Abstract

Gizi buruk masih menjadi masalah di Indonesia. Hasil Riskesdes 2013 menunjukan angka gizi buruk sebesar 5,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku merawati tim pelayanan kesehatan primer dengan capaian program gizi di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua tahap, tahap pertama studi kualitatif untuk membangun konstruk instrumen perilaku merawati tim pelayanan kesehatan primer program gizi; tahap kedua studi kuantitatif untuk melihat hubungan antara perilaku merawati tim pelayanan kesehatan primer dengan capaian program gizi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 64 pelaksana gizi, untuk mengukur perilaku merawati tim pelayanan kesehatan primer program gizi, serta 3.200 ibu bayi/balita untuk mengukur capaian program gizi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara perilaku merawati pimpinan kepada pelaksana, antar pelaksana, pelaksana kepada kader dan pelaksana kepada ibu bayi/balita dengan capaian program gizi; Kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perilaku merawati tim pelayanan kesehatan primer dengan capaian indikator program gizi. Saran agar dibuat kebijakan untuk menerapkan perilaku merawati pada tim pelayanan kesehatan primer program gizi di Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRAK Koordinasi keperawatan didasarkan pada layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, dapat menjadi kunci untuk memperbaiki pengalaman perawatan individu, memperbaiki kesehatan masyarakat, dan mengurangi biaya perawatan bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic review terhadap beberapa study literature. Artikel dicari melalui penelusuran Ebscohost dengan menggunakan  CINAHL Complete, MEDLINE,  MEDLINE Complete periode tahun 2009 sampai 2017, didapatkan  29 artikel. Penelusuran dengan Proquest terdapat 537 artikel pada periode 2010-2018. Penelusuran dengan Scopus ditemukan 20 artikel pada periode 2001?2017, penelusuran dengan Google Scholar terdapat 16.800 artikel. Koordinasi keperawatan berfokus pada pasien (patient centre care) didasarkan pada tujuan reformasi keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas keperawatan bagi individu dan masyarakat melalui penggunaan sumber daya yang efisien dan efektif. Peningkatan kompleksitas keperawatan, meningkatnya jumlah pasien dengan penyakit kronis, dan biaya perawatan kesehatan yang meningkat akan meningkatkan kebutuhan akan integrasi perawatan yang lebih baik tanpa peningkatan pengeluaran. Perawat preoperatif dalam  melakukan evaluasi kegiatan dan hasil  koordinasi koordinasi keperawatan dengan para pemberi asuhan lain yang berfokus pada pelayanan pasien, dengan  mengimplementasikan Care Coordination Measurement Tool (CCMT) pada pasien pre operatif.   Kata kunci : Koordinasi, keperawatan, pasien preoperative   EFFECTIVE NURSING COORDINATION FOR PREOPERATIVE PATIENTS   ABSTRACT Nursing coordination is based on quality healthcare, can be key to improving individual care experiences, improving public health, and reducing community care costs. This research used a systematic review of several study literature. The Articles has been searched through Ebscohost search using CINAHL Complete, MEDLINE, MEDLINE Complete period of  2009 to 2017, got 29 articles. Searched with Proquest period 2010-2018, there are found 537 articles. Search with Scopus found 20 articles to the period 2001-2017, search with Google Scholar there are 16,800 articles. Patient care coordination is based on the objectives of health care reform to improve the quality of care for individuals and populations through the efficient and effective use of resources. Increased maintenance complexity, increased number of patients with chronic disease, and increased health care costs will increase the need for better integration of care without increased spending. Abstract

Background: The diagnosis of pain documented in the nursing care process still needs to be evaluated. The reason is because there is still diversity in formulating the problem due to diverse nursing education, nurse knowledge, and even differences in reference standards used. Purpose: This study aimed to find out the application of diagnoses of nanda, nic, noc in improving the quality of nursing documentation.Method: This research method uses research design using descriptive analytics. The population in this study were 150 nurses in the inpatient hospital room of H.L Manambai Abdulkadir. The study sample was 73 nurses. The variable of this study is the application of diagnoses nanda, nic, noc in improving the quality of nursing documentation. Research instruments using questionnaires and statistical tests using frequency distribution.Results: The results show that the majority of nurse respondents had a female sex of 73%, and male sex numbered 27%. Based on the results of research that has been done, it was found that the majority of nurse respondents had an age of 31-40 years which was 41%, and those aged 20-30 years amounted to 32% and those aged > 40 years amounted to 27%. Based on the results of research that has been done, it was found that the majority of nurse respondents had the Application of NANDA, NIC, NOC Diagnosis in improving the Quality of Nursing Documentation by 55% and less by 45%. application of NANDA, NIC, NOC diagnoses in improving the quality of nursing documentation is good and the need for regular training to maintain it.Conclusion: From the research concluded that the use of diagnosis can improve the quality of nursing documentation

Abstract

Kegiatan koordinasi perawatan perioperatif  meliputi kegiatan pelayanan perawatan fase pre, intra dan post operatif. Beberapa kesalahan dalam menyiapkan pasien untuk diprogramkan operasi elektif dapat menyebabkan  masa lama rawat pasien  memanjang, readmissions berulang, menurunkan kualitas hidup, mengurangi  keselamatan dan kepuasan pasien dan peningkatan biaya. Situasi tersebut memerlukan upaya koordinasi perawatan yang berpusat pada pasien. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif diskriptif, dengan analisa data metoda Colaizzi. Sebanyak lima partisipan perawat perioperatif dengan masa kerja lebih dari 3 tahun sebagai narasumber penelitian dengan kriteria tiga perawat ruang rawat inap bedah (katim, penanggung jawab shif dan perawat pelaksana), satu perawat kepala ruang bedah sentral dan satu perawat pelaksana kamar bedah serta satu partisipan sebagai triangulasi sumber yang merupakan dokter spesialis bedah mulut dan selaku kepala instalasi bedah sentral. Hasil didapatkan enam tema yaitu:keterlibatan pasien dan keluarga dalam pengelolaan layanan kesehatan sejak awal masuk rumah sakit, mekanisme penjadualan program operasi elektif, pengkajian pasien sebelum operasi, optimalisasi kelayakan kondisi kesehatan pasien,  metode koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh perawat  serta keadaan atau situasi yang membutuhkan koordinasi dengan berbagai profesional pemberi asuhan, pasien dan keluarga. Perawat dalam melaksanakan koordinasi perawatan menemukan hambatan atau tantangan dalam mensukseskan koordinasi perawatan yang dilakukan.Perawat dalam melakukan fungsi koordinasi perawatan, berfungsi sebagai care coordinator bukan hanya sebagai perawat pelaksana atau ketua tim. Kata kunci : koordinasi perawatan, perioperatif, perawat THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PERIOPERATIVE PATIENT CARE COORDINATION BY NURSES ABSTRACT Perioperative care coordination activities include pre, intra and post operative care service activities. Some errors in preparing patients for elective surgery programs can cause prolonged hospitalization, repeated readmissions, reduced quality of life, reduced patient safety and satisfaction and increased costs. This situation requires coordinating efforts for patient-centered care. The research used is descriptive qualitative, with Colaizzi method data analysis. Five perioperative nurse participants with a working period of more than 3 years as research sources with the criteria of three nurses inpatient surgery (Katim, person in charge of shif and executive nurse), one head nurse in the operating room and one nurse in the operating room and one participant as a participant as a nurse triangulation of sources who are oral surgeons and as the head of the central surgical installation. The Results obtained six themes, namely: involvement of patients and families in the management of health services from the beginning of the hospital admission, scheduling mechanisms for elective surgery programs, assessment of patients before surgery, optimization of the feasibility of the patient's health conditions, methods of coordination performed by nurses and circumstances or situations that require coordination with various care professionals, patients and families. Nurses in implementing care coordination find obstacles or challenges in the success of the coordination of care performed. Nurses in performing the care coordination function, functions as a care coordinator not just as an executive nurse or team leader. Keywords: care coordination, perioperative, nurse

Abstract

 AbstrakLatar belakang: Kepuasaan kerja merupakan suatu keadaan emosional seseorang yang positif atau menyenangkan dari nilai atau pengalaman orang tersebut, hal ini menunjukan bahwa karyawan membentuk sikap terhadap pekerjaan dengan memperhatikan perasaan, kepercayaan dan perilaku mereka sendiri. Kepuasan kerja perawat dibeberapa negara masih rendah, seperti di Cina 54 % dan Shanghai 60,8%, Indonesia 92,96%. Dari fenomena yang ada, menunjukkan kepuasan kerja perawat masih rendah. Kepemimpinan transformasional diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi perilaku transformasional pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Metode: Artikel ini menggunakan design literatur review yakni peneliti mengulas, merangkum, dan menuliskan pemikiran beberapa pustaka seperti artikel, buku dan undang-undang. Penelusuran artikel melalui PubMed, Scincedirect dan Google Schoolar. Hasil: Pada literatur review ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat, juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, melalui kepemimpinan kharismatik, inspiratif, menstimulasi intelektual dan pertimbangan yang diindividualkan. Kepemimpinan karismatik yakni perawat manajer mampu menyampaikan visinya dengan jelas untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Kepemimpinan inspiratif yakni pemimpin mampu menyampaikan harapan tinggi berkaitan mutu pelayanan dan menginspirasi perawat lain. Kepemimpinan yang memiliki rangsangan intelektual yakni mampu memotivasi, meningkatkan kemampuan terus menerus, mampu menjadi pelatih bagi stafnya. Pemimpin memiliki pertimbangan yang diindividualkan yakni seperti memberi reward sesuai prestasi individu perawat. Kesimpulan: Perilaku transformasional pemimpin dapat  meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan kerja, Perawat.               AbstractBackground: Satisfaction work is a state of emotional someone whose positive or pleasant of values or experiences of people, regard this shows that employees form the attitude towards work to pay attention to the feelings , beliefs and behaviors of their own. Nurse work satisfaction in some countries is still low, such as in China 54% and Shanghai 60, 8 %, Indonesia 92.96% . Of fenomena were there, showed job satisfaction of nurses is still low. Leadership Transformational expected to improve job satisfaction of nurses. Aim: To identification behavior of transformational leaders in improving job satisfaction of nurses. Method: Article The use design literature reviews on the researcher to review, summarize, and write down thoughts some libraries such as articles, books and laws. Search artikel through PubMed, Scincedirect and Google Schoolar. Results: In the literature review to show right that the leadership of transformational influence positively to the job satisfaction of nurses, also contribute to the improvement of quality of service, through leadership charismatic, inspiratif, stimulate intellectual and considerations are individualized. Leadership charismatic, nurse manager is able to convey his vision with clearly to improve the quality of care nursing. Inspirational leadership, that is, leaders are able to convey high expectations regarding service quality and inspire other nurses. Leadership that has intellectual stimulation that is able to motivate, improve the ability continuously, able to become a trainer for its staff. Leaders have considered that individualized the like to give a reward in accordance accomplishments of individual nurses. Abstract

Latar belakang : Kejenuhan kerja prevalensi sangat tinggi dalam perawatan, terutama tenaga kesehatan dan perawat, karena mereka selalu mengalami situasi kerja yang memacu stres, bekerja dengan kontak langsung pada pasien yang memiliki tingkat penyakit yang berbeda. Perawat mengalami burnout lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan profesi lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik perawat terhadap kejenuhan kerja perawat. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap 85 perawat di ruang rawat inap. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kejenuhan kerja dengan skala Maslach Burnout Inventory. Hasil : Dari hipotesis yang ada didapatkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dan masa kerja dengan burnout perawat. Berkenaan dengan kejenuhan menyimpulkan bahwa perawat muda cendrung mengalami burnout lebih tinggi dari perawat tua. Perawat dengan masa kerja lebih lama cendrung mengalami burnout lebih rendah. Kesimpulan : Untuk meningkatkan program yang dapat menurunkan kecendrungan burnout dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada perawat yang lebih muda untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan perawat. Abstract

The ability to make ethical problem decisions is a requirement for nurses to carry out the professional nursing practice. Decision making is a systematic approach to resolve a problem. World Health Institution in 2017 identified 98.000 patients died every year because of bad decision making. One strategy in the transformation of organizations in health services today is empowerment. Empowerment is a leadership design that can influence a nurse in decision making. The study aims to know the influence of empowerment leadership on the nurse’s decision making. The method in this paper is a literature review. Search for research articles using a database of sciences from Google Scholar, Science Directs, Clinical Key and the final results found 10 articles to be reviewed. Results: 5 empowerment resources can be used by nurses in improving decision making. The empowerment that contains reward, coercive, expert, referent, and legitimate can be used by nurses in improving decision making Result: 5 sources of empowerment can be used by nurses in improving decision making. The empowerment that contains reward, coercive, expert, referent, and legitimate can be used by nurses in improving decision making. Empowerment leadership style can be an alternative way to improve the quality of nurse decision making. Reward and coercive can influence experience, an expert can influence facts and rational, a referent can affect intuition, and legitimate can affect authority.
