Abstract

The learning process at MIN 2 Bener Meriah already uses learning methods, but it is not optimal and not fully in accordance with the material being taught, the lack of media use, learning is student centered learning so that it causes students difficulty in understanding the material being taught. The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes through the recitation method assisted by the bulletin board display media and student responses to the methods and media used. The data collection method used quasi-experimental with nonequivalent pre-test post-test control group design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, namely the experimental class as many as 30 students and the control class as many as 30 students. The research instrument is a test in the form of multiple choice and a questionnaire. Analysis of learning outcomes using t-test and student responses using the percentage of respondents formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained (a) the results of the t test, namely tcount of 6.27 and ttable of 1.672 (tcount> ttable) so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected and the regression test was Y = 71.50 + 0.09X, (b) response students to the recitation method assisted by bulletin board display media with a percentage of 69.3% agree. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the recitation method with the help of bulletin board display media on student learning outcomes and students are happy and interested in the learning process using the bulletin board display media-assisted recitation method

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Student Interest Analysis of Student Learning Outcomes In Learning of Natural Sciences. The things that want to be discussed in this study are: How student interest in learning affects student learning outcomes in science subjects at SD Muhammadiyah Durian Sebatang, Kedurang District. So this study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Sampling research amounted to 27 respondents. The results of this study are student interest in learning has a positive effect on student learning outcomes and causes good learning outcomes, interest in learning in terms of all indicators that influence, student interest in learning is included in one of the internal factors also has a close relationship to student learning outcomes. With the percentage of students who are very interested there are 4 (14.81%) with high learning outcomes, 12 students (44.4%) with moderate learning outcomes, 8 students who are quite interested (29 ,63%) with moderate learning outcomes, 3 students who are less interested (11.11%) with low learning outcomes. High learning interest in students will lead to good learning outcomes, and good learning outcomes are caused by high student interest in learning.

Abstract

This study examines how to increase students' learning mastery and learning activities on ablution material and procedures through the application of contextual approach in class I-Arrahman MIN 27 Aceh Besar, Semester Genap, 2020/2021 Academic Year. In order to obtain answers to these problems, class action research method through a qualitative approach is used in this study. The subjects of this study were 31 students of class I-Arrahman. The results of the study obtained that the percentage of student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 61.29% with an average student learning outcome is 67.41, the second cycle is 80.64% with an average student learning outcome is 76.29, and the third cycle is 90.32% with an average learning outcome is 82.58, and classical learning is also completed. It is proven that student learning outcomes through the application of contextual approach in Fiqh subject on ablution material and procedures in class I-Arrahman MIN 27 Aceh Besar have increased in every cycle. The average activity level of students in the first cycle is 2.54, in the second cycle is 3.77 and in the third cycle is 4.23, which reached the good category. Thus, the activities of students during the application of the contextual approach in learning Fiqh on ablution materials and procedures in class I-Arrahman MIN 27 Aceh Besar have increased each cycle so that students are more active and learning is more effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence education and training had on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal. This type of research was quantitative with the total population in this study was 43 people. The method used in sampling in this study is total sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire, the data analysis method used description analysis, requirements analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study stated that the distribution of Education and Training scores (X) was 13 people (30.2%) below the interval class average, 14 people (32.6%) were in the interval class average and 16 people ( 37.2%) above the average. This condition illustrates that the education and training at SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal based on the data above is above the interval class average. This shows that the training carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal shows an increase in teacher performance. The distribution of Teacher Performance scores (Y) as many as 29 people (67.5%) is below the interval class average, 11 people (25, 6%) were in the average class interval and as many as 3 people (7%) were above the average. Based on the data above, it can be seen that in general the teacher's performance is above the average. There is a positive influence between the training variables on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal seen by the regression line equation = 138,089+0.724X with a constant of 138,089 stating that if there is no training value, the teacher's performance value is 138,089. While the regression coefficient X of 0.724 means that for every addition of 1 teacher performance value, the value of education and training increases by 0.724 or 72.4%. and the significance can be seen through the t-test obtained tcount of 3.317 while the value of ttable with a value of N = 43, then the significance of 0.05 is 2.01954. Therefore, tcount (3.317) > ttable (2.01954) with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05. This means that there is a significant relationship between the training variables on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal.

Abstract

The learning process in science learning focuses on providing direct learning experiences to students so that they are able to develop competencies in order to understand the natural surroundings scientifically. Therefore, learning process an important role in improving student learning outcomes, so that student competencies develop optimally. The research aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes  of science through discovery learning models of grade IV students  atSD Negeri 1 Samalanga. Subjects of this research were 26 students. This research is a classroom action research, which is carried out in two cycles. The results of the research are in the form of activities and student learning outcomes. Based on observation data and final test results in cycle 1, the data obtained for student learning activities with a percentage of 78.18% while the completeness of learning outcomes is only 65.38%. This means that both activities and student learning outcomes in cycle 1 have not reached completeness. Therefore, the researcher continued the research to cycle 2. The acquisition of activity data and learning outcomes in cycle 2 increased where the percentage of mastery learning activities increased to 92.72% while the percentage of learning outcomes reached 88.46%. Thus there is an increase in science learning activities and outcomes through the discovery learning model of grade  IV students at SD Negeri 1 Samalanga

Abstract

This comic design aims to determine students' interest in reading related to thematic learning during the pandemic. This research was developed using the Brog & Gal model which was simplified into 5 stages, namely: researchers collecting data, product analysis developed, developing initial products, expert validation and design and revision, small field trials and product revisions, large scale field trials and the final product. Taking questionnaires, interviews, data were analyzed using descriptive analytic is data collection. The results of this study are thematic learning media based on comic series are declared valid with a very feasible category with a percentage of 97.83%. It was declared practical with a percentage of 76.49% in the very practical category, and effective with a percentage of 79.56%.

Abstract

The use of technology in teaching and learning process is inevitable. The Covid-19 pandemic has insisted the teaching learning process conducted online. Google Classroom is one of online learning platform used by teachers and students in SMK Budisatrya Medan. This study is aimed at describing the teaching and learning English by using Google Classroom at SMK Budisatrya Medan during Covid-19 pandemic. This study belongs to descriptive study. The participants in this study are all English teachers and students of SMK Budisatrya Medan. The result shows that teaching and learning English by using Google Classroom gives advantages for both teachers and students. The advantages are the ease of access, easy to operate, flexible time of teaching and learning, and supporting various learning sources. However, the teaching and learning using Google Classroom cannot be done optimally because of the lack of facilities experienced by some students and unsupportive communication feature of the application.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of ability to solve problems in grade 5 students. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the ability to solve science problems. The sample in this study were 50 grade 5 students. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the regression equation Ŷ = 50.333 + 0.489X is obtained. From hypothesis testing, the value of tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3. 314 > 2.010, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on the ability to solve science problems for grade 5 students.

Abstract

The use of learning models is one of the most important things in the process of implementing learning in elementary schools. The learning model applied in learning in elementary schools is the thematic ecolearning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the practical value of the thematic ecolearning model as a learning model in elementary schools. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were teachers and fourth grade students of SDN 9 Kuala Langsa. The results of this study describe the following; 1) Students are able to solve environmental problems in the learning process by using the thematic ecolearning model; 2) Learning problems that arise in everyday life make it easier for students to solve their problems; 3) Students are motivated in the learning process by using the thematic ecolearning model; and 4) Students are interested in learning to use the thematic ecolearning model.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Private Tebing Tinggi is very unique with the development of its ihsan-based organizational culture, where the head of MAS Al-Hikmah Tebing Tinggi often communicates the vision and mission of the madrasa with the slogan of excellence and dignity. The values built by teachers and students are also displayed on a daily basis, starting from the cleanliness of the environment, carrying out the midday and asar prayers in congregation. So this is why the researchers chose the location at the Private Madrasah Aliyah Tebing Tinggi. Problem Formulation. How to develop an organizational culture based on Ihsan MAS Al-Hikmah Tebing Tinggi. What is the strategy for developing an organizational culture based on Ihsan MAS Al-Hikmah Tebing Tinggi. Place and time of research. This research was conducted at the Tebing Tinggi Private Madrasah Aliyah. Central Padanghulu District, Tebing Tinggi City. Research time is from 09 to 11 January 2022. Type of Research Research method is a way of doing something by using the mind carefully to achieve the objectives of the research. The method used by the author is a qualitative approach. Qualitative method is a method based on philosophy, postpositivism. Findings. The development of an Ihsan-Based Organizational Culture at MAS Al-Hikmah Tebing Tinggi is: The development of an organizational culture based on the Ihsan Aliyah Private Madrasah of Tebing Tinggi is developed and applied every day in learning and outside of learning, students continue to be fostered by teachers and senior students so that they are good in knowledge, attitudes and worship . Every Tuesday and Thursday morning students must line up in the field to listen to lectures. Ihsan-Based Organizational Culture Development Strategy at MAS Al-Hikmah Tebing Tinggi. Efforts made by school/madrasah principals in the early stages are preparing for cultural development in schools/madrasahs. In some cases in schools/madrasah the principal can use several steps. Based on an interview with the deputy head of the madrasa regarding the development of an ihsan-based organizational culture at the Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tebing Tinggi, he explained as follows: The head of the madrasa conveyed the vision and mission of the madrasah.
