Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Suku Bunga, Nilai Tukar, Coupon Rate dan Likuiditas Obligasi terhadap Harga Pasar Obligasi pada Sektor Keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah obligasi perusahaan sektor keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014 yang berjumlah 118 obligasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 21 sampel obligasi perusahaan sektor keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2014. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi non partisipan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 13.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial suku bunga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga pasar obligasi, nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga pasar obligasi, coupon rate berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga pasar obligasi dan likuiditas obligasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga pasar obligasi. This study aims to determine the effect of the Interest Rate, Exchange Rate, Coupon Rate and Liquidity Bonds to the Bond Market Prices in the Financial Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The population in this study is the corporate bond finance sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014, amounting to 118 bonds. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, to obtain as many as 21 samples of corporate bond finance sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. Data collection methods used in this study is a non-participant observation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 13.0 for windows. The analysis showed that the partial rate significant negative effect on the market price of the bonds, exchange rates significant negative effect on the market price of the bond, the coupon rate is significant positive effect on the market price of bonds and bond liquidity significant negative effect on the market price of the bond.

Abstract

Kopi Bali Factory Tour di Bali yang siap berkompetisi harus memiliki manajemen yang efektif. Perusahaan memerlukan dukungan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten agar mampu bersaing melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan.Tujuan studi ini mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kopi Bali Factory Tour Denpasar, mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kopi Bali Factory Tour Denpasar, mengetahui variabel bebas yang berpengaruh lebih kuat terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kopi Bali Factory Tour Denpasar.Studi dilakukan pada Kopi Bali Factory Tour Denpasar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 152 orang melalui metode proportionate random sampling dengan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis faktor konfirmatori dan regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis.Hasil temuan menjawab kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh lebih kuat terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dibanding dengan komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is one indicator of the success of the company's operations in an effort to achieve its objectives. To realize that employee job satisfaction can be achieved, then the company must consider the factors that can influence job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional exhaustion and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. The study was conducted at CV. Mahesa Company Group Denpasar. The number of samples taken as many as 35 employees. Mechanical sampling using saturated sample. Data collected through interviews and field surveys. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed the variables emotional exhaustion negatively affect employee job satisfaction, work motivation while a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the research results, the suggestions to be considered by the company is the imposition of work must be in accordance with the expertise and field employees, providing specific training to employees and salaries should be adjusted to the workload of employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Self-efficacy for work engagement and job satisfaction of employees at Ibis Styles Bali Benoa Hotel. This research was conducted at the Ibis Styles Bali Benoa Hotel is located Jl Pratama 57A Tanjung Benoa focusing on MICE field, samples were taken as many as 90 people with census method. Data collected by questionnaires by using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 15 indicators. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Research shows that self-efficacy and significant positive effect on job involvement. Second, self-efficacy and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, work engagement and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The implications of this study is that the hotel could improve oversight and maintain the level of self-efficacy and engagement work to improve employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix variables simultaneously and Parsian on sales volume in PT. Hatten Bali. The research object is the marketing mix and volume of sales at PT. Hatten Bali. In this study, the population was around the end consumers (buyers) PT. Hatten Bali. Sampling technique used was random sampling with a sample size of 95 people. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed the product, price, distribution and promotion channels simultaneously significant effect on the volume of sales at PT. Hatten Bali with F count = 1586.96 sig = 0.00. Product, price, distribution channels and promotions partially significant effect on the volume of sales at PT. Hatten Bali. Distribution channels are independent variables were the dominant influence on the sales volume.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is  explain the effect of brand image and education level on brand preference, and explain the  role of  education level in moderating the influence brand image on the brand preference Philips LED lighting products. The sample was determined by using a non-probability sampling techniques, particularly purposive sampling. The sample size of 100 respondents to the survey method using a questionnaire measured with Likert scale, using analytical techniques Multiple Linear Regression and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Simultaneously three variables (brand image, level of education, and interaction with the brand image of education level) significant and positive impact on brand preference Philips LED lighting products. Partially, the results showed that the brand image of the significant and positive impact on brand preference, while the level of education does not significantly influence brand preference. The level of education does not moderate the relationship between brand image with brand preference.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan return on assets terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan melibatkan dua variabel pemoderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 11 perusahaan go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2010 - 2013 sebagai sampelnya, dengan total 39 pengamatan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukankdengan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dari variabel pemoderasi. Nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan rasio Tobin’s Q, sedangkan pengungkapan CSR dan GCG diukur menggunakan CSR Indeks dan skor CGPI. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ROA berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) pengungkapan CSR mampu memperkuat hubungan antara kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan, dan (3) CGPI mampu memperkuat hubungan antara kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. Masih sedikit penelitian sebelumnya mengenai nilai perusahaan yang menggunakan variabel kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel bebas, variabel CSR dan GCG sebagai variabel pemoderasi, terlebih penggunaan 2 variabel sebagai variabel pemoderasi masih jarang digunakan dalam penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya.

Abstract

Dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal investor mengharapkanreturn atas investasinya,yang disebut return saham. Return saham dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa rasio keuangan salah satunya yaitu rasio leverage dan profitabilitas. Pada beberapa penelitian sebelumnya masih terdapat perbedaan hasil tentang pengaruh leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap return saham. Sehingga dalam tulisan ini akan diteliti pengaruh leverage terhadapreturn saham, dan pengaruh profitabilitas terhadp return saham, serta peran profitabilitas dalam memediasi pengaruh leverage terhadap return saham. Pengamatan dilakukan pada 11 perusahaan  termasuk ke sektor Food and Beverages yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011 sampai dengan 2014. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur ( path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap return saham, leverage secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas, profitabilitas secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham, dan profitabilitas mampu memediasi  pengaruh leverage terhadap return saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green advertising, eco brand, dan green trust terhadap perilaku pembelian produk hijau. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah produk Air Mineral Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) Ades. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik insidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, dimana responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 108 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) green advertising berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian produk hijau; (2) eco brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian produk hijau; (3) green trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian produk hijau.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Self - efficacy on motivation and job satisfaction of employees. The study was conducted on employees Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel, Sanur with a number of respondents as many as 82 employees. The number of respondents is determined using proportional random sampling method, where respondents are employees other than top management. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). The test results get Self-efficacy and significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, self-efficacy and significant positive effect on employee motivation, and motivation positive effect on employee satisfaction. To foster a sense of job satisfaction of employees, the management needs to motivate employees. In addition to improving the interaction between management and employees PIAK will also improve Self-eficacy inside employees who have an impact on job satisfaction felt by employees at work
