Abstract

Psychological abuse has been attributed as the root cause of sexual violence by juvenile, or known as juvenile sexual offender (JSO), while research related to the topic is still little. The purpose of this study is to understand the dynamics of psychological abuse by parents or caregivers so that it is assumed to be a trigger for sexual violence by juvenile, and to see the Islamic views of it. This study used qualitative method with a phenomenological and descriptive approach. The results showed that there were three main themes identified, namely: psychological abuse, appreciation of psychological abuse and the meaning of sexual relations. It can be concluded that participants who feel that they did not get affection from their parents or caregiver as a result of the psychological abuse they experienced are encouraged to seek affection through sexual intercourse. Based on Islamic perspective, psychological abuse by parents or caregivers is a form of violation of the mandate that Allah SWT has entrusted to them.

Abstract

Tracer Study merupakan alat untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan bagi pengembangan suatu perguruan tinggi. Proses kegiatan ini membutuhkan proses pengumpulan data. Tetapi proses kegiatan Tracer Study yang dilakukan masih bersifat semi manual. Maka dari itu dibuatlah pengembangan web analytic tracer study yang dapat membantu pihak terkait dalam mengumpulkan data dan mengolah data. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan web analytic menurut agama Islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan web analytic tracer study selama tidak bertentangan dengan Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits maka diperbolehkan dalam pandangan Islam.

Abstract

Dalam proses pencarian jati dirinya, para remaja membutuhkan adanya pengetahuan mengenai diri sendiri, meliputi pemahaman mengenai kekuatan yang dimilikinya dan bagaimana cara untuk mengoptimalkan serta memanfaatkan kekuatan yang dimiliki bagi pengembangan dirinya. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan adanya pelatihan pengembangan diri yang bertujuan agar remaja menjadi lebih sadar, mengenali, dan menerima dirinya untuk kemudian menguatkan potensi yang dimiliki di masa depan. Program SADARI (Sadar dan Kenali Diri) adalah program pelatihan komunitas yang dirancang dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, introspeksi, dan pengungkapan diri serta dilakukan dengan pendekatan psikologi positif.  Dalam pelaksanaannya, pengusul bekerjasama dengan Foraja (Forum Remaja) Kelurahan Cempaka Putih Barat, Jakarta Pusat dan RPTRA Mardani Asri. Hasil evaluasi program menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator pencapaian berhasil tercapai. Saran dan masukan untuk program ke depannya juga disertakan di dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

Audit laporan keuangan menjadi sangat penting di era keterbukaan. Islam selalu mengajarkan umatnya untuk bersikap jujur dan benar. Namun banyak kasus di Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim tentang penyelewengan audit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perspektif Islam terhadap audit tenure. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa audit tenure dipebolehkan dalam Islam selama tidak menghalalkan yang haram dan mengharamkan yang halal serta melanggar janji-janji yang telah disepakati.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Islamic review of one of the psychological studies on posttraumatic growth (PTG) in adolescent women with dating violence experience. This is a literature study with a descriptive analytic approach. The result showed that Islam forbid their people for dating, these means Islam prevent their people to do dating. However, in Islam survivors who experience dating violence considered as a person who facing a test. Islam offer the concept called “Hijrah” in order to foster a positive thought for a survivors. Hijrah means shifting from something bad to a kindness, from naughtiness to truth, also from everything negative to more positive. In Indonesia with a Muslim majority population, dating violence is the second highest case of violence against women. Similar to other traumatic events, dating violence causes negative impacts to the survivors. On the other hand, previous research says that there might be positive changes experienced by trauma survivors, such as posttraumatic growth (PTG).

Abstract

The issue of religious tolerance is one of the important issues in the last decade, especially among Indonesian Muslims. Basically, Islam through the concept of morals teaches compassion for humans as well as adherents of other religions. However, on the other hand, many Muslims then limit themselves to giving a positive attitude towards other religions because of fears of violating the faith. How the attitude of Islam towards other religions has been studied in the scientific study of Islam itself. However, most of the studies carried out were case studies and comparisons. While research in Islamic psychology also began to study a lot about behavior between religious groups, such as the construct of group favoritism. But not many have used the basis of a strong Islamic study as its justification. This study tries to conduct an integrative study between the study of literature from Islamic law with empirical studies of psychology. The literature study is carried out by conducting a study and comparison of various relevant references. Empirical studies were conducted by distributing questionnaires to several Islamic adolescents in Jabodetabek on a scale of group religiosity and favoritism. Furthermore, an analysis will be carried out by comparing and correlating the results of the literature and empirical studies. While the results of this study indicate that there is no group favoritism in Islam, because brotherhood for a Muslim is not only limited to fellow Muslims, but also to fellow non-Muslims or even other creatures of God.

Abstract

The virtue of people who study, including college students, in Islam is so great that the fishes in the ocean beg for forgiveness for them. However, the many academic demands faced by students can make them experience stress, anxiety and depression, so they need to be academically resilient. Parents are responsible people and will be held accountable by Allah SWT in educating their children. Parents play an important role in building children’s academic resilience as well. This study aimed to determine how parental support and academic resilience according to Islamic view. The method used in this research is a literature review by analyzing the verses of the Qur'an, hadith and relevant references. The results showed that parental support is essential in making students survive amid academic difficulties they face by providing examples, guidance, advice and Islamic education to their children. Keutamaan penuntut ilmu, termasuk mahasiswa sangat besar di dalam Islam sehingga ikan-ikan di lautan memintakan ampun baginya, tidak terkecuali mahasiswa. Namun banyaknya tuntutan akademik yang dihadapi mahasiswa, berpotensi membuat mereka mengalami stress, kecemasan hingga depresi sehingga memerlukan resiliensi akademik. Orang tua adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab dan akan dimintai pertanggung-jawaban oleh Allah SWT dalam mendidik anaknya. Orang tua juga memainkan peranan penting dalam membentuk resiliensi akademik anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dukungan orang tua dan resiliensi akademik menurut perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dengan menganalisis dari ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, hadits dan referensi yang relevan. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa kehadiran dukungan orang tua sangat penting dalam membuat mahasiswa tetap bertahan di tengah kesulitan akademik yang dihadapinya dengan cara memberikan contoh teladan, bimbingan, nasehat dan pendidikan Islam kepada anak-anaknya.

Abstract

Industrial era 4.0 provides accessibility to smartphone use on early childhood. The negative or positive impact depending on how parents introduce smartphones to children through parental mediation strategies. Parents’ character plays a role in shaping children’s behavior and discipline, especially parents with mindful parenting. This study aims to examine the relationship between mindful parenting and parental mediation from the psychological and Islamic perspective. We used a mixed method with sequential explanatory design. Mindfulness in Parenting Questionnaire (MIPQ) and Parental Mediation Questionnaire (PMQ) was used as measuring instrument with a total of 131 parents who have children aged 3-6 years participated in this study. The results show that mindful parenting correlates significantly to the active mediation strategy while its relationship was weak with restrictive mediation. In the Islamic perspective, when parents rely on all responsibilities and rights that must be given to children with the intention of worshiping Allah, parents will apply the rules to their children according to Islamic law.Industrial era 4.0 provides accessibility to smartphone use on early childhood. Abstract

Islam views marriage as noble and sacred. In addition, marriage is one of the developmental tasks that a human being must go through. However, inadequate preparation from Islamic, psychological and financial perspective, led to the high number of divorce rate in Indonesia. This pre-marital education from the islamic, psychology and financial perspective carried out to increase knowledge about preparation for marriage according to islam and what preparation is needed to adolescent from the psychological view. So with this training, the participant can prepare a good marriage plan and take on responsibilities in marriage. Participants in this training are late teenagers and unmarried young adults. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan akuntansi syariah, lingkungan kerja, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi karir di lembaga keuangan syariah. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi akuntansi Universitas Yarsi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan akuntansi syariah dan pertimbangan pasar tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah.
