<![CDATA[Raids motorcycle gang lately has become popular by security forces incooperation with other relevant institutions, because they feel frustrated and worried by the increasing criminal acts committed by motorcycle gang by various modes crimes. The perpetrators are generally aged 14 to 21 years. Various parties should be able to know clearly and accurately about the factors that cause child a felony. Need to look for what the background so that the children are likely to engage in criminal acts. If causality is known, must be followed up with efforts to find a way out right so as to counteract the occurrence of crimes committed by children.]]>

<![CDATA[Kemampuan dalam harta (finansial) merupakan syarat mutlak bagi seseorang yang berniat melaksanakan ibadah haji. Walaupun secara primordial, haji hanyalah sebentuk ritual simbol pengabdian hamba kepada Tuhannya. Dalam tradisi masyarakat Indonesia, seseorang yang telah berhaji memiliki prestise tersendiri yang disimbolkan dengan penambahan gelar “haji” di depan namanya. Oleh karenanya, masyarakat Indonesia berbondong-bondong untuk mendaftar haji meskipun dengan dana kredit. Mengenai hal tersebut, ada dua pendapat para ulama tentang haji kredit ini, yaitu pendapat yang mengharamkan dan pendapat yang membolehkan. Masing-masing dari kedua pendapat ini mempunyai dasar yang dijadikan alasan dalam mengistinbathkan hukum tersebut.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find patterns and techniques of reasoning in students’ argumentative written discourse in an effort to cultivate critical thinking among the students majoring in Comparative Schools of Islamic Jurisprudence and Law (PMH) State Islamic University of Alauddin Makassar. To achieve these objectives, the approach used in this study was a qualitative approach with a theoretical orientation discourse analysis. The research data were the written discourse obtained from the assignment of students to write argumenttative discourse. Data were analyzed using three basic steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the students’ patterns of reasoning in argumentative written discourse in their effort to cultivate critical thinking among students can be grouped into four patterns, namely: (1) pattern CGB, (2) pattern CGWB, (3) pattern CGB-MQ, and (4) pattern CGWB-MQ. In addition, the students’ reasoning techniques in writing argumentative discourse include: (1) the argument with examples, (2) the argument with the authority, and (3) the argument with causes.]]>

<![CDATA[This article can give you an idea that the adoption of children in northern Luwu not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations so as not to provide legal certainty for adopted children in the future. In addition, the need to reform the law on the adoption of children so that the adoptive parents are not arbitrary to foster children. Legal protection for adopted children in Luwu Utara has not run as expected because the number of adopted children are neglected.]]>

From the research, the crime robber in Makassar more dominant influenced by the desire to emulate after watching a scene or event through electronic media TV has indirectly serving news or violent incidents that occurred in various parts of the country water. The spectacle results become negative for the development of child education which is precisely through such education the children will try to do and practice sees. In sociology called "Society is imitation. Society is always in the process of imitating. When people are fed every day hardness values, rude, people eventually emulate. This statement is supported by data from several actors robber who were interviewed by the author.
