Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the placement, motivation and work stress either simultaneously or partially on employee satisfaction Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar, and variables dominant influence on job satisfaction. The study population is employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar as many as 47 people. Data was collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The study states the variable placement, motivation, a positive contribution to job satisfaction and job stress contributes negatively to job satisfaction. Partial assay results indicate that the placement and work motivation partially influence on job satisfaction. Work stress contributes negatively to job satisfaction. Farsial test showed that placement, motivation and stress simultaneously affect the job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility for the company's brand preference. The location of this research in Denpasar. The sample used 65 respondents, using the technique of sampling proposive. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression is known to have a positive influence of CSR in the context of economic performance, environmental performance and social performance significant positive effect on brand preference. This means that if each of these performance increases, brand preference will also increase.

Abstract

Voluntary turnover intention dapat dikatakan sebagai sebuah keputusan karyawan meninggalkan pekerjaannya secara sukarela. Voluntary turnover intention perlu ditekan dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor penyebabnya, salah satunya adalah keadilan distributif dan stres kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan distributif dan stres kerja terhadap voluntary turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di hotel Werdhapura Village Center. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif mempengaruhi voluntary turnover intention secara negatif, dan stres kerja mempengaruhi voluntary turnover intention secara positif. Manajemen perusahaan perlu mengkaji ulang apakah gaji karyawan sudah sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dibebankan terhadap karyawan dan memberikan spesifikasi pekerjaan secara jelas dan terperinci pada karyawan agar mampu mengurangi voluntary turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui peran stres kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja di UPT. Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini mengambil sebanyak 60 orang pegawai sebagai responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus, dimana metode ini menggunakan seluruh populasi menjadi responden. Analisis jalur (path analysis) digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran stres kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh hubungan antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa stres kerja secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja. Begitu pula dengan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the influence celebrity endorser influence on purchase intentions Honda Scoopy motorcycle in Denpasar, (2) to determine the effect of brand image influence on purchase intentions Honda Scoopy motorcycle in the city of Denpasar and (3) to determine the effect perceived quality affect the purchase intention Honda Scoopy motorcycle Denpasar.Penelitian City was conducted in Denpasar with a data analysis technique multiple linear regression. The number of samples obtained by using purposive sampling method is a total of 110 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded Celebrity endorser, brand image and quality perception positive and significant effect partially on purchase intention Honda Scoopy motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. This indicates that the Celebrity endorser, brand image and perception of quality can increase purchase intention Honda Scoopy motorcycle in Denpasar advice given to manufacturers Honda Scoopy, should the manufacturer Honda Scoopy maintain and pay attention to the quality of Honda Scoopy motorcycle, so that consumer perceptions of quality bicycles Honda Scoopy be better, by doing improvements to minimize the damage to the engine so that the consumer is able to provide an overview on the extent to which the quality of which is owned by Honda Scoopy motorcycle

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the reputation of the company which is mediated by the brand image. This research was conducted in Gianyar. The samples are 65 respondents. Analytical technique used is path analysis and Sobel test. Based on the analysis of data known to have a positive impact of CSR on brand image; there is a positive effect of CSR on the company's reputation; there is the influence of brand image on the company's reputation. Based on the analysis, it can be submitted suggestions that Toyota still do CSR because it can enhance the brand image and reputation of Toyota.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and autocratic leadership style on employee discipline in the Department of Language Center Bali Province. The methods of collection data is questionnaires, with a total population of 58 people. Sampling method is a method of census, with a total sample of 58 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and autocratic leadership style and a significant positive effect on the discipline of work in the Department of Language Center Bali Province.

Abstract

Occupational health and safety program and compensation are important aspects for the janitor to improve their performance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of occupational safety and health program and compensation as well as its influence on the performance of the janitor. Respondents in this study is 60 cleanness and landscaping Denpasar City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed there were implementation of occupational health and safety program and compensation is fair. Occupational health and safety program positive and significant impact on the performance of the janitor. These results can be interpreted that the better health and safety at work, the performance of the janitor is also getting better. Compensation is also positive and significant effect on the performance of the janitor. These results indicate the better application of the compensation the better the performance of the janitor who is under the auspices of the Department of cleanness and landscaping Denpasar City.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar on the basis that the city of Denpasar is the capital of the province with a large population. The number of samples taken are as many as 100 people, use of non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires. Technical analysis of the data used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the perceived benefits result positive and significant effect on the intention to use. It shows that the perception of the benefits of supporting the formation of intent to use. Perceived cost a significant negative effect on the intention to use. It shows that when the perceived cost of decreasing the intention of using insurance increases. Gender did not moderate the effect of the perceived benefits to the intention of using life insurance. This resulted in the perceived influence on the intention to use the insurance benefits decline. Gender did not moderate the perceived influence on the intention to use the cost of life insurance, this resulted in the intention of using life insurance increased

Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan bank untuk memperoleh laba selama periode tertentu. Tingkat profitabilitas yang fluktuatif pada suatu bank akan berdampak terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat dan perkembangan usaha bank itu sendiri. Profitabilitas di dalam perbankan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain risiko kredit, likuiditas, kecukupan modal, dan efisiensi operasional. Demi menghadapi persaingan di dunia perbankan dan untuk menjaga kepercayaan serta tuntutan masyarakat di era global, setiap bank hendaknya menjaga tingkat kesehatannya terutama profitabilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali periode 2009-2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan keuangan pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan setiap bulan selama periode 2009-2013 sehingga mendapatkan 60 pengamatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa risiko kredit berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, kecukupan modal berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, dan efisiensi operasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.
