Abstract

Besarnya kredit yang diberikan ditentukan oleh berbagai factor diantaranya Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Non Performing Loan (NPL), Sertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI), dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Kredit. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Non Performing Loan (NPL), Sertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI), dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Kredit terhadap besarnya penyaluran kredit pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional (BUSN) Devisa di Indonesia Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional (BUSN) Devisa di Indonesia periode 2011-2015 dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 19 bank dan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi non partisipan dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kredit. Sertifikat Bank Indonesia berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kredit. Sementara Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Kredit berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kredit. Kata kunci: kredit, dana pihak ketiga, capital adequacy ratio, non performing loan, sertifikat bank indonesia, dan tingkat suku bunga kredit

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan keseluruhan populasi sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 37 orang yang terdaftar sebagai karyawan outsourcing RRI Mataram. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan survey dengan kuesioner, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data sesuai dengan topik yang diambil. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, berpengaruh positif signifikan  terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap kinerja dan burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

To keep organization commitment hence leadership role and organization communication very needed in order to organizational goal can be reached. If organization commitment has been obtained then it will get loyal employee and they will able to work by well for organization purpose. To analysis the effect leadership, and organization communcation toward organization commitment and to find out the organization communication role in mediate leadership with organiztion commitment at PT. Bank Antardaerah as purpose of this study. Path analysis was data analysis method was applied to analysis the pattern of causality relationship between variables. Research questioner was obtained to collect data. All employee of PT. Bank Antardaerah equal to 51 people as population at same time as sample in this study. The result of analysis shows direct effect is positive and significant toward organization commitment, the same effect have by the leadership toward organization communication. Thus also organization communication variable shows same effect toward organization. Organization communication able to mediate leadership toward organization commitment

Abstract

This research was done on the LPD Jimbaran, using all of its employees as respondents who totaled 82 people with saturated sample method. Design penelitiaan used this research is Quantitative Research and is associative kausalitas. Analysis Technic used in this research is multiple linear regression. Employee empowerment and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This means that the more employees feel empowered by the organization, the level of employee satisfaction will increase. Organizational commitment and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This means that the larger organizational commitment owned by an employee, the employee satisfaction level will increase. Financial compensation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This means that the higher the financial compensation granted to employees, the higher the level of employee satisfaction

Abstract

In carrying out its activities the company should have a sense of responsibility towards environmental sustainability. Businesses in Indonesia are required to run his business with a responsible one through the activities of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of CSR and corporate image of the brand equity, explained the influence of CSR to the corporate image, and explains how the role of the corporate image in mediating the effects of CSR on brand equity.The study was conducted at Astra Honda motorcycle products in Denpasar, the number of respondents in this study were 100 people. The data obtained through direct questionnaires were then analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). From the test results showed that corporate social responsibility significant positive effect on brand equity, corporate social responsibility significant positive effect on the corporate image, corporate image significant positive effect on brand equity and corporate image mediates the influence of corporate social responsibility which impact on increasing brand equity on the product Astra Honda in Denpasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan gender terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. BPR Pedungan dengan jumlah sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan pada PT. BPR Pedungan sebanyak 75 karyawan..Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan obeservasi dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi  memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior,serta gender berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kedepannya PT. BPR Pedungan hendaknya memberikan gaji sesuai dengan kontribusi yang menjadi indikator penting di dalam kepuasan kerja, reward atau penghargaan yang merupakan indikator penting dari komitmen organisasi agar karyawan tidak tertarik pada tawaran organisasi lain dan memperlakukan secara adil antara karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction either simultaneously or partially and to determine which variables are the dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT Indonesia Power Bali. The respondents of this research as many as 60 employees, with stratification method (Stratified Random Sampling). The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis found that the variable compensation, organizational culture and working environment simultaneously significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT Indonesia Power Bali. Variable compensation, organizational culture and work environment is also positive and significant effect partially to the job satisfaction of employees at PT Indonesia Power Bali with the work environment variables as variables that influence greater job satisfaction at PT Indonesia Power Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-family conflict and job stress on employee TI at Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria, Bali. In this study, a population of 55 employees, because the population is relatively small, the census approach performed as a method of research, which uses the entire population as a respondent. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a tool of analysis of this study. The results obtained in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between work-family conflict on TI, as well as the existence of positive and significant influence between job stress on TI. The research has implications that the Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria reduce work-family conflict and job stress for employees that will impact on TI.

Abstract

Mangsi Coffee merupakan cafe yang menyediakan makanan dan minuman yang memiliki ciri tersendiri berbeda dengan cafe dan restoran yang lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran customer satisfaction memediasi pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap repeat purchase pada Mangsi Coffee di Denpasar. Metode penelitian sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian yang disebarkan pada responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah konsumen Mangsi Coffee yang melakukan pembelian minimal sebanyak dua kali. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 140 responden.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa experiential marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repeat purchase. Experiential marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repeat purchase. Variabel customer satisfaction secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap repeat purchase.

Abstract

A strategy that retail businesspeople can use to win the competition is by applying the right retail mix strategy. Elements of the retail mix can be combined and combined in such a way as to satisfy and retain existing customers. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of retail mix simultaneously and partially to customer satisfaction at Foodmart Primo Lippo Mall Kuta. The research subjects were all Foodmart Primo Lippo Mall customers in Kuta, with a sample of 115 people. Determination of sample using purposive sampling method, that is sample determination technique with certain consideration. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the retail mix (price, merchandise, promotion, service, store location, and store atmosphere) simultaneously and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction at Foodmart Primo Lippo Mall Kuta. This has the meaning that the better the application of the retail mix at Foodmart Primo Lippo Mall Kuta then the increase also the level of customer satisfaction.
