Abstract

Teaching media is one essential factor that influences the success of teaching process. Therefore, this study was aimed to develop a science learning module namely BIOMIND Module in the form of portal and e-book. The study used to research and development (R&D) method to create BIOMIND module developed from Hanafin and Peck model. The study involved five professionals, 20 teachers, and 98 students to assess the BIOMIND module. The results show that BIOMIND portal and e-book teaching media could be standardized and implemented in the teaching process. The existence of teaching media evaluation instrument was expected to develop a quality teaching media for innovative and efficient teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre-eksperimen yang bertujuan : (1) Untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi metode hypnoteaching dalam pembelajaran matematika pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 41 Bulukumba, (2) Untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 41 Bulukumba sebelum dan setelah diajar dengan menggunakan metode hypnoteaching, (3) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 41 Bulukumba yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode hypnoteaching. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 41 Bulukumba dan yang menjadi sampel adalah siswa kelas VIIb SMP Negeri 41 Bulukumba. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode hypnoteaching.Berdasarkan kriteria tingkat keefektifan, pembelajaran metode hypnoteaching cukup efektif untuk diterapkan pada pokok bahasan bangun datar segiempat. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 41 Bulukumba sebelum diterapkan metode hypnoteaching mencapai skor rata-rata 40,24 dan berada pada kategori tidak tuntas. Sedangkan setelah diajar dengan pembelajaran metode hypnoteaching mencapai skor rata-rata 76,59 dengan sekitar 75 % siswa memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sehingga mencapai ketuntasan klasikal dengan kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan metode hypnoteaching selama 6 kali pertemuan termasuk dalam kategori terlaksana keseluruhan dengan rata-rata 3,6. Terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa setelah diajar dengan menggunakan metode hypnoteaching, dari skor rata-rata 95,96 menjadi 112. Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 41 Bulukumba setelah diajar dengang menggunakan metode Hypnoteaching dengan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang dihitung dengan rumus gain ternormalisasi sebesar 0,61.

Abstract

The study is an experiment research with pretest and postets design, which aims at examming (1) the effectiveness of cooperative lerning model of TPS type; (2) the effectiveness of cooperative lerning model of NHT type; (3) and the comparison of the the effectiveness of cooperative lerning model of TPS type and NHT type based on independent learning of students. The result of the study reveal that (1) the impelementation of cooperative learning model of TPS type is effective when impelemented in class VIII at MTsN 2 Makassar of plane space geometry; (2) the impelementation of cooperative learning model of NHT type is effective when impelemented in class VIII at MTsN 2 Makassar of plane space geometry; (3) there are differences of the effectiveness of cooperative learning model of TPS type and NHT type based on independent learning of students on plane space geometry in class VIII at MTsN 2 Makassar which in high category; (4) there is not difference of the effectiveness of cooperative learning model of TPS type and NHT type based in independent learning of students on plane space geometry in class VIII at MTsN 2 Makassar which in not high category.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to improve the social emotional early childhood through the traditional game. This research was conducted on the children of group B TK Pradnyandari III Kerobokan in the academic year 2016 / 2017. This research used Classroom Action Research design with observation method. The subjects of this study were 22 children of  group B1 TK Pradnyandari III Kerobokan consisting of 11 sons and 11 daughters. The object of research is the application of traditional children's games to increase social emotional early childhood. The results og this research as in Cycle I, 14 children (63.64%) reached the completeness learning mastery, 8 children (36.36%) had not reached. In Cycle II, 20 children (90,91%) reached the learning mastery, leaving only 2 children (9,09%) had not reached. The implementation of traditional games can enhance children's social emotional skill. Based on the research findings there was an improvement of 27.27% learning mastery of the children from Cycle I to Cycle II. This means that the application of traditional games can improve children's social emotional development. Traditional games can be piloted in other areas of development skill in early childhood education.

Abstract

The study aims at examining (1) the correlation of learning interest towards learning result of grade students, (2) the correlation of learning motivation towards learning result of grade students, (3) the correlation of students attitude towards learning result, (4) the correlationof interest, learning motivation, and attitude collaboratively towards learning result. The study is an ex post facto. The population of the study was grade VIII at SMPN 13 Makassar. Samples were 105 students taken by employing random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaire and documentation. Data were analyzed using regression test. The result of study reveal that (1) there is significant correlation (p<0,01) of interest towards learning result of grade VIII students at SMPN 13 Makassar. Co-efficient correlation (r) is 0,718 and its effectiveness contribution (R2) is 51,5%, (2) there is significant correlation (p<0,01) of motivation towards learning result of grade VIII students at SMPN 13 Makassar. Co-efficient correlation (r) is 0,775 and its effectiveness contribution (R2) is 60,1%, (3) there is significant correlation (p<0,01) of attitude towards learning result of grade VIII students at SMPN 13 Makassar. Co-efficient correlation (r) is 0,737 and its effectiveness contribution (R2) is 54,4%, (4) there is significant correlation (p<0,01) of interest, motivation and attitude collaboratively towards learning result of grade VIII students at SMPN 13 Makassar. Co-efficient correlation (r) is 0,861 and its effectiveness contribution (R2) is 74,1%,

Abstract

The purpose of this empirically is to get a clear picture of low intervensi given mild mental retardation (cerebral palsy) in children to improve their academic abilities. Research that started from Maret 2017 through may 2017, on a boy named AMR student in the Homeschooling Seto Brothers (HKS) Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. The collection of data through observation, interview and document research. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The result sducahowedan increase in academic knowledge after being given an educational intervention for 4 months. This is evidenced by the significant increase in work in class AMR, The LKS (Student Worksheet). Suggestions keep motivate students to remain willing to learn, the cooperation between teachers and parents should pay more attention to giving the effect is more significant in the progress of interventions undertaken in the school, pursued no alternations teacher.

Abstract

The objective this research was to describe: 1) teacher ability on Bahasa Indonesia learning process using opening learning skill, 2) student activities on opening learning skill process, 3) student motivation on Bahasa Indonesia learning process before and after implementation of opening learning skill in experiment group, 4) student motivation on Bahasa Indonesia learning process before and after learning process without implementation of opening learning skill, 5) to find out the influence of teaching skill in opening learning toward student motivation on studying Bahasa Indonesia. The method used was true experiment with pre-test post-test control group design. The population in the study are 5th grade student at SDN 139 Inpres Lambatorang in Bantimurung District Maros Regency. Samples used are 30 student, 15 student each from experiment and comparing group. The data was collective by test and observation, the data obtained from samples were analyzed by descritive and inferensial statistic. The result shows: 1) teacher ability on Bahasa Indonesia learning process use opening learning skill have increased, 2) student activities on Bahasa Indonesia learning process use opening learning skill have increased, 3) student learning motivation who teached by opening learning skill have increased, 4) student learning motivation who teached without opening learning skill have not increased, 5) opening learning skill influencing toward Student Motivation on Studying Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and the entrepreneurial intention of psychology students. The research subjects were 30 psychology students at Ahmad Dahlan University, in the seventh semester, and have taken entrepreneurial psychology courses. The research subjects were chosen without doing non-randomization (non-randomized) with purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention scale. The product moment analysis developed by Pearson was employed.  The result of the research shows that the correlation coefficient between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention was = 0,378 with significance level of 0,018 (p <0,05), so it can be concluded that there was a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention on students. The higher the entrepreneurial motivation was, the higher the students’ entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1). Evaluate the impact of inflation and the weakening of the rupiah against US $ against unemployment, poverty. (2). Obtain some alternative ways to overcome inflation and weakening of rupiah exchange rate against US dollar in maintaining stability of welfare of SMEs in Lombok region. (3) To evaluate the marketing system used by MSMEs (4) To know the obstacles faced by MSMEs (5) To know the related sectors in supporting the success of UMKM. Method of research used descriptive and qualitative method, with literary study approach, Data Collection, using participant observation and in-depth interviews. Data Validity, with triangulation method of source, method and time. The results show that the SME sector has contributed to the economic and development of Indonesia. There are several factors that challenge the development of SMEs.

Abstract

This paper describes how management strategies in science learning are done by teachers in Islamic schools. This is motivated by the ranking of Indonesia which 87 percent of the population of Muslims always occupy the lowest position for the ability of science literacy. This research was conducted for four months using descriptive qualitative design with data collection technique of interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of the study were six Islamic schools in Lamongan, East Java. The six Islamic schools were chosen by purposive sampling. The results showed that the learning activities of science more dominated by teachers, students heard more explanation than the practice in verifying the process of science. The majority of teachers use lecture, question and answer methods, and assignments, and occasionally apply discussion and demonstration methods. Science laboratories in schools have not been maximally used, some have limited tools and materials, some of which lack laboratory space and even two schools without a science laboratory. Assessment of student learning progress done through pretest, posttest, daily test, question and answer during lessons, UTS and UAS. Teacher's strategy in managing student learning motivation by using animated video as apperception, integrating science materials with Islamic religious values.
