Abstract

Penundaan terhadap tugas-tugas sekolah dapat berdampak pada penurunan prestasi akademik siswa. Maka perlu adanya kontrol diri dalam belajar yang menunjang dalam pencapaian tujuan dengan mengatur waktu dan pengendalian sistem belajar yang dikenal dengan SRL. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan SRL dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa akselerasi. Subyek penelitian yang dilibatkan adalah siswa kelas XI program akselerasi SMA Negeri di Kota Malang dengan usia 13-15 tahun (N = 48). Pengambilan data menggunakan dua skala, skala SRL dan prokrastinasi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif dan sangat signifikan antara SRL dengan prokrastinasi akademik dengan koefisien korelasi (r)= -0,73 dan (P)= 0,000.Kata kunci: Self Regulated Learning (SRL), Prokrastinasi Akademik, AkselerasiProcrastination could decrease student's academic achievement. Therefore student should have a good self-control in education by managing time & learning system control that also known in psychologically term as the Self Regulated Learning. The aim of this research is to know the correlation between SRL and academic procrastination of accelerated students. Subjects of the research were student who follow accelerating program in Senior High School at XI grade.The data collected with two scales, SRL scale and academic procrastination scale. The data analyze used product moment correlation. The result showed there was negative and very significant correlation between SRL and academic procrastination with correlation coefficient value is (r)=-0,73 and (P)=0,000.Keywords: Self Regulated Learning (SRL), Academic Procrastination, Acceleration

Abstract

The earthquake occurring in Yogyakarta in 2006 left long term consequences, especially to those who experienced disability as a result of the disaster. Post traumatic growth is an individual’s positive interpretation of negative experiences or feelings as result of his struggles in overcoming life challenges. This research aims to explore the role of social support in post traumatic growth on diffable survivors of Yogyakarta earthquake. The subjects were survivors of Yogyakarta earthquake in 2006 (N = 51) who suffered upper and lower limbs disability in arms, feet, and spinal cord. Data were collected using Post Traumatic Growth Scale and Sosial Support Scale. The multiple regression analysis suggested that social support significantly contributed to posttraumatic growth among survivors with disabilities of the Yogyakarta earthquake.

Abstract

The research was aim at describing the students’ ability to write for starters in the second grade of intellectual disability before and after using a flashcard, as well as to analyze the effect of media use the letter cards toward students’ ability to write for starters. This research was usingQuasi Experiment with model One Group – Pre-test – Post-test Design. The results of data analysis wasthe use of flashcards, the ability to write for starters of students categorized as less. Results of the average value of pre-test amounting to 47.After using flashcard, they experiencedan increase of to write for starters ability. Results of the averange value of post-test amounting to 82. Conclusion from the research was the use of flashcard media can improvestudents to write for stater of intellectual disability.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan abilitas menulis permulaan siswa tunagrahita sebelum dan setelah menggunakan kartu huruf, serta menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan kartu huruf terhadap abilitas menulis permulaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, desain Quasi Experiment dengan model: One Group – Pre-test – Post-test Design. Hasil dari analisis data sebelum menggunakan kartu huruf, abilitas menulis permulaan siswa dikategorikan kurang. Hasil yang rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 47. Setelah menggunakan kartu huruf, terjadi peningkatan abilitas menulis permulaan. Hasil rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 82. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa abilitas menulis permulaan siswa tunagrahita dapat ditingkatkan dengan media kartu huruf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan stres dan harga diri guru ditinjau dari status sekolah RSBI dan Non RSBI. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 60 guru, dengan rincian 30 guru RSBI dan 30 guru Non RSBI. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala stres dan skala harga diri.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan stres guru ditinjau dari status sekolah RSBI dan Non RSBI (p = 0,973 > 0,05), tidak ada perbedaan harga diri guru ditinjau dari status sekolah RSBI dan Non RSBI (p = 0,182 > 0,05), serta tidak ada perbedaan stres dan harga diri guru ditinjau dari status sekolah RSBI dan Non RSBI (p = 0,396 > 0,05).Disarankan untuk peneliti selanjutnya memperbanyak subjek penelitian dan dilakukan diberbagai kota atau kabupaten. Bagi guru Non RSBI, meskipun tidak ada tuntutan seperti yang disyaratkan untuk guru RSBI dapat lebih meningkatkan kompetensinya dengan mengikuti seminar, workshop, pelatihan, diklat, dan kursus yang berkaitan dengan tugas profesionalnya.Key words: Stres, Harga Diri, Guru, RSBI

Abstract

Pasca Tsunami Aceh di tahun 2004 masih memberikan dampak negatif berujud stres bagi korban Tsunami baik orang sipil maupun mantan kombatan Gerakan Aceh Merdeka. Pelatihan bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami dan berperilaku pentingnya menghadapi stres, mengidentifikasi potensi dan sumber  stres di tempat kerja, melakukan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja, mengelola emosi negatif berbahaya dan penanggulangannya, menggunakan mekanisme pertahanan diri yang sehat, melakukan pencegahan serta menyusun program pengendalian stres di pondok pesantren Sufi Muda.Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan pada tanggal 25 Februari s.d. 27 Februari 2019 bertempat di Ruang Baru  Pondok Sufi Muda. Peserta pelatihan non random sebanyak 20 orang guru mantan kombatan GAM dengan instruktur dosen Psikologi Universitas Negeri Malang . Metode pelatihan pre dan post tes yang digunakan meliputi: ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, demonstrasi dan penugasan dan psikoterapi. Hasil pelatihan coping stres terjadi perubahan pre post test dengan teknik analisis paired t test , p < 0.05 mean pre dan post berbeda . Saran pelatihan adalah adanya penambahan subyek pengabdian, kelompok kontrol dan menggunakan random assignment sehingga  generalisasi untuk korban bencana dapat diperluas.

Abstract

HIV is one of chronic diseases which can cause the emergence of traumatic event towards its sufferers. The traumatic event which can be faced strongly will lead individuals to positive change which is called as growth after trauma. The purpose of this research is to know the growth description after trauma on individuals with PLWHA status. This research used descriptive-qualitative method and data collection was done through semi-structured interview technique. The results obtained from the research is that there is positive change on both subjects which indicates the existence of post traumatic growth with PLWHA status. That change covers the improvement in term of individual’s power, the correlation with other people, the rewards towards life, the identification of new possibility, and spiritual change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 70 pegawai di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari dua skala, yaitu skala keadilan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Skala keadilan organisasi yang terdiri dari 24 butir aitem yang telah diadaptasi oleh Purba berdasarkan teori Colquitt dan skala komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari 40 aitem yang telah disusun oleh Ingarianti berdasarkan teori Mowday, Steers, Porter. Seleksi aitem skala keadilan organisasi berkisar antara -0,664 – 0,792 dan memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,933, sedangkan seleksi aitem skala komitmen organisasi berkisar antara -0,633 - 0,847, dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,965. Analisis data penelitian untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Pearson’s product moment correlation, menghasilkan koefisien korelasi antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU adalah 0,762 dengan signifikansi atau nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) yang masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need the help of others. The behavior of support is known as prosocial behavior. One form of prosocial behavior for Muslims is to pay zakat. Some studies show that people who dutifully pay zakat can bring happiness. This study aims to examine the effect of compliance with zakat on happiness. The sample of this study amounted to 270 people using the purposive sampling technique with the criteria, namely 1) the lecturers and educational personnel; 2) Muslim; 3) have an income of overall Rp 5.585.400/month after being reduced to basic needs. Data collection was done using a compliance scale to pay zakat, which the researcher developed based on Blass's[1] theory and the oxford happiness questionnaire developed by Hills and Argyle[2]. The results of hypothesis testing show that compliance with zakat significantly affects the happiness of the muzakkii from among the lecturers and educational personnel to the value of R = 0,326 and the value of RTwo = 0,106. The Value of RTwo shows that compliance with zakat determines happiness by 10.6%, while other variables cause 89.4%. The implications of this research for muzakkii are 1) do not make the zakat a burdensome deed; 2) pay zakat directly; 3) interact with the zakat receiver. For further research, 1) expand the scope of the respondents; 2) use other relevant respondents; 3) investigate the role of the independent variable of another.
