Abstract

Pembelajaran kolaboratif merupakan filsafat interaksi pembelajaran melalui kerjasama, maka hal ini dilakukan tidak hanya disekolah tetapi juga diluar sekolah, termasuk melalui perangkat internet. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis internet dengan menggunakan aplikasi google terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menyusun dokumen kurikulum. Bentuk pengabdian ini adalah quasi experiment (eksperimen semu). Teknik pengumpulan data meggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Desain pengabdian ini menggunakan pre dan post-test only group design, subjek merupakan semua guru pada SDIT Almadina Semarang. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kolaboratif internet dengan menggunakan aplikasi google seperti google sheet, google docs dan google slide berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menyusun dokumen kurikulum secara kolaboratif. Peningkatan kemampuan dalam pengoperasian dan pembuatan dokumen kurikulum menggunakan google sheet, google docs dan google slide sebesar 66.67% (±16.07), 80.00% (±5.00), dan 51.67% (±2.89), masing-masing. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengunaan aplikasi google secara langsung mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru SDIT Almadina dalam penyusunan dokumen kurikulum.

Abstract

Evaluation of the cloud computing training program for the teachers of integrated Islamic elementary school (SDIT) Al-Madina Semarang has been conducted with the facilitation of the Department of Chemistry lecturer as an instructor. The evaluation aimed was to measure the impact of training on increased knowledge and participants ‘ interest in implementing cloud computing technology. The evaluation Model in this study used a Goal-Oriented Approach (GOA).  The instrument of knowledge aspect is compiled using a Likert scale with four options. The measured point includes the fundamental point of knowledge (5 items), after-activity experience (10 items), and collaborative Aspects of collaboration (4 items). The analysis of this study based on calculating the proportion of two criteria, i.e., low and high. 23 Participant Data eliminated to 17 based on completeness of instrument replenishment. The data was analyzed by using percentages. From the initial knowledge side, 12 of 17 entry categories are low. In contrast, 17 out of 17 participants feel confident about implementing cloud computing technology. The strength documents are sent to achieve a result of 100% both in terms of completeness and quantity. While the interest to collaborate gained a result of 12 out of 17 have a strong desire. All activities that have been carried out can be concluded that computing training programCOMPUTING TRAINING PROGRAM has succeeded in increasing the knowledge of participants to manage collaborative learning documents activities succeeded in increasing the knowledge of participants.

Abstract

Kanker payudara adalah penyakit dengan kasus kematian tertinggi kedua setelah penyakit kardiovaskular. Kemoterapi yang merupakan pilihan utama terapi kanker hingga saat ini terbukti menyebabkan beberapa efek samping berbahaya. Oleh karena itu, ada kebutuhan mendesak untuk mengembangkan terapi berbasis herbal yang efektif untuk membunuh sel kanker dan meminimalkan efek samping. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi interaksi molekuler secara in silico beberapa senyawa metabolit sekunder herbal Indonesia dengan indikasi terapeutik untuk pengobatan antikanker. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua metabolit sekunder dari Citrus sp., Curcuma sp., Caesalpinia sappan, dan Alpinia galanga memiliki interaksi yang lebih kuat dengan protein NF-κB dibandingkan dengan doksorubisin. Interaksi paling kuat adalah senyawa kurkumin yang merupakan metabolit sekunder dari Curcuma sp. Namun simulasi awal ini hanyalah langkah awal untuk mengembangkan kombinasi senyawa-senyawa tersebut sebagai agen antikanker yang lebih potensial. Lebih penting lahi bahwa senyawa metabolit sekunder dari Citrus sp., Curcuma sp., C. sappan, dan A.galanga berpotensi di kembangkan sebagai agen kemoterapi alami dengan mempengaruhi proliferasi sel.

Abstract

Eucalyptus globulus is known as a medicinal plant because of its biological and pharmacological properties, making it suitable to be added to the manufacture of liquid hand soap. This study aims to formulate hand washing liquid soap containing Eucalyptus globulus extract and to determine the organoleptic test comparison of liquid hand washing soap Eucalyptus globulus compared to liquid hand washing soap without Eucalyptus globulus extract. In this study, hand soap was made with a formula of 0.5% Eucalyptus globulus essential oil. Several tests were carried out with organoleptic parameters and foam tests. The study showed that the formula made was clear in color, the odor parameter showed that the Eucalyptus globulus formula had a distinctive Eucalyptus odor while the formula without Eucalyptus globulus extract had a fruity aroma. The shape parameter shows that both formulations are liquid. In the foam test results, the formula for liquid handwashing Eucalyptus globulus compared to liquid handwashing soap without Eucalyptus globulus extract gave a foamy formulation. Organoleptic tests based on parameters of color, aroma, shape, ease of wiping on the palms, and evaporation speed to 5 untrained panelists showed that the panelists preferred Eucalyptus globulus liquid hand soap.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Ruang Lebesgue lemah merupakan perluasan dari ruang Lebesgue. Ruang ini adalah ruang quasi-norm dengan dilengkapi suatu quasi-norm. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis memperlihatkan kekonvergenan dalam ruang Lebesgue lemah ekuivalen dengan kekonvergenan dalam ruang Lebesgue. Sebagai ruang yang dilengkapi dengan quasi-norm dan memiliki kriteria Cauchy, ruang Lebesgue dapat disebut sebagai ruang quasi-Banach. Kata kunci: Ruang Lebesgue, ruang Lebesgue lemah, quasi-norm, ruang quasi-Banach, kekonvergenan. ABSTRACT. The weak Lebesgue space is an extension of the Lebesgue space. This space is quasi-norm space equipped with a quasi-norm. In this paper, writer show convergence in weak Lebesgue space is equivalent to convergence in Lebesgue space. As a space furnished with quasi-norm and Cauchy’s criteria, the weak Lebesgue space can be referred to as quasi-Banach space. Keywords: Lebesgue space, weak Lebesgue space, quasi-norm, quasi-Banach space, convergence.

Abstract

The healing process of a full‐thickness wound involves a complex cascade of cellular responses to reverse skin integrity formation. These processes require growth factors, particularly platelet‐derived growth factor (PDGF). Conversely, hypoxic mesenchymal stem‐cell‐conditioned medium (HMSC‐CM)‐contained growth factors notably contribute to acceleration of wound healing. This study aims to investigate the role of HMSC‐CM in controlling the serial levels of PDGF associated with accelerated wound closure in full‐thickness wounds. Twenty male Wistar rats with full‐thickness wounds were developed as animal models. The animals were randomly assigned to four groups, comprising two treatment groups (treated using HMSC‐CM at a high dose as P1 and at a low dose as P2), a control group (administration of base gel), and sham group (healthy group). PDGF levels were examined using an enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay. Using ImageJ software, wound closure percentages were determined photographically. The study showed that there was a significant increase in PDGF levels on days 3 and 6 after HMSC‐CM treatment, followed by a decrease in PDGF levels on day 9. In line with these findings, wound closure percentage also increased significantly on days 6 and 9. In the rat model, HMSC‐CM administration may promote acceleration of wound closure by increasing serial PDGF levels in the full‐thickness wound.

Abstract

Breast cancer is the main cause of cancer death among women, especially breast cancer metastasis. Metastasis process begins with the ability of cell cancer invasion. Doxorubicin, a antracycline chemotheraphy, is known to induce TGFβ1, thus promote invasion. The aim of this study is to optimize doxorubicin doses to induce lamellipodia formation in 4T1 and MCF-7/HER2 cells. Lamellipodia formation was observed by morphological changes using microscope inverted. The effect of doxorubicin on cell viability was analyzed using MTT assay. Rac1 expression after doxorubicin exposure was determined by western blotting. Lamellipodia formation was observed by morphological change of the cell at the dose 10, 25, 50 and 100 nM. Doxorubicin at the dose of 10 nM could induced lamellipodia formation without affect cell viability in both 4T1 and MCF-7/HER2 cells.  Doxorubicin induced cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase at all doses. Doxorubicin 10 nM also decrease Rac1 expression compared to control.Key words: Doxorubicin, lamellipodia, Rac1, migration.
