Abstract

Tiku Tanjung Mutiara Agam terletak pada 0.03o LS dan 100.22o BT. Berdasarkan peta geologi di daerah Kabupaten Agam (S.Gafoer, 1996), secara umum struktur geologi pada daerah tersebut adalah endapan alluvial yang terdiri dari lanau, pasir dan kerikil. Peta geologi tersebut tidak menjelaskan secara jelas struktur geologi untuk masing-masing wilayah. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui struktur lapisan batuan di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode geolistrik tahanan jenis konfigurasi Dipole-dipole untuk mengetahui ketebalan dari masing-masing struktur lapisan tersebut. Metode geolistrik merupakan salah satu metode geofisika yang mempelajari struktur lapisan bawah permukaan berdasarkan sifat kelistrikan suatu medium. Arus diinjeksikan ke dalam bumi melalui elektroda arus dan beda potensial yang dihasilkan diukur melalui elektroda potensial. Pengukuran yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 lintasan terdiri dari 5 titik sounding. Data yang diperoleh dari pengukuran berupa nilai tahanan jenis semu dan AB/2 diolah menggunakan software Ipi2win sehingga diperoleh nilai tahanan jenis dan ketebalan perlapisan batuan yang terdapat di bawah titik sounding. Hasilnya adalah  bahwa jenis batuan yang membentuk struktur geologi pada daerah tersebut adalah pasir besi, alluvial, basalt, campuran aluvial dengan pasir besi dan pasir kerikil bercampur lanau. Abstract

Abstrak Seiring dengan digulirkan pemerintah kurikulum 2013 sejak pertengahan tahun 2013, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud) juga mela- kukan melakukan program pengadaan buku, pelatihan kurikulum, pendampingan, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk di provinsi Sumatera Barat. Telah dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi (monev) oleh tim monev dari Universitas Negeri Padang yang berjumlah 5 orang, yang dibantu oleh sebanyak 48 orang surveyor sebagai tim pengambil data di lapangan terhadap 3108 responden yang terdiri dari guru, siswa, kepala sekolah dan pengawas untuk satuan pendidikan SD, MP, SMA dan SMK. Monev dilakukan dari bulan Agustus – November 2014) pada 6 kabupaten/kota di provinsi sumatera Barat yang dipilih secara acak. Metode monev yang diterapkan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner dan di triangulasi dengan teknik observasi dan indepth interview. Monev bertujuan agar teridentifikasinya proses, kendala dan hasil yang diperoleh dari implemen- tasi kurikulum 2013 tersebut, meliputi empat komponen utama yaitu pengadaan buku guru dan buku siswa, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh dari monev menyimpulkan bahwa: a) Kualitas buku menurut persepsi responden pada umumnya berada pada kategori bagus (65 %); b) Proses pelatihan berada pada kategori baik (56,2 %), kejelasan materi yang disajikan berada pada kategori jelas (53,8 %) dan sangat jelas (19,1 %). Tingkat pe- mahaman materi pada kategori paham 68,8 % dan sangat paham 5 %. Sedangkan keyakinan terhadap mengimplementasikan kurikulum berada pada kategori yakin 58,7 % dan sangat yakin 3,70 %; c) Tingkat keefektifan pendampingan pada umumnya yang berada pada kategori cukup efektif dan sangat efektif; d) mengenai kegiatan pembelajaran langkah-langkah pendekatan saintifik telah mulai dilak- sanakan, cuma masih ditemukan kendala pada evaluasi proses, kegiatan menanya, dan konfirmasi materi pelajaran belum berjalan dengan baik dan tuntas. Kata kunci: implementasi, kurikulum 2013, pengadaan buku, pelatihan, pendam- pingan, pembelajaran Abstract Along with the implementation of Curriculum 2013 by government since the middle of the same year, The Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) also conducted the program of books provisioning, curriculum training, mentoring, and the implementation of curriculum 2013 throughout Indonesia including West Sumatera. The monitoring and evaluation (monev) have been done by a team of five people from State University of Padang that was also assisted by 48 surveyors as a team of data collection toward 3108 respondents that consist of teachers, students, headmasters, and supervisors for educational units of primary, secondary, high and vocational schools. Monev was done from August to November 2014 in regency/city in West Sumatera that was selected randomly. The monev method is quantitative descriptive and qualitative by using questionnaire and triangulation with observation and indepth interview. The purpose of monev is to identify processes, constraints, and the results of the implementation of curriculum 2013 including four main components which are the provision of teachers and students books, training, mentoring and learning. The results of monev are: a) The books’ quality according to respondents’ perception in general is in good category (65%); b) Training processes is in good category (56,2%), the distinctness of materials that was presented is in distinct category (53,8%) and very distinct (19,1%). The level of understanding of the material are understand 68,8% and very understand 5%. Meanwhile, the belief in the implementation of curriculum category of believe is 58,7% and very believe is 3,70%; c) The level of the effectiveness of mentoring in general are in the category of effective and very effective; d) Learning activity of the steps of scientific approach has been implemented, but there were some constraints in the process of evaluation, asking activity, and the confirmation of learning materials which were not going well and thoroughly. Abstract

Aktifitas penambangan batubara di PT. Nan Riang menggunakan sistem tambang terbuka yang menargetkan produksi sebesar 1000 ton/hari. Penggunaan bahan bakar solar merupakan salah satu penyumbang biaya operasional yang cukup besar. Unit yang beroperasi untuk pengangkutan produksi yaitu lima unit dump truck Nissan UD CWM 330. Evaluasi yang ditargetkan yaitu mengetahui rasio penggunaan bahan bakar (liter) dengan produksi batubara (tonase). Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi bahan bakar. Beberapa diantaranya yaitu kemiringan jalan angkut, RPM alat angkut, kecepatan alat angkut, rimpull alat angkut, jarak tempuh alat angkut, dan waktu tempuh alat angkut. Metode ini memanfaatkan analisis multivariat yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengaruh dan mengukur intensitas hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. 3. Bahan bakar aktual yang dihabiskan oleh keseluruhan alat angkut dump truck UD CWM 330 sebesar 1.589,52 liter/hari (5 dump truck). Bahan bakar yang dihabiskan oleh keseluruhan alat angkut dump truck UD CWM 330 setelah dilakukan perbaikan sebesar 1.206,27 liter/hari (6 dump truck).

Abstract

Iron sand spread in Indonesia still not as much as may be optimized. One of area indicated of iron sand is Durian Kapeh regions North Tiku of Tanjung Mutiara Agam Regency. Iron sand singer can be seen clearly from the outcrop. From previous studies (Mufit, 2005), in this area has more than 50% magnetic properties. It can be concluded that the potential of iron sand in this area quite potential and can be used for industrial activities later. One way for mapping of iron sand is by applying geoelectrical resistivity method with Wenner array. This array is superior in mapping laterally. Data obtained from the measurement result in form of apparent resistivity value below the sounding point. The results will be able to know the distribution of subsurface materials and can be used as reference in future mining decision. The Results of the mapping obtained the distribution of resistivity value varied from 0,0347 Ωm to 340.000 Ωm that has tended conductive properties. Abstract

Based on the overburden stripping production data in the East Pit, Mining Work Unit PT. Allied Indo Coal Jaya. October 2020 for 2 mining fleets, are around 77.963,41 Bcm. From the actual production above, it is known that the overburden production target for 2 mining fleets is 110.000 Bcm, so it can be concluded that the stripping production target in October 2020 was not achieved. Based on data on working hours of mining equipment, the percentage of utilization of the available working time of the EU (Effective Utilization) for 2 mining fleets is 72% and 75%, respectively. From these problems, the percentage of utilization of the EU's available working time (Effective Utilization) has not been used optimally. From the problems above, it is necessary to do an optimal losstime analysis to meet the production target of overburden stripping. The analysis that will be used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the least squares method in estimating multiple linear regression coefficients. The purpose of this analysis is to obtain an optimal mathematical model of losstime in meeting the production target of overburden stripping in October 2020.Keywords:  Production, lossetime, optimal time, linear regression analysis double, least squared

Abstract

Pandawa, Jorong Tarok District 2 x 11 Kayu Tanam is one of the difficult areas of water in Padang Pariaman Regency. One of the causes of the difficulty to meet the water needs is due to unknown groundwater source distribution. The distribution of groundwater in Pandawa is important to know, to know the location of the water source and its subsurface shape, therefore has been conducted research that aims to know the distribution, depth, and type of ground water aquifers in the Pandawa area. This research is a descriptive basic research. Measurements were made using MAE X-612 EM Resistivitymeter as the main instrument. Data is taken using Schlumberger configuration on 3 paths. The results of data analysis are interpreted using Smoothness-Constraint Least Squares Inversion with the help of Res2dinv Software and Voxler 4.0 Software. The result of interpretation of data is the value of rock type resistance and rock depth of research area. The data estimation is done by comparing the actual type of resistance value with the species resistance table and the geology of the research area, so that the water distribution and depth of soil from the soil surface can be obtained. The results of this study indicate that the distribution of groundwater on the parallel track of Trajectory 1 and 2 tends to lead from the North to the South. Groundwater is encountered in the range from 7 - 20 m with a range of resistance values of 6.87 Ωm - 32.6 Ωm.

Abstract

Abstract. PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. Tanjung Enim Mining Unit is a State Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in the coal mining industry. The mining system applied is an open pit mining system with two mining methods, namely the Shovel and Truck method (coventional mining), and the Bucket Wheel Excavator System (continuous mining) method. The coal production target set by PTBA was 230,872 tons in January. The mechanical tools used are 1 (one) unit of Bucket Wheel Excavator, 1 (one) Belt Wagon unit, 1 (one) unit of Cable Rair Car, 1 (one) Hooper Car unit and 1 (one) Tripper Car unit. With the use of the above tools, the production target produced was not achieved in January. So in this study a solution will be sought so that the coal production target set can be increased and can be fulfilled in January. The factors that can influence the production of loading and transport activities are as follows: fill factor, bucket wheel rotation time, number of spills, time of obstacle and work efficiency. From the observations, the time taken for one round of the bucket wheel is 10.10 seconds so that the value of the spill in 1 minute is 83 times. With work efficiency of 26.85% in January, the achievement of production was 186,500.37. In order for production to be improved, efforts need to be made to improve work efficiency by minimizing the obstacles that occur in the field. So that we get 34.14% work efficiency in January with an achievement of 237,136.78 tons. Keywords: BWE, Productivity, Target

Abstract

Abstract. The process of loading and transporting coal at PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada from the front to the crusher using a combination of 1 PC 400 type excavator with a capacity of 3.2 Lcm and a heavy tipper scania patria x pro model tv45 dump truck with a vessel capacity of 39 tons with 7 units of tools. In 1 month the planned production target is 163,054.23 tons / month.This study uses the QCC method to increase coal production targets. In the actual achievement in the field before the increase in production, only 121,314.78 tons / month were achieved or 74.40% of the target set by the company. Based on the paretto analysis, the main problem of not achieving coal production is the amount of work time wasted 2,277.78 hours / month from the available time of 5040 hours / month.By making improvements to wasted working time using the QCC method for coal production of PT. Abstract

PT.Gamindra Mitra Kesuma is a mining company currently exploring iron ore in the district. Sungai Beremass to get the distribution of iron ore and the amount of iron ore available in the area. Exploration is carried out by drilling a total of 11 drill hole points on an area of 20 hectares. To find out the amount and distribution of iron ore, it is necessary to estimate the resources which currently researchers use the ordinary krigging method with spatial estimation where the error variance is minimized. Researchers used a 3-dimensional block model with a block size of 30m x 30m x 1m which is in the estimation of the study area. To carry out the process of estimating krigging, the value of sill, range, nugget is needed, to facilitate the fitting of the variogram. By analyzing the variogram with 4 main directions and all directions will get the data distribution. Estimation results using the ordinary krigging method in the form of block models that have been topped by topography and bottom topography. The estimation is obtained in the number of blocks from the results of the top topography and bottom topography where the total iron ore tonnage is 31.680.000 tons and overburden is 12.736.800 bcm with a stripping ratio of 0.402 bcm / ton. Keywords : Resource, Estimation, Ordinary Kriging, Variogram, Iron Ore

Abstract

The microtremor survey and research was conducted on December 10, 2017 in Tanah Hitam and Kandi, Sawahlunto. The aim of this study was to determine the value of seismic vunerability index and its microzonation at ex-mining land PT.BA UPO. The area of this study was in Tanah Hitam and Kandi by taking the microtremor data of 15 locations. The microtremor data were then processed using Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method to get H/V curve which generates dominant frequency (f0) value and amplification factor (A) at every observation point, which will be used in the seismic vulnerability index calculation (Kg). Seismic vulnerability index microzonation was generated using Surfer11 software. The results showed that the value of seismic vulnerability index in the ex-mining land area is between -5 x 10-6 s2/cm - 75 x 10-6 s2/cm which is categorized as low to high. The low results of seismic vulnerability index (Kg) microzonation located in the Kandi part of ex-mining land area was indicated by values between PND 4 is between 0 x 10-6 s2/cm - 5 x 10-6 s2/cm. The medium results of seismic vulnerability index (Kg) microzonation value indicated by the value of 4 x 10-6 s2/cm sampai 10 x 10-6 s2/cm was indicated by values between 2 x 10-6 s2/cm - 10 x 10-6 s2/cm spread over PND 1 point, PND 10, PND 11, PND 12 and PND 15. For microzonation results high seismic susceptibility index is damaged at point PND 3, PND 5, PND 6, PND 7, PND 8, PND 9, PND 13 and PND 14 with values ranging from 10 x 10-6 s2/cm to 34 x 10-6 s2/cm. And the result of microzonation index of high seismic susceptibility with value of 40 x 10-6 s2/cm to 48 x 10-6 s2/cm at point PND 2 and PND 8. Based on the value of the shear wave velocity (Vs30) the area has a very dense soil and soft rock with a very dense sand or clay end, gravel, at a thickness of several tens of meters.
