Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang Aspek Gender dalam penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Heads Togethter (NHT). Pemilihan judul ini didasari asumsi bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa tidak lepas dari proses belajar mengajar yang salah satu komponennya adalah penggunaan metode pembelajaran. Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Togethter (NHT) mengandung arti bahwa untuk melibatkan siswa dalam menelah materi yang tercakup dalam suatu pelajaran, guru mengajukan  pertanyaan kepada siswa di kelas. Teknik ini memberikan kesempatan pada siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan baru, baik dalam aspek pengetahuan berbicara, Sikap, maupun keterampilan psikomotorik siswa. Aktivitas pembelajaran dilakukan dalam kegiatan kelompok kecil yang setiap anggotanya diberi nomor dan setiap orang bertanggungjawab atas proses belajar dan saling tukar pikiran dalam mempertimbangkan jawaban yang benar, memecahkan masalah serta berprestasi di antara kelompoknya. Selain itu juga dapat melatih siswa untuk bersosialisas  dengan baik, sehingga berpengaruh positif pada hubungan dan sikap terhadap siswa yang terlambat secara akademik

Abstract

Tingginya  tenaga kerja yang  didominasi  pekerja perempuan khususnya di sektor informal di perkotaan membutuhkan perhatian semua pihak yang concern terhadap isue-isue gender dan perempuan. Sampai saat ini belum ditemukan bentuk perlindungan dan pemberdayaan yang  relevan untuk  pekerja sektor informal khususnya bagi pekerja perempuan borongan di rumah. Sejalan dengan prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan, model pemberdayaan melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility menarik untuk dikembangkan dengan penguatan kelembagaan, pengembangan komunitas dan pelatihan berbasis pada keterampilan dan kreatifitas pekerja perempuan dengan tetap memperhatikan kebutuhan perusahaan. Melalui strategi ini diharapkan menjadi alternatif dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan di perkotaan sekaligus menjaga keberlanjutan ekonomi masayarakat sekitar khususnya pekerja perempuan dan keberlanjutan bagi perusahaan itu sendiri

Islamic guidance and counseling is an innovation of guidance and counseling that consists of spiritual values as its theological dimension. Abstract

A women political role is yet unworkable since women participation in political area is unlikely very low. Historically some mass organizations such as Aisyiyah, Muslimat NU, and Muslimat al Washliyah in the new order had significantly assigned their talented members into the parliament. Therefore in this reform era these Islamic organizations have to considerably endow with qualified women resources in order to bargain the positions in the parliament fighting for their rights and concerns, not just getting the voters through the election. Based on this fact there should be some strategic efforts to optimally support the Moslem women roles at the political party in Indonesia

Abstract

This paper examines democracy and fulfillment of the rights of women in politics. Democracy is based on the principle of popular sovereignty which implies that all people basically have the freedom and the rights and obligations of the same. Democracy in Indonesia, however, we can not be separated from the flow of periodization of political history in Indonesia include; future government period of revolution, parliamentary government (representative demokracy), Government of Guided Democracy (guided demokracy) The New Order (Pancasila Democracy), and the Reformation to the present.A political party is one container women can take part in politics or in other words to increase womens political empowerment. The fulfillment of womens rights in political parties in Indonesia have proven many Indonesian women become MPs and even the history of Indonesian politics have noted and proved that Megawati never become the first woman President of the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

This article examines the topic of discussion related to the prevention of child sexual abuse Islamic perspective. Islam is a moral basis in all aspects of human life that puts the relationship is integrative, between man and God, and between man and his fellow even with other creatures. But in reality often found their menyimpangan of Islam itself as the occurrence of sexual abuse in children.Furthermore, this paper suggests the efforts of a preventive nature in addressing the rampant sexual abuse of children by providing the correct sex education in children from an early age by the way; 1) Keep children from potential lust sex, 2), embedding the soul of masculinity and femininity is clearly an early age, 3) Recommend a child on the body and its functions, 4) introduce children body parts that should not be touched by other people, 5) do not familiarize children touched anyone else except oerangtuanya, and 6) familiarize children unjust
