Abstract

The influence of motivation and work climate to Employee’s Work Performance at the center Administration Of Bandung Padjadjaran University (study at general administration of Padjadjaran University). In line with globalization era, every university are demanded to prepare it’self become a ready university of compete with other company. The factor that partakes to achieve that purpose is a quality of human resources. Many kind of labour problems, one of them is low of work performance. The low of employee’s work performance could be influenced by motivation and work climate. Be aware of the important motivation and work climate with supported the increasing of employee’s work performance, therefore it need and effort to applied the motivation seriously and created the work climate condusifly. With motivation level and work climate increased, it would influence the employee’s work performance. From that fact, the purpose this research was conducted to know how high is the motivation level, work climate and employee’s work performance and how big is the influence of motivation and work climate to employee’s work performance at general administration of Padjadjaran University. The research method which used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The population of this research was taken from all at general administration University Of Padjadjaran employee’s which number in 225 person. The sample in this research amount to 65 person. In order to know how big the motivation and work climate influence to the employee’s work performance is used double linear regression because the independent variable is more than two variables. Based on hypothesis and the writer’s research result, found out that there is a positive influence of motivation and work climate to employee’s work performance. Based on anova table showed the influence of motivation and work climate to employee’s work performance at general administration University Of Padjadjaran thus, the writer’s hypothesis was proven and acceptable. The recomendation which was given by the write to general administration University Of Padjadjaran is the increasing of employee’s work performance would be reached if the university capable of implementhing the motivation accurately by giving the quidance, support and corporation from superior to the lower class to capable of implementhing their job optimum the conductive work climate is needed by the employee through a good relationship and communication, those believes and openness become a capital for the employee to reach the highest work performance. Keywords : Work Climate, Work Motivation, Performance work, Explanatory Survey.

Abstract

This research to determine the independent variable that is variable cash rasio and debt to assets rasio as well as the return on assets as the dependent variable on two company that the company retail trade and Telecommunication company has influence with the simultaneously,through the test F. Abstract

Bukalapak.com is one of the leading online companies in Indonesia owned by PT Bukalapak. to survive in a competitive business, the company must have an advantage so as to attract consumer purchasing decisions. This research will see the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth on Purchasing Decision on Bukalapak.com. Sampling method used in this research is non probability sampling by using purposive sampling technique with number of sample 100 respoden. Data analysis in this study using Simple Linear Regression. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effective leadership style in order to increase the productivity of Bandar Lampung Police member. The method used in this study is the method is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, interview, and documentation while data analysis techniques using data triangulation way. Based on the results of the research, the conclusions are as follows: (1) The leadership style of Kapolresta in improving the productivity of members of Bandar Lampung Police is good and running optimally, it can be seen from several things, among others: (a) Intelligence, the character or the nature of the leadership of Kapolresta Bandar Lampung has the advantage of intelligence, both intellectually and emotionally, (b) Maturity and flexibility of social relationships, in the style of leadership has emotional stability, has extensive social activities, direct supervisors supervise, giving direction directly, appreciating his subordinates and leaders giving freedom to convey his aspirations, (c) Self-motivation and encouragement of achievement, increasing motivation of achievement shown by Kapolresta Bandar Lampung impact on increasing productivity of Bandar Lampung Police (d) relationships, leadership behaviors oriented to relationships are effective enough to improve work productivity. (2) Leadership style factors that inhibit increasing productivity of Bandar Lampung Police members, including (a) expectations and behavior of superiors, (b) characteristics, expectations and subordinate behavior, (c) task requirements, (d) culture and policy organization and (d) expectations and behavior of co-workers. Keywords: Leadership Style, Increased Productivity

Abstract

This research as a purpose to the test influence participation in performance based budgeting and job relevant information toward managerial performance at 15 SKPD Kuningan regency. The methodologies of Reseach issurvey-explanatory.Sampling used was 15 SKPD Kuningan regency. Analysis technique used path analysis wit Lisrel Program.The Result of data analysis show thatparticipation in performance based budgeting have a significant effect to manajerial performancewhich mean if the higherparticipation in performance based budgeting will cause performanceimprovement at 15 SKPD kuningan regency, while participation in performance based budgeting have no significant effect to job relevant informationwhich mean if the participation of performance based budgeting is not supported by the human resources that understand the ability of budget preparation will result in the job relevant information decreased because the information obtainedless accurate. While job relevant informationhave no significant effect tomanagerial performance increased which mean that the job relevant information less accurate will cause the performance is not maximal at 15 SKPD Kuningan regency. Keywords:  Participation in Performance Based Budgeting, Job Relevant Information, Managerial Performance

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is one key to the success of a business, this is because by satisfying the consumer, then the organization or company can increase its profits and be able to seize a much wider market share. In a customer-oriented modern organization, the consumer is the most important person in the company. A consumer is not dependent on a company, but a consumer-dependent company, one of the sources of customer satisfaction is the diversity of products and the quality of service that accompanies it. This study aims to determine how big the Effect of Product Diversity and Service Quality Against Consumer Satisfaction in PB Supermarkets Metro. This research type is Quantitative research. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Based on the technique, the number of samples is 96 respondents with 1 year research period is 2016. The result shows that product diversity has t value (4,195) bigger than t table value (1,661) so it can be concluded that product diversity influence to satisfaction consumer and service quality have t value (2,404) bigger than t table (1,661) so it can be concluded that service quality influence to consumer satisfaction. The diversity of products and service quality influence simultaneously to customer satisfaction is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic of 19.709 with F table of 3.09.Keywords: Product Diversity, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analysis and to evaluate PSAK 108 of accounting transaction shari‟a insurance refer to Alquran and hadith it has not accordance with Islamic shari‟a refer to Alquran and hadith. Source of data in this research is the PSAK 108 of accounting transaction shari‟a insurance which will be evaluating the suitability with Islamic shari‟a refer to Alquran and hadith.. The analyze data method is qualitative analysis by comparing as well as evaluating the suitability between the PSAK 108 of accounting transaction shari‟a insurance with Islamic shari‟a refer to Alquran and hadith. The results of this study indicate that there are still some aspects that require reevaluation about the conceps of shari‟a insurance that suitable with Alquran and hadith, and the using akad in shari‟a insurance that not suitable with Alquran and hadith. Abstract

Risk control is a tool for entrepreneurs in decision-making processes to reduce or avoid the risks they face. The risk control applied by XYZ Chip Business must be effective in order to achieve the companys goals. The hope is that this XYZ Chipset Company can run its business by reaching high profits and guaranteed business continuity. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze risk control at XYZ cassava chips business. Data analysis was done by descriptive qualitative analysis using observation and interview. Qualitative descriptive analysis technique was used to analyze alternative risk control applied by business actor of XYZ chips. The results of the research shows that the most common risk is expired products on the market, then the company should give discounts one week before the cassava chip products are expired. Keywords: Risk,Control, Cassava Chip

Abstract

Independent variable in this research are variable cash ratio and return on equity as dependent variable. This research on three companies is retail trade company, telecomunication company and transportation company. As for the results of the reseach for retail trade company and telecomunication companies have no effect partially on the cash ratio to ROE ( return on equity), and to transportation companies have a partial influence between cash ratio to ROE. In retail trade and telecommunication companies, cash ratio does not affected ROE, because both companies in its operations can use cash ratio with inventory of goods or services. While the transportation company cash ratio affect ROE because of the company should be able to pay off debts term, both long term and short term, that is to take advantage of the advantages over capital in deposit the mainstay of the company of operations.Key word - Cash ratio, Return on Equity, t test/Partial test.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the value of Indonesian Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, Value of Indonesia Crude Price (ICP) and Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) implication on Joint Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ahead of AEC (Asean Economic Community)  2015. The sample of data used in this study is the JCI, Inflation, ICP, Rupiah Exchange Rate, SBI data on closing each end of the month with observation time of 2014-2015. The selection of 2014-2015 period is to obtain results of data appropriate to the situation at the time of implementation of AEC (Asean Economic Community) 2015. The research method used is quantitative method with multiple regression analysis tool. The use of such analysis to test the magnitude and direction of influence between Exchange Rate, Inflation, ICP and SBI against JCI value. The hypothesis of this research is "Exchange Rate, Inflation, ICP and SBI influence on IHSG". Based on the results of data analysis, the results obtained that the proposed hypothesis is proven, that is when the value of the exchange rate of Rupiah, Inflation, ICP and SBI changes, the value of JCI will also be affected and changed value. The AEC implementation policy in 2015 basically does not directly affect significant economic activities and activities. The condition is seen in the period of observation, JCI fluctuations in condition of relatively stable value.Keywords: IHSG, Inflation, Indonesia Crude Price (ICP), Rupiah Exchange Rate, SBI.
