Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan terhadap toko industri/toko roti di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperjelas hubungan atau pengaruh yang ada antar variabel yang diteliti. Jenis data menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah pelanggan industri/toko roti di Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 2.400 orang yang diambil dengan teknik penilaian (purposive sampling). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan mean, tabel distribusi frekuensi, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, secara simultan kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan industri/toko roti di Kota Bengkulu. Selanjutnya, secara parsial kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan industri/toko kue di Kota Bengkulu, sedangkan harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan industri/toko roti di kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

The objective of this research is know good corporate governance (GCG) implementation in relation with financial performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. This research is a descriptive research with data collection methods used sekuder data from annual report and good corporate governance report and primary data through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis is technique uses return on assets (ROA) and mean method with the frequency distribution table. The results that, the implementation of good corporate governance in relation to financial performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah has been running well. Furthermore, the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness have been effective with the average value of each statement of 3.69 (good), 3.89 (good), 3.76 (good), 3.67 (good), 3.85 (good). And the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah in the period 2012-1216 in healthy category with average return on assets (ROA) that is equal to 0.76%.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, Fairness

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh antara lain faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor personal dan faktor psikologis terhadap keputusan investor untuk melakukan perdagangan di BEI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan populasi penelitian adalah investor komunitas Bengkulu yang bertransaksi di BEI dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investor untuk bertransaksi di BEI. Faktor psikologis merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan investor untuk bertransaksi di BEI.

Abstract

The Dangau Datuk Bengkulu Agribusiness Vocational Middle School has practicum facilities for cultivating various types of vegetables, one of which is tomatoes, which are sold directly at outlets provided to meet the daily needs of students. However, the characteristics of agricultural products are not durable,perishable, and rotten if they are not immediately sold. This problem has attracted the interest of proposers to help introduce value added analysis through processing tomatoes into tomato sauce which of course can lasta long time, have added value and high selling value. Students and some teachers have received value-added introduction training through sauce processing, operational management, training on determining the cost ofgoods sold (HPP). The ratio of added value from processing tomatoes into tomato sauce is obtained by 40% and the added value is obtained by subtracting the output value from other input prices and the raw materialprice of Rp. 6,666.67, meaning that every 1 kg of tomatoes costs Rp. creating added value of Rp. 6,666.67, - per Kg after being processed into tomato sauce.

Abstract

The phenomenon of measuring behavioral loyalty on specific stores or merchants obviously popular, particularly despite the existence of structural and fundamental criticism on specific issue. The objectives of this research is to examine the antecedents of customer loyalty specifically on store loyalty. We operate survey method to gather primary data. The focus of the research is to examine the effect of perceived value, store image, and customer satisfaction on store loyalty. The results indicate that customer who perceive low perception of procedural switching costs and high perception of procedural switching costs experienced different perception in their perceived value on customer satisfaction, perceived value on loyalty, and store image on customer satisfaction. The results shows that the perceived value, store image, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant relationship of store loyalty in the different perception of procedural switching costs. Furthermore, procedural switching costs play a significant role in moderating the relationship between customer satisfaction and store loyalty. There was an indirect effect in the relationship between perceived value and store loyalty, which was mediated by customer satisfaction. The indirect effect of the relationship between store image and store loyalty was also proven to be mediated by the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The most appropriate strategy for vannamei shrimp farms is to use SO strategies, using all the power to exploit opportunities. Methods of data collection using questionnaires by spreading questions to respondents. Result of research of IFAS and EFAS, hence power owned at PT. CendanaPrioritas Lestari Bengkulu Tengah is 19.94 while the weakness is 5.7 if the internal quadrant factor is 19.94 - 5.7 = 14.24 the opportunity of the strategy is 17.08 for the threat so that 10 is the external quadrant factor 17 , 08 - 10 = 7.08 so that it is in quadrant 1 in SWOT analysis.Key Words: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

Tito Irwanto, Herry Novrianda, Aji Purnomo; This study aims to determine the positive effect between atmosphere and price suitability on purchasing decisions for consumers visiting the Peak of the Bengkulu City Department Store. The number of samples is 100 visitors using the multiple linear regression method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is an influence of the atmosphere on purchasing decisions on consumers visiting the Peak of the Bengkulu City Department Store, this is evident in the value of tcount>ttable of 12.839> 1.66 and there is an influence of price suitability on purchasing decisions on consumers visiting the Peak Department of Store of the City of Bengkulu, this is evident in the value of t> t table of conformity of the price of 2.267> 1.66. Based on the comparison of the value of Fcount with Ftable, it is known that the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value that is 114.992> 3.09, then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between the atmosphere and the suitability of prices towards purchasing decisions on consumers at the Top of the Department Store Store in Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study compares the feasibility of the Bankruptcy prediction model if used to predict manufacturing companies. The test in this study is logistic regression. The sample in this study consisted of 79 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2017 with a purposive sampling method. This research is quantitative research where the analytical tool used is logistic regression test with SPSS version 18. The study results indicate that of the four models studied. The Springate model cannot predict the bankruptcy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange because it has a significant value of 0.175 > 0.05. This study also indicates that the Altman model is the most appropriate for predicting the bankruptcy of manufacturing companies compared to Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to test the effect of compensation toward employee performance with self esteem as intervening variable. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the employees of plantation company in Bengkulu Province as many 196 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and regression analysis. The based on result of analysis, obtained result that: 1). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the employee's self esteem. This means that the higher the employee's compensation, the employee self esteem will also be higher; 2). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's compensation the employee's performance will also be better; 3). Self esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the self esteem of an employee the employee performance is also better; And 4). Compensation affects employee performance with self esteem as intervening variable, but direct influence is greater than indirect influence. This means that self esteem serves only as a partial mediation variable only.Keywords: compensation, performance, self esteem.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat descriptive research dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah tabungan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu berjumlah 150 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Metode analisis data digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunnjukkan bahwa, secara simultan (bersama-sama) maupun parsial brand image dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, yang berarti bahwa semakin baik brand image dan kualitas layanan maka nasabah juga akan semakin loyal terhadap PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu.
