<![CDATA[Aim of the research is to find how to empowerment and improve the independence of mustahiq to become muzakki in Baznas Sukabumi Regency. Approachment that used by researchers is quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, which is an alternative method of SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) in analyzing factors that affect the level of independence of mustahiq's business by using the case study method or field research. The results of this study indicate that the successful of the empowerment and improvement of independence programs from mustahiq to new muzakki has reached the level of making them munfiq, this is a quite encouraging result considering the economic limitations with little business capital and income, however, they have routinely put their donations into the Gathering Council of Zakat/Dewan Pengumpul Zakat (DPZ) of mosque that around of their living.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of Islamic economic values in istishna and salam contract transactions for Songko Recca artisans. This study's focus only focuses on Islam's economic value between craftsmen and buyers of Recca songkok. This study uses a qualitative research paradigm with a phenomenological approach. Researchers took data by making observations, interview techniques, and documentation. Secondary data is obtained from literature reviews received from books, previous research, and websites that provide information about Islamic economic values. The data analysis method uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, concluding. The results of this study indicate that most of the craftsmen have applied Islamic economic values. This is shown starting at the contract or the ordering process until the goods are finished and ready to be shipped. The value of fairness and honesty applied by most craftsmen has a positive impact on their business. Besides, it will bring added value to crafters.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of PSAK 109 in themanagement of zakat and infaq/sadaqah at BAZNAS South Sulawesi Provincein order to realize good zakat governance. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach, using primary and secondary data. Theresults showed that BAZNAS South Sulawesi Province has not implementedPSAK 109, so that the realization of good zakat governance in BAZNAS SouthSulawesi Province has not been achieved properly. Therefore, it is necessary toincrease understanding of human resources, training on the implementation ofPSAK 109 on zakat accounting which regulates the recognition, measurement,presentation and disclosure of zakat, infaq / sadaqah transactions in order to realize good zakat governance of BAZNAS South Sulawesi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to internalize the value of lempu' in uncovering the advantages of mixed traders with Islamic business ethics perspectives. The focus of this research is on the values of lempu' contained in the siri'na pacce culture and the principles of Islamic business ethics. Researchers used qualitative methods with normative ethnographic and theological approaches. Sources of data in this study are primary data obtained directly from the research site with interviews by mixed traders of Bugis-Makassar ethnicity through direct face-to-face. The results explain that the value of lempu' means honesty, truth, sincerity, kindness, and justice shape the character of most of the Bugis-Makassar traders to behave according to their culture. The value of lempu' in the Bugis-Makassar ethnic culture has the same meaning as the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely monotheism, balance, truth, and ihsan. The application of the value of lempu' and the principles of Islamic business ethics in trading yields not only material benefits, but nonmaterial benefits in the form of blessings for peace of mind and does not make it further away from God which brings to the welfare of the world and the hereafter.]]>

<![CDATA[The lack of budget in developing halal tourism in Indonesia encourages researchers to find innovative solutions. This study aims to determine respondents' views on the plan to build a halal tourism capital platform. This study used a qualitative method by applying a phenomenological approach to gather information from respondents based on their experiences. This study's results are divided into four categories, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions presented in the form of a network to combine each answer in each category. The conclusion obtained from this study is that in the variety of performance expectations, the respondents agreed on the halal tourism capital platform's innovation. The respondents felt the ease with the halal tourism capital platform's design in the effort expectancy category. In the social influence category, respondents expressed their interest and interest in using the halal tourism capital platform's innovation by providing suggestions for improving infrastructure and facilities that support the halal tourism capital platform's invention in the facilitating conditions category.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to examine the DSN MUI fatwa related to sanctions on fines and compensation for customers due to delaying payments, the sanctions given to capable customers who delay payments and to find out the application of the DSN-MUI Fatwa. This research was a qualitative research with primary data sources from interviews with the marketing coordinator and the service coordinator and documentation. The analysis in this discussion was descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of sanctions for fines and compensation for customers by banks based on the MUI DSN fatwa there were still some scholars who do not agree with this because the fatwa does not include specific criteria, thus the analysis of all Islamic banks taking mortgages in Islamic banking are capable people, but on the way there are those who are constrained by payment, such as traders whose income is uncertain. In this study it was also found that this was enforced by Islamic banking due to disciplining customers and company losses. ]]>

<![CDATA[Consumer behavior in the buying process begins with the purchase interest, so that it will affect consumers who will continue to change. The purpose of this study is to analyze the motivation and consumer perceptions of the prudential insurance policy purchase decision. This type of research is quantitative verification. The research method used is descriptive survey. The results of this study reveal that consumers' motivation and perceptions are in the sufficient category in influencing the decision to purchase a Sharia prudential insurance policy. Partially the motivations and perceptions of consumers each oppose the decision to purchase an Islamic insurance policy. Positively on the decision to purchase prudential sharia insurance policies.]]>

<![CDATA[Agricultural land has a large area and is useful for farmers, but not all villagers work as farmers due to limited funds and need money, so they prefer to rent it. This study aimed to determine the application of the ijarah contract and its impact on the agricultural sector. This study uses a qualitative method by applying a case study approach to obtain information directly from informants based on current cases. This study indicates that the application of agricultural land leases in Garung Village is following Islamic law. Several informants differ in explanations regarding the nominal fee of ujrah, year, and the expiration of agricultural land lease agreements. At the same time, the impact on landowners cannot improve welfare from religious indicators and souls. Still, it can improve welfare from indicators of religion, life, mind, descent, and property in terms of land tenants.]]>

<![CDATA[The National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council has issued a fatwa regarding sukuk, namely Fatwa Number 72 of 2008 concerning SBSN Ijarah Sale and Lease Back. The concept of sukuk in the DSN-MUI Fatwa uses the concept of hyrid contracts. This has resulted in differences of opinion from experts regarding the legal status of the DSN fatwa using the multi-agreement in the SBSN Ijarah Sale and Lease Back. The research method used is normative juridical. While the type of this research is descriptive analysis and the data collection technique is literature study. The data analysis method is qualitative. The results showed that; first, takyif fiqh in the SBSN scheme uses the al-bai 'wa al-isti'jar contract, which is a combination of the bai' contract and the ijârah contract; second, the hybrid contract concept in the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 72 regarding SBSN Ijarah Salse and Lease Back is a hybrid contract agreement that does not violate the rules and boundaries of the hybrid contract theory that have been formulated by the scholars. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of the Islamic digital economy in Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative. Researchers conducted a comparative analysis using the Diamond Porter model as an analytical instrument. The data was collected using the library research method, which collects library data in the form of books, articles, government or private reports, and other papers containing theories of thought and are relevant to the research variables studied. The results show that based on the diamond porter model, the Islamic digital economy is supported by 1) condition factors, 2) demand factors, 3) related and supportive industries, 4) strategy, structure, and business competition, 5) government, 6) opportunities. The support of these six indicators has a reasonably high impact on the competitiveness of the Islamic digital economy and can continue to develop in the future. ]]>
