Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice and job insecurity intention to quit the employees of PT Bali Chippendale Furniture. The population in this study were employees of PT Bali Chippendale Furniture totaling 116 people. The samples in this study conducted with proportionate rondom sampling approach because the sample frame is already known such as number of employees, while the sampling method used in this study refers to the approach Slovin. Based on these criteria the number of employees who qualify as a sample of 54 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study is the distributive justice negative effect on quit intention, procedural fairness negative effect on quit intention, interactional fairness negative effect on quit intention and job insecurity positive effect on quit intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance. To achieve these objectives done gathering data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires were administered to respondents (employees), to further analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). The employee population as many as 74 employees. With the population of more than 74 employees will use the entire population as the sample (sample saturated). Based on the analysis that the obtained results transformational leadership influence on employee job satisfaction. Organizational commitment influence on employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction influence on employee performance. Transformational leadership influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment influence on employee performance. For further research is expected to add another variable that is thought to affect satisfaction and employee performance so that the scope of the research results could be wider.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation to employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Astra Honda Nusadua Badung regency of Bali. The population of as many as 35 people. The sampling method used is sampling saturated, so that all the population is used as a sample. Data collected through interviews and observations. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. Results of the analysis showed that the style of leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance. This shows that if the leadership style increases the employee's performance will increase significantly. Variable compensation positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the provision of fair and adequate compensation given to employees, the employees performance will increase significantly.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the desire of employees to leave the company. Turnover intention can be minimized if the company is able to give attention to the organizational commitment and the level of perceived job insecurity employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect organisasonal commitment and job insecurity towards employee turnover intention on Arma Museum & Resort Ubud. The sampling method using probability sampling approach, whereas the method of sampling refers slovin approach and the number of employees who qualify as a sample of 51 employees. Analysis tools using multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis shows that the commitment organisaisonal significant negative effect on turnover intention while job insecurity positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The company should always consider the level of organizational commitment and job insecurity felt by employees. It is intended that employees have a sense of security and do not have thoughts related to their desire to leave the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan membahas pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap word of mouth positif, membahas pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap citra merek AQUA. Melalui metode non probability sampling, sampel ditentukan sebanyak 140 responden. Kota Denpasar dipilih sebagai tempat studi dengan teknik analisis data regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis menemukan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap word of mouth positif. Corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra merek AQUA. Ini terbukti dari nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya job satisfaction di CV. Kharisma Utama yang dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi dan dimoderasi oleh role stress. Adanya penurunan job satisfaction dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi dan juga sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap job satisfaction dengan role stress sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada CV. Kharisma Utama yang berlokasi di Jl. Pantai Kuta Gg Poppies I No.1A Kuta, Bali. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah moderate regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan variabel role stress menunjukkan memoderasi memperlemah pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap job satisfaction karyawan CV. Kharisma Utama. Pihak perusahaan sebaiknya selalu memperhatikan komitmen organisasi dan role stress.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan diPT Bank BPD Bali Cabang Ubud.Ukuran sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan pada PT. Bank BPD Bali Cabang Ubud sebanyak 47 karyawan.Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan sampling jenuh.Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan survey dengan kuesioner sebagai alatnya.Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert5 poin untuk mengukur 13 indikator.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kedepannya PT. Bank BPD Bali Cabang Ubud hendaknya memperhatikan tuntunan tugas yang menjadi indicator penting di dalam stres kerja dan keamanan yang merupakan indikator penting dari motivasi demi meningkatknya kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank BPD Bali Cabang Ubud.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of public relations credibility on the intention to invest in the capital market, mediated by the attitude of potential investors. This research was conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange at their Denpasar Representative Office, an institution authorised to regulate and supervise the activities of the capital market investment in Bali. The number of respondents in this study is 140 which was determined by purposive sampling method, and data were collected through questionnaires. This study used path analysis to search for causal relationships between variables. The result of this study indicates that, as a mediator, potential investors attitude have a positive and significant effect on the influence of public relations credibility towards intention to invest in the capital market in Bali. Indonesia Stock Exchange Denpasar Representative Office is expected to constantly improve their competence in providing understanding to potential investors about the benefits of capital marketinvestment through various capital market education activities.

Abstract

Investasi di Indonesia sudah mengalami perkembangan yang cukup baik, sehingga masyarakat dapat menginvestasikan dananya di pasar modaldalam bentuk saham dan obligasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rating, maturitas, tingkat suku bunga dan kupon obligasi terhadap perubahan harga obligasi korporasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 68 obligasi korporasi, dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rating berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perubahan harga obligasi korporasi. Maturitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perubahan harga obligasi korporasi. Tingkat suku bunga SBI berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perubahan harga obligasi korproasi. Kupon obligasi berpengaruh positif signifkan terhadap perubahan harga obligasi korporasi. Para investor agar lebih jeli pada faktor yang mempengaruhi naik turunya harga obligasi seperti rating, maturitas, tingkat suku bunga SBI dan kupon obligasi.

Abstract

Iklan merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam bidang pemasaran . Iklan akan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk memperhatikan iklan yang dibuat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan iklan dengan keputusan pembelian dengan brand equitysebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada produk air mineral merek  AQUA. Jumlah responden yang diambil yaitu berjumlah 150 responden dengan metode non-probability sampling, khususnya purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel iklan dan brand equity masing-masing mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan keputusan pembelian, dan juga variabel brand equity mampu memediasi hubungan iklan dengan keputusan pembelian. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa baik buruknya suatu iklan yang dilakukan akan berpengaruh terhadap baik buruknya brand equity suatu produk yang nantinya juga akan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan dari konsumen untuk membeli produk yang ditawarkan.
