal and interpret the mediation role of the relationship marketing (trust  and  commitment) between satisfaction and loyalty,  as  well  as  to test  the  moderator role of  individual characteristics in relation with the influence of satisfaction on loyalty. The analysis showed that customers who are satisfied will be loyal to Islamic banks if the customer have adequate educational background and knowledge about Islamic banking. The satisfied customers will enhance long-term relationship with the Islamic banks in form of mutual trust, good communication, and trust that the bank will provide good services. The satisfied customers will enhance the mutual trust and good communication, which eventually create customers loyalty.
