Abstract

Adolescence is a period filled with changes and vulnerable to the emergence of problems (juvenile delinquency). For that we need special attention as well as a good understanding and proper handling of juveniles is an important factor for the success of young people in the next life, this is a time to remember the most decisive. Besides, it needs the cooperation of the teens themselves, parents, teachers and other parties concerned to adolescent development in education and other areas can be traversed in a focused, healthier and happier. To reduce conflicts of adolescent turmoil and to provide opportunities for teens to develop themselves optimally, need to be created nearby environmental conditions as stable as possible, especially the family environment. Family circumstances characterized by conjugal harmony will ensure teens get through the transition smoothly and undisturbed. As for some roles do parents in tackling juvenile kenkalan include; Parents should be exemplary attitude and speech on naknya, motivation of children, parents provide direction with whom and in communities where teens have to get along. Abstract

Perkawinan dalam Islam ialah suatu akad atau perjanjian mengikat antara seorang laki-laki dan perempuan untuk menghalalkan hubungan kelamin antara kedua belah pihak dengan suka rela. Sedang perkawinan siri adalah pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh wali pihak perempuan dengan seorang laki-laki dan disaksikan oleh dua orang saksi, tetapi tidak dilaporkan atau tidak dicatatkan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA).

Abstract

Pendidikan politik bagi kaum perempuan menjadi sesuatu yang amat penting, agar keterlibatan mereka dalam dunia politik, tidak hanya sebatas  pelengkap dari kaum laki-laki, tetapi mereka memiliki hak dan status yang sama, namun mereka tidak bisa mengabaikan tugas kodratnya sebagai istri dari suaminya dan ibu dari anak-anaknya. Ketika mereka mampu memposiskan dirinya sebagai makhluk sosial dan sekaligus makhluk individu (kodrat sebagai perempuan) maka keterlibatan mereka dalam dunia politik memiliki hak yang sama dengan kaum laki-laki. Al-Qur’an ketika menginformasikan ayat-ayat yang oleh pemikir Islam dijadikan dasar politik, selalu menggunakan kalimat muzakkar. Dalam kaedah tafsir kalau ada masalah tidak ditemukan kalimat secara khusus menunjuk perempuan, maka yang menjadi dasar adalah kalimat muzakkar, yang dalam berbagai konteksnya ditemukan dalam al-Qur’an termasuk masalah politik, salah satunya QS. An-Nisā’/4: 58, sehingga dipahami bahwa ayat tersebut dijadikan dasar berpolitik baik laki-laki maupun perempuan.

Abstract

Poligami adalah salah satu bentuk perkawinan yang  dikenal luas oleh masyarakat manusia, dari dahulu hingga sekarang. Poligami adalah seorang laki-laki memiliki isteri lebih dari satu orang. Dalam Islam ditegaskan bahwa jumlah isteri seorang laki-laki sebanyak-banyaknya empat orang.            Secara normatif, aturan seperti tersebut ditaati oleh kebanyakan umat Islam, kecuali oleh segelintir. Ternyata poligami ini tidak berhenti pada jumlah maksimal isteri, melainkan hal yang tak kalah pentingnya diperhatikan adalah mengapa poligami itu dibenarkan oleh Islam. Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a Muslim majority, giving the same rights and opportunities as possible to the women to get an education as high-tingginyadan provide opportunities and opportunities for women in leadership, science, politics, economy, culture wide open and just the same as its men. But the rights and opportunities of women in leadership positions are reviewed from the perspective of Islam is controversial. Several factors are to blame, including the texts of the Quran that textually indicated a preference for men to be leaders, and the hadith texts that outwardly shows that some people will not prosper if led by a woman. Some research indicates that there is no difference in ability between the leadership ability of men with women.
