Abstract

Abstract: This research was based on the student achievement in learning mathematics especially grade VIID SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru still get poor result. This fact indicated by the result of the test only 40,54% on the test about Set. This research is a class action reaserch. This research aims to improve the learning process and improve learning result in mathematics in grade VIID SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru by implementation of think talk write strategi of the learning model cooperative type of student team achievement division (STAD). The subject of this research were the students in the class VIID SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru at the second semester of academic year 2016/2017. The instruments of data collection were observation sheets that used to observe teacher and students activities during the learning process and students mathematic tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in descriptive narative, while the students mathematic tests were analyzed in statistic descriptive. The descriptive showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first and second cycles. The result of data analysis show an increasing number of student learning mathematic from the basic score is 40,54% to 54,05% on the first test and 62,16% on second test. Based on the result of data analysis could be concluded that the impelemtation of think talk write strategy in cooperative learning type of STAD approach can improve mathematic learning process and learning outcomes in grade VIID SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru in the second semester of academic year 2016/2017.Key Word : Students Math Achievement, Think Talk Write Strategi, Cooperative Learning Type of STAD.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning process and improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Problem Based Learning models. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in class X6 Farmasi SMKF IKASARI Pekanbaru in odd semester of the 2016/2017 academic year. The subject of this research were the students in the class X6 farmasi of SMKF IKASARI Pekanbaru that consist of 2 boys and 35 girls. The research instrument consists of learning tools and instruments to collect data. This study used syllabus, lesson plans and worksheets. Data collection instruments used in this study is the observation sheet and students’ test. Data analysis technique used are analysis descriptive narrative of qualitative data and descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative data. Based on the results of the study, the learning process has improved and students' mathematics learning outcomes also increased after applied Problem Based Learning models. So, Problem Based Learning models can be implemented as an alternative to learning, because learning approaches can improve the learning process and improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: Problem Based Learning models, Learning Process, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the result of students math achievement at class VIII.6 SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru which is still under the minimum mastery criteria with a percentage of 42,5% or 17 students from 40 students who achieve the minimum mastery criteria on the subject matter of the Pythagoras Theorem and 40% or 16 students from 40 students who achieve the minimum mastery criteria on the subject matter of the Circles Tangent. This research aims to improve increase students mathematics achievement through implementation of cooperative learning type Team Games Tournament. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycle. The research was conducted in class VIII.6 SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru in the second semester of the 2015/2016 academic years with the subject of as many 40 students, consist of 22 boys and 18 girls. The research instrument consists of learning device s and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research is the Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Worksheet. The instrument data collector used in this research is the observation sheet and math achievement test. The observation sheet was analyzed descriptive qualitative while the test of mathematics learning outcomes was analyzed statistically. Based on qualitative analysis showed that implementation of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. Weakness on cycle I is improved on implementation cycle II according with planning of improvement after reflection cycle I. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to daily test II. The number of students who reach Minimum Mastery Criteria on basic score, daily test I and daily test II are respectively 16 persons (40%), 22 persons (55%) and 27 persons (67,5%). Results of this research indicates that application of the cooperative learning type Team Games Tournament can increase mathematics learning outcomes from the students at class VIII.6 SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru in the second semester academic years 2015/2016.Keywords: Students Math Achievement, Cooperative Learning Type Team GamesTournament, Classroom Action Research.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student?s mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Authentic Learning Strategy. The type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in student of grade VIII4 SMP N 17 Pekanbaru in the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017 with the subject of as many as 38 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan and Student work sheet. The instrument data collector used in this research is consists of the observation sheet and math test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. Based on the result of the research show that, there have been improvements on the learning proses and improvement on the student?s mathematics learning outcomes after applying the Strategy of Authentic Learning.                                                                                                                          Keywords: Authentic Learning Strategy, learning process, students learning outcomes

Abstract

 Abstract: This classroom action research purpose to improve learning process and to increase mathematics achievement by applying cooperative learning model type Think Pair Square (TPS). Subjects of this research are 32 student of grade X AP1 at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru academic year 2015/2016, which consisted of 12 male students and 20 female students. This research has two cycles, which each cycle has four stages, they are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. End of each cycles closed by daily exam. Data collection was using observation sheet and daily exam test. The action implementation in successfull if there is improvement of learning process and percentage of students who reaches Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) increase at daily examination I and daily examination II. The results of the research activities of teachers and students showed improvement and mathematics achievement, with the result of reflection and the implementation plan of remedial study results increase, conclusions of this research is by applying that cooperative learning model type TPS can improve learning process and improve mathematics achievement grade X AP1 at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru. Key Words : Mathematics Achievement, Cooperative Learning Model Type of Think                    Pair Square

Abstract

Abstract: The research was classroom action research that aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes with applied the cooperative learning type Numbered Heads Together. The subject of the research is students of class III SD Negeri 016 Sekeladi at the second semester of academic years 2014/2015. There are 24 students in the class, consist of 12 boys and 12 girls who have heterogeneous academic ability. The research are two cycles. Each a cycle has four stages, that are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Each end of the cycle of daily tests carried out. Data collected through observation and tests in the form of daily tests. Results of this research showed that the teacher’s activities and students have done well after doing the action. The action is successful if the number of students who achieve a score basis increase in daily tests I and II. The number of students who achieve a score of minimum mastery criteria on basic, daily test I (first cycle) and daily test II (second cycle) are respectively 16,7%, 37,5 %, and 58,3%. The result of this research shows that the type Numbered Heads Together Cooperative Learning Approaches can improve the mathematics achievement from the students of class III SD Negeri 016 Sekeladi at the second semester of academic years 2014/2015.Keywords: Mathematics learning outcome, Cooperative learning, Numbered Heads Together, Class action research

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is a learning process and mathematics achievement are not optimal at grade IXe Junior High School 1 Salo in the first semester academic years 2014/2015.The research was classroom action research to improve outcomes students of math lesson by implementing cooperative learning model tipe think pair square. This research consist of two cycles, and at the end of every cycle carried out mathematics achievement test. Data collected through observation and mathematics achievement test. Analysis data of observation was performed with narrative descriptive analysis and analysis data of mathematics achievement was performed with descriptive statistical analysis. Result of this research showed an increase in students from the base score with the percentage with percentage 10% to 15% on the first test and 50% on second test. Results of this research indicates that the cooperative learning tipe think pair square can improve students mathematics learning outcomes at grade IXe Junior High School 1 Salo in the first semester academic years 2014/2015. Abstract

Abstract :This study aims to improve the learning process and improvelearning outcomes math class V students of Elementary School 019 Logas in the secondsemester of the 2015/2016 school year by implementing cooperative learning modeltype Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). The study consisted of two cycles,each cycle consisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, andreflection. Each end of the cycle carried out daily tests. Data collected throughobservation and tests in the form of daily tests. Observation is used to collect activitydata of teachers and students during the learning process, while tests are used to collectdata and mathematics learning outcomes will be provided in the form of daily tests. Theresults showed that the activity of teachers and students in learning has been consistentwith the planned implementation of learning. Most of the students to actively participatein the learning process is carried out, such as at the stage of delivering the goals andmotivation of students, the stage of presenting the information, organize students intostudy groups, guiding the group work and study presented the results of the workinggroup, responding to the presentation her friend, evaluate learning outcomes andreward. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve learning process and mathematics learning outcomes in SMP Negeri 5 Tambang by implementing cooperative learning approach to structural numbered heads together. Subjects of the research were students grade VII.1 who have the academic ability of the heterogeneous. This research is a classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, the stages are planning, action, observation and reflection. The results showed the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. An increase in the number of students who achieved at UH KKM end of each cycle compared to the number of students who achieve KKM on base score, increasing the number of students who scored 20 and 30 compared to the development of the number of students who received grades 5 and 10 as well as the increase in the average value of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. Based on the results, we can conclude the implementation of cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) structural approach can improve student’s mathematics learning outcomes.
