Abstract

Proactive behavior merupakan salah satu perilaku yang perlu ditampilkan karyawan pada saat modernisasi berbasis teknologi dan digital seperti saat ini. Modernisasi berbasis teknologi dan digital dapat menyebabkan perubahan tugas kerja beserta standar evaluasi kerja. Terlebih jika tugas-tugas kerja, metode kerja, maupun standar evaluasi kerja menjadi tidak jelas. Ketidakjelasan ini disebut juga sebagai job ambiguity. Berdasarkan penelitian, pengaruh job ambiguity terhadap proactive behavior menunjukkan hasil bervariasi. Menurut Grant & Rothbard (2013), hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran moderator dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh job ambiguity terhadap proactive behavior pada pekerja klerikal PT. X Cabang Surabaya dengan future work self sebagai variabel moderator. Pemilihan pekerja klerikal sebagai subjek disebabkan karena peran jabatan ini telah tergantikan akibat elektronisasi sejak tahun 2017 namun masih banyak pekerja klerikal yang memilih tetap pada jabatan ini. Future work self dipilih sebagai variabel moderator karena future work self merupakan kekuatan motivasi yang ada di balik perilaku proaktif yang ditampilkan oleh seseorang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job ambiguity memberikan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan pada proactive behavior. Pada pengujian peran moderator diketahui bahwa interaksi antara variabel job ambiguity sebagai variabel independen dengan variabel future work self sebagai variabel moderator dapat meningkatkan pengaruh variabel job ambiguity terhadap variabel proactive behavior sebagai variabel dependen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi moderasi prediktor pada job ambiguity terhadap proactive behavior melalui peran future work self.Kata Kunci: elektronisasi; job ambiguity; proactive behavior; future work self.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um023v8i22019p228

Abstract

AbstrakKualitas pengajaran dan instruksi sangat diperlukan bagi keberhasilan pembelajaran di sekolah. Supervisi di sekolah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengajaran dan instruksi guru. Supervisi sebagai tulang punggung yang menentukan efektivitas sebuah sekolah. Supervisi yang baik melibatkan kegiatan bantuan untuk guru secara langsung dan menginformasikan tentang apa yang harus dilakukan atau telah dilakukan. Supervisi belajar-mengajar di kelas berusaha membantu guru untuk mengajar secara efektif belum tercapai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan supervisi klinis ini yaitu 1) konferensi perencanaan; 2) observasi kelas; 3) konferensi umpan balik; 4) perencanaan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 1) konferensi perencanaan berhasil memberikan penjelasan kepada pihak sekolah dan guru terkait konsep kegiatan yang akan dilakukan; 2) observasi kelas dilakukan selama aktivitas mengajar yang meliputi pembukaan, main activity, manajemen kelas, dan aktivitas lainnya; 3) konferensi umpan baik dapat memberikan masukan bagi guru terkait kekurangan atau kelemahan yang perlu diperbaiki dalam proses mengajarnya; 4) rancangan evaluasi dapat memformulasi rancangan program khusus untuk guru berdasarkan hasil konferensi umpan balik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya supervisi klinis sangat berguna dalam mempromosikan kinerja guru.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Guru, Guru Sekolah Dasar, Supervisi Klinis AbstractThe quality of teaching and instruction is indispensable for successful learning in schools. Supervision in schools aims to improve teaching performance and teacher instruction. Supervision is the backbone that determines the effectiveness of a school. Good supervision involves directly assisting teachers and informing them of what needs to be done or has been done. Supervision of teaching and learning in the classroom trying to help teachers to teach effectively has not been achieved. The methods used in this clinical supervision activity are 1) planning conference; 2) class observation; 3) feedback conference; 4) evaluation planning. The results of the activities showed that 1) the planning conference was successful in providing explanations to the school and teachers regarding the concept of the activities to be carried out; 2) class observations are carried out during teaching activities which include opening, main activity, class management, and other activities; 3) feedback conferences can provide input for teachers regarding deficiencies or weaknesses that need to be improved in the teaching process; 4) the evaluation design can formulate a special program design for teachers based on the results of the feedback conference. Thus, it can be concluded that clinical supervision is very useful in promoting teacher performance.Key Word: Clinical Supervision, Elementary School Teacher, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of state defense training on the nationalism of students at the State University of Malang. The research method used quasi-experimental. The independent variable is state defense training and the dependent variable is nationalism. The research subjects were students of the State University of Malang, totaling 333 people. Subjects were given pre-test and post-test to measure the success of the treatment. The instrument for measuring nationalism uses  Blank dan Schmidt. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed test. The results of the hypothesis test were proven significantly with a significance value of 0.013. It can be concluded that the state defense training is effective in increasing the nationalism of State University of Malang students.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan bela negara terhadap nasionalisme mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi-eksperimen. Variabel bebas berupa pelatihan bela negara dan variabel terikat berupa nasionalisme. Subjek penelitian merupakan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang yang berjumlah 333 orang. Subjek diberikan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur keberhasilan dari perlakuan. Instrumen untuk mengukur nasionalisme menggunakan skala nasionalisme milik Blank dan Schmidt. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed test. Hasil uji hipotesis terbukti secara signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,013. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan bela negara

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need the help of others. The behavior of support is known as prosocial behavior. One form of prosocial behavior for Muslims is to pay zakat. Some studies show that people who dutifully pay zakat can bring happiness. This study aims to examine the effect of compliance with zakat on happiness. The sample of this study amounted to 270 people using the purposive sampling technique with the criteria, namely 1) the lecturers and educational personnel; 2) Muslim; 3) have an income of overall Rp 5.585.400/month after being reduced to basic needs. Data collection was done using a compliance scale to pay zakat, which the researcher developed based on Blass's[1] theory and the oxford happiness questionnaire developed by Hills and Argyle[2]. The results of hypothesis testing show that compliance with zakat significantly affects the happiness of the muzakkii from among the lecturers and educational personnel to the value of R = 0,326 and the value of RTwo = 0,106. The Value of RTwo shows that compliance with zakat determines happiness by 10.6%, while other variables cause 89.4%. The implications of this research for muzakkii are 1) do not make the zakat a burdensome deed; 2) pay zakat directly; 3) interact with the zakat receiver. For further research, 1) expand the scope of the respondents; 2) use other relevant respondents; 3) investigate the role of the independent variable of another.

Abstract

The use of media affects how college students interact with lecturers, including the tendency of students to be more active in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the type of media and the online disinhibition effect in the online lecture process. Data were obtained from 616 respondents who filled out online questionnaires and used Kendall’s tau analysis to test the research questions. The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between the type of media and the level of online disinhibition effect (rτ equals .02, p equals .56). This is because the closeness of the interaction in the online class that occurs is able to match the interaction in the offline class and everyone in the class already knows each other, so that whatever media used is not related to the level of online disinhibition effect.
