Abstract

Brand loyalty provides strategic value to the company if managed properly. For example, the reduction of marketing costs, increase sales and market share, create brand awareness, growing interest in new customers. Including providing opportunities for the company time to anticipate a possible threat from rivals. Thus, marketing is a battle of consumer perception and brand loyalty, not just a battle of products.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of positioning strategy towards brand loyalty. Effect of positioning strategy towards brand loyalty, and brand image. Effect of brand image to brand loyalty. Effect of brand loyalty on repurchase intention. This study uses primary data by accidental sampling technique. Total sample of 130 respondents using a Likert scale. Technical analysis using SEM.The results showed that the positioning strategy is not to create a brand image. Positioning strategy can create brand loyalty. Brand image can not create brand loyalty. Abstract

Implementation of stratejic management in public organizations will be different from a private company in general due to differences in the characteristics of both organizations. Public sector organizations do not emphasize the goals of the organization in search for income but rather on a quality service. Public services must receive serious attention by local governments, since public services directly or indirectly will affect the quality of public welfare. Local governments with high-performing public service that will allow increased public access to various services provided by local governments. Organization's success in implementing its strategy cannot be separated from the role of subordinates and employees. Understanding and uniting willpower of members of public organization to promote the organization and to improve public service is the basis of a successful capital management strategy of the public organization.Keywords: Stratejic, management, improvement, public, service, performance, non-public, organization

Abstract

These days, growth of corporate world in Indonesia progressively rapidly grow and intercompany emulation become progressively tighten. At the time of taking decision, good manager is manager having organizational ability and exploit the resource which is available in effort to reach the company target. All manager need the appliance which can assist the planning, coordination and performance assessment, that is budget. This Research target is to test empirically is influence from participation of budgeting and justice prosedural to managerial performancePopulation is 16 related personal with the budget compilation that is from top until lower management PT. Karana of Line Surabaya. Technique sampel used by census method, where all population member made by as sampel, consisted of by 1 head branch, 4 superintendent, and 11 sub units head. This Research data use the primary data with the instrument kuesioner. Technics analyse used by a Multiple Linear Regression.Pursuant to examination result obtained by conclusion that budgeting participation have an effect  on to manajerial performance, justice prosedural have an effect on to manajerial performance.Keyword :  Budgeting Partisipation, Procedural Justice, Manajerial Performance

Abstract

The environment which dynamic and complex, PT. PLN ( Persero) of Distribution of East Java of APJ South Surabaya need the decision making which quickly, flexible approach, work base on knowledge and intensive process. The condition require the very high worker involvement in organization through the team forming. The description have an intention to know empirically is influence of team cooperation to managerial performance and continual repair influence to managerial performance at PT. PLN (Persero) of Distribution of East Java of APJ South Surabaya.The object which used is assistant of laboring and supervisor manager at PT. PLN (Persero) of Distribution of East Java of APJ South Surabaya. The proving the analysis used its analysis model that is multiple regression.The result of research and hypothesis examination obtained are the influence of team cooperation and continually repair to managerial performance.Keywords: Team Cooperation, Repair Continually, Managerial Performance

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to know the influence of customer satisfaction on brand preference for private brand product, to know the influence of brand preference on repurchase intention for private brand product, and to examine the influence of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention of private brand product. The result of this study for customer satisfaction has positive impact on brand preference with private brand in Matahari Dept. Store Surabaya. This shows us if it gives better satisfaction also gives good impact on the brand preference. Brand preference gives positive impact on repurchase intention to private brand product in Matahari Dept. Store Surabaya. It also shows us that the better brand preference for the consumers, make the better repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction gives positive impact on repurchase intention in private brand Matahari Dept. Store Surabaya. Abstract

Some important aspects of the changes in organizational culture, at least coherently will be discussed in this paper. Among the important aspects are: values, attitudes, behavior, organizational culture, corporate culture. A number of components into the aspirations and establish a culture of public service organizations. Then used as input in improving the effectiveness of bureaucratic performance. The main purpose of the establishment of an organizational culture within the organization to include all members of the organization can understand, comply with and implement the system-defined organizational culture. Further than that when the organizations or PSOs have agreed a standard system of organizational culture and formed from a number of values that represetatif, so if a problem appears in based organizations, it strived to be resolved by referring to the cultural values of the organization in question. Benefits and functions of organizational culture is to help overcome the problems originating from internal and external organizations. The way that you can use to implement the organization's culture is to promote the vision, mission, strategy and organization, and performance goals to be achieved to the external environment (external stakeholders). While the internal organization that organizational culture needs to be socialized to all employees and associated components. Some important material in the socialization include the following: criteria for employees, the determination of work standards and incentives (rewards) and punishment. Abstract

In general,  purpose of the companies not only achieve to maximizes profit, but more emphasized at maximization of company value.  One of the financial policy that can influence maximization of the company value is dividen policy. At the manufacturing companies which go public in BEJ indicate fluctuation of dividen policy, at least during the year 1998-2003. This policy estimated affects negativity at company value. Meanwhile, change of dividen policy depend on financial condition of the companies (liquidity & profitability). This research aim to analyze liquidity and profitability influence to dividen policy, also impact of dividen policy to company value. Secondary data applied in this research. These data analyzed by SEM approach through AMOS program. Population of this research are the manufacturing companies which listing in Jakarta Stock Exchange, where these companies still be active in market regularly trade and still paying dividen to the shareholders. From these identifications there are 26 manufacturing companies, and entirely applied as sample.Result of research indicates that : a) there is positive influence of liquidity factor to dividend policy factor,  b) profitability factor influential positivity to dividend policy factor, c) but dividend policy factor influential negativity to company value factor. Abstract

Laporan Keuangan dibuat berdasarkan pada unit moneter dan akuntansi nilai historis atau akuntansi tradisional. Laporan Keuangan tersebut berasumsi bahwa harga (unit moneter) adalah stabil, sehingga laporan tersebut tidak mengakui adanya perubahan pada tingkat harga umum atau pada tingkat harga khusus. Dengan demikian, jika ada perubahan daya beli (perubahan harga), laporan keuangan historis secara ekonomis tidak relevan bagi pengambilan keputusan.Perbedaan antara akuntansi historis dan akuntansi perubahan harga telah berlangsung bertahun-tahun. Demikian juga terdapat perbedaan pada hasil-hasil penelitian di bidang tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kembali relevansi akuntansi tingkat perubahan harga dengan akuntansi historis pada perusahaan-perusahaan milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ). Pengujian dilakukan terhadap rasio-rasio keuangan, untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara rasio keuangan berdasar akuntansi tingkat harga umum dengan akuntansi historis.        Dengan menggunakan paired sample t – test dan Wilcoxon match pair test, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan kategori rasio keuangan, hanya dua kategori yang tidak signifikan. Kedua kategori rasio tersebut adalah profitability dan return on investment. Tujuh rasio yang lain terbukti signifikan, yaitu short term liquidity, long term solvency, productivity, leverage, indebtedness, investment intensiveness, dan equity. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akuntansi dengan penyesuaian tingkat harga umum dibutuhkan dan relevan pada pelaporan keuangan. Abstract

Various attempts were made in order to attract regional investors. Both programs through licensing and incentive services performed. Nganjuk economic growth despite being below the economic growth in East Java Province level but, at the rate of economic growth in the District each year experience peningktan Nganjuk. Economic growth is one factor to look at the rate of local consideration of the local economy the way in offering or attract investors to invest their capital. In 2004 the value of investment in Nganjuk a sharp decline compared with previous years since 2000 until 2004 the value of investments decreased an average of 12.92% every year however, inversely proportional to the value of productivity. The value of productivity always increase from year to year with an average increase of 6.72%. Nganjuk always formulate increased investment because of, first to find out how the current investment climate, and how to analyze prospective investments for Nganjuk and prospective investment in associate with several other districts. Through case studies and comparative studies using analytical techniques approach the potential, problems and development investment; technical analysis of procedures and licensing; technical analysis of investment management, engineering analysis of the opportunities for inter-regional cooperation; and techniques are recommended including investment policy analysis to improve investment climate to become more conducive, it is necessary to: Create a regulation of direct investment and local investment, and established regional investment teams with the involvement of StakeholdersKeywords: Investment, Opportunity, Regional, Investment, Incentives

Abstract

Business competition by the company getting fighter in the long run, these conditions require the management to be more careful in determining the competitive strategy, in order to win on competition. Thus will be able to  create high customer loyalty towards the products offered. The firm make a brand for their product, Consumer will be able to prefer the brands, it’s depend on atribut of the product and then take satisfaction.  The aim of this research to analyze Brand Trust and Customer Satisfaction influence to Brand loyalty.Variable in this research are Brand Trust, Merk Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction. Variable measured by Interval Scale and primary data used in this research. Purposive  sampling have been taken to identify the sample, there was customer who had bought twice and 18 years old. Data analyzed by  Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of this research show that,  Brand Trust have  positif  influence to Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction have positif influence to Brand Loyalty.Keywords : Brand Trust , Brand Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction
