Abstract

Human being is the best and excellent creature. Human does not only have potency of rational intelligence but also emotional and spiritual intelligence. In fact, the emotional and spiritual intelligence are so central in someone achievement. Cause, the level of those two intelligences is on top of rational intelligence. Nevertheless, these two matters is not yet studied and developed comprehensively.In consequence, to increase quality of education forwards, institute of education has to able to develop potencies of those two intelligences, not merely rational intelligence.Keywords: IQ, EQ, SQ and Quality of Education

Abstract

The progress of modern science and technology has become human being easy to reach whatever they need and they want. Nevertheless, in other hand, those progresses with their ideology, life style, effect and etc. in fact have caused the human being faraway from their surroundings, family, and even their self. Therefore, modern men try to look for the solution of this condition, one of that is religion.However, the chosen to religion is not based on pure consciousness, but only as way to escape; hence the result is not permanent. The solutions offered by religious, such as Islamic psychotherapy, also have not touched the basic problem of humanity yet, that is the consciousness, and consequently the problem solving is not maximal.Islamic psychotherapy presented in this article, which is based on principles of epistemology of hikmah muta`aliyah, is hoped be able to be Islamic psychotherapy alternative that fix the lacking. The result is not only the temporal satisfaction of soul, but a peace of life which is permanent, and also intellectual satisfaction, without ignoring the role of syari'ah.Keywords: Problem of modern men, Islamic psychotherapy, and hikmah muta`aliyah.

Abstract

One of phenomenon that can be seen in Malang town, especially in the night, through the Veteran Street, we see many tent café and lesehan stalls. The same thing we meet also in Sunday morning around Gajayana Stadium. The good management will have significant impact to the income of merchants. However, tent cafes and lesehan stalls are still managed traditionally, simple, and unpretentious. This research is qualitative, that is research conducted by collecting data from informants (interview) and observation, also documentation. This research makes interview to the owner of tent cafes about how they serve consumers. This research works during at least two mounts. They serve consumers in a simple way and it is not professionally. So that it is important to give best service (prima service) for the consumers to increase their income. Because, in philosophy of business is known that customers or consumers do not only buy product but also the service.Entrepreneur means creating employment for our self and others, to get income for fulfilling the requirement of life.Prima service pays attention to customer as unique and interesting person, which deserves to get the best and satisfied service. Giving prima service to customer has a purpose to win competition in a business.Keywords: creativity, prima service, entrepreneur, and unemployment.

Abstract

Human Intelligent is note only verbal, but it has variety of brand. At least, there are five kinds of intelligences of human being: spiritual, emotional, rational, social and physical. The fifty kinds of intelligences have to get the same opportunity to expand, especially emotional and spiritual intelligence, because those two potencies of intelligences are often disregarded.To develop all potencies of intelligence above requires five-education phase: (a) the recognition, (b) the experience, (c) the innovation, (d) the comprehension, and (e) the practice. In addition, it needs good cooperation between teacher and parent. Each has to give guidance, which has orientation, democratic and full of affection.Keyword: potencies of intelligence and intelligent education.

Abstract

There are three models of child mothering: authoritative, permissive, and democratic. The good mothering pattern is pattern of mothering which can grow all child intelligence potencies: spiritual, emotional, rational, social, natural, physical, etc. emotional intelligence is potency of intelligence that involves the ability to control feeling and emotion, in guiding mind and action of our self and others.The Islamic mothering pattern is pattern of mothering prioritizing fitrah Islami of child, beside other potencies: spiritual, emotional, rational, social, natural, physical, etc. That is placing forward training and forming of moral, it is so central in forming and developing emotional intelligence of child.Keywords: emotional intelligence and Islamic mothering

In global era, organization or company has to develop, from traditional model to be opened system. In opened organizational system, level of career is not vertical but horizontal, and not linear but spiral. In this case, the steering of career is not the company, but individual. Each person is always claimed to develop his or his knowledge and skill according to the requirement. Abstract

AbstractToday education has not been successful to make and develop the students become good citizen. This is because, our modern education today has emphasized only on intellectual intelligence while the others are neglected. As the result, there are many students that have high intellectual intelligence but their characters are bad. Education should include developing intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence in balance. Education should be able to form character of the students to have multiple intelligence so that they can solve all the problem in their life. For that, the policy of education program should be directed and emphasized on spiritual values and emotional values as the basis to obtain intellectual intelligence, and this must be one packet in educational process that cannot be separated.Keywords: intelligent potential, education and integrative

Abstract

As well as in the West and the Orient, Islam also recognizes system of thought which include foundation, method, and application. There are at least three models of epistemology in Islamic thought system that is Bayani, Burhani, and Irfani.Bayani is the system of thought, which based his way of thinking on the text, while burhani is the system of thought which based on ratio, and ‘irfani based on intuition. They use methods; exploration of text meaning for bayani. Those three models of epistemology have much contribution on developing Islamic knowledge and sciences. Bayani emerges fiqh and Islamic theology, while burhani comes out Islamic Philosophy, and irfani appears whereas burhani uses trick of ratio, and irfani works on heart purified.Sufism.Keywords: Bayani, Burhani and Irfani

Abstract

Human being always makes interaction with his environment. Both influence each other. The environment forces human to use certain behavior, and on the other hand human also influences the arrangement of environment. This influencing each other becomes vicious circle which happens in every element of human life, it does so in entertainment, in this case film or cinema. This research wants to see behavior of human being (moviegoer) linked with environmental settingThis research is conducted in the Movies Permata in Jogjakarta. The method of this research is qualitative. Data is taken from interview with seven informant and direct observation. The result of research, in general, indicates that pollution, temperature, setting of area, and also existence of others influences behavior of audience (moviegoer) in the building.Keywords: Environment, cinema, movies, and behavior.

Abstract

Expression of juvenile delinquency is often seen in society, for instance: attacking among students, free sex, and theft. The teaching of religious values and morality in teenager life comprehensively, becomes responsibility of family, society, school and government, as effort to solve the juvenile delinquency juvenile delinquency juvenile delinquency.The family requires applying the pattern of Islamic mothering. Society as a control conducts tight inspection to the teenager behavior and action. The school does not only emphasize on intellectual intelligence, it is also important to develop other intelligences, like emotional and spiritual intelligence. In consequence, religious subject is not merely given for memorizing (cognition), but also for being done affectively.Furthermore, the attitude of all elements of society must be good guidance. Parent, teacher, and society have not to disobey religious teaching, social norms and moral. It is the significant matter as effort to solve the juvenile delinquency.Keywords: religion and juvenile delinquency.
