Abstract

Konsumen mempunyai tingkat kesadaran yang tumbuh pada produk ramah lingkungan. Masyarakat bersedia untuk membeli produk hijau apabila produk tersebut disertai dengan informasi yang memadai dan dapat dipercaya. Salah satu perusahaan yang merespon masalah ini adalah PT. Pertamina yang merupakan perusahaan penghasil Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang ramah lingkungan di Indonesia. Produk yang dibuat tersebut adalah Pertalite dengan Research Octane Number 90. Penyebaran kuesioner merupakan cara pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yang berisi pernyataan dari 19 indikator. Sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa green perceived quality dan green satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap green trust pada pengguna produk ramah lingkungan Pertalite di Kota Denpasar. Green trust dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh variabel green perceived risk pada pengguna produk ramah lingkungan Pertalite di Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the influence of product innovation, price, brand image and service quality on customer loyalty in the city of Denpasar. Samples are 102 respondents using purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis found that product innovation has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. Price has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. Brand image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. It proves that innovation of product, price, brand image and quality of service can increase customer loyalty Vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar.

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian dapat diraih dengan melihat competitive advantage dan positioning perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran competitive advantage dalam memediasi pengaruh positioning terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen Made Ferry Motor di Kota Denpasar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan responsen berjumlah 112 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis path. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa positioning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage; positioning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; competitive advantage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; dan competitive advantage berpengaruh signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh positioning terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk menciptakan keputusan pembelian maka pihak manajemen perusahaan, penting bagi pihak manajemen perusahaan untuk menentukan competitive advantage yang dimiliki perusahaan. Selain competitive advantage, positioning juga menjadi acuan yang kuat untuk menciptakan keputusan pembelian, dalam hal ini disarankan agar manajemen dan pemasar memikirkan cara serta tekniknya dalam memposisikan perusahaan di benak konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify the effect of customer relationship management and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Ramayana Department Store in Denpasar. The study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study of 120 people by using non-probability sampling and purposive technique. The research instrument a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that the customer relationship management and customer satisfaction have partial significant influence on customer loyalty where customer satisfaction also has a positive role in mediating the effect of CRM on customer loyalty. Customer relationship management and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty at 73.5 percent while the remaining 26.5 percent is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Multinational companies that conduc tinternational transactions will require hedging by using derivative instrument, in which the function is to minimize exchange rate risk faced by the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, growth opportunity, dividend policy and liquidity on Hedging decision of PT. Unilever Tbk 2008 – 2015period. This study use non-participant observation for data collection and analysis techniques of multiple linear regression which includes classical assumption and hypothesis testing using partial test and coefficient of determination. Based on the analysed data the results obtain are as follows, Leverage effect positively and significantly to hedgingdecision, company growth opportunity has positive and significant effect hedging decision, dividend policy has negative and significant effect to hedging decision and liquidity has positive and significantinfluence to hedging decision.

Abstract

Hedging is undertaken by a company to protect the company from exposure to foreign currencies. Hedging decisions are influenced by firm size, debt level and financial distress. This study research the effect of firm size, debt level and the financial distress of the hedging decision using derivative instruments. This aim of this study to research the effect of each variable on the hedging decision using derivative instrument in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 until 2015. Purposive sampling techniques are use to take sample, and appropriate criteria established company obtained 74 samples of manufacturing companies. Research on the effect of each variable on this hedging decisions using logistic regression analysis techniques. The results showed that each variable firm size, debt level and the financial distress has a positive and significant effect on hedging activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan konsumen memediasi hubungan antara nilai utilitarian dan nilai hedonik dengan loyalitas konsumen J.CO Donuts and Coffee Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 115 responden, dengan metode non probability sampling khususnya purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis SEM dengan bantuan software AMOUS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa nilai utilitarian dan nilai hedonik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen dapat memediasi hubungan antara nilai utilitarian dan nilai hedonik dengan loyalitas konsumen. Penting bagi pihak perusahaan agar lebih memerhatikan motif belanja konsumen seperti nilai hedonik dan nilai utilitarian, karena kedua variabel ini berperan untuk menciptakan kepuasan konsumen dan berakhir pada konsumen yang loyal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis sebagai referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Kontribusi secara praktis sebagai masukan kepada perusahaan dalam menjaga konsumennya agar tetap loyal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh job rotation dan job performance terhadap organizational commitment. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Melia Bali Villas and SPA Resort, Nusa Dua-Badung khususnya pada departemen F&B Service. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan seluruh karyawan pada F&B Service yang berjumlah 103 orang dipilih sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa job rotation dan job performance secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Job rotation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Job performance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Untuk meningkatkan organizational commitment pada karyawan maka pihak manajemen perlu membuat perencanaan program job rotation secara berkala, mempertahankan kinerja karyawan yang baik, dan memberikan bantuan penyelesaian permasalahan yang dihadapi karyawan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Freight Express Indonesia Denpasar Branch. Samples are taken by 32 respondents using census method. Methods of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 question items. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that financial incentives, non-financial incentives and motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Companies should consider the factors that may affect job satisfaction, in this case it is suggested that the company pay attention to the financial incentives, non-financial and work motivation. It aims to improve employee job satisfaction, productivity and progress for the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to elucidate the employee retention, non-physical work environment and career development. Retention of employees is the company's efforts in maintaining well-performing employees to remain in the company for a certain period. The research was carried out at the Santika Hotel Nusa Dua Bali. The study population was all employees amounted to 84 people, using saturated sample. Data were collected by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire. Analyzer used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, and F. Test results showed that non-physical work environment and career development is positive and significant effect on the retention of employees, the higher the non-physical work environment and career development, the higher the level of employee retention.
