Abstract

This study aims to determine the classification of mobile banking services that improve customer satisfaction based on the dimensions of E-Servqual using the Kano Model method. The classification is needed so that the banks were able to make improvements and innovations in the performance of the quality of their mobile banking services. From the results of data processing using Kano, it is known that the service attributes that need to be improved are the m-banking facility, which features a cash withdrawal service via ATM. This will have a major impact on customer satisfaction because these attributes have the highest satisfaction coefficient value of 0.67 in one-dimensional classification. Furthermore, service attributes that need to be improved and innovated are m-banking has a fast application reactivation service with a satisfaction coefficient of 0.61 in the attractive classification

Abstract

Witness Notary deed are the witnesses who participated in the making of the deed (instrument), Task instrumentarir witness is his signature, bear witness of the truth of the deed and the fulfillment of the formalities required by the Act. In the manufacture of authentic deed Notary often use employees to witness the deed given witness notary deed should have been known, especially to do with confidence. Generally occurs when there are people who have become former employees, or did not work in places where he used to work would have thought that any liability related to previous work has been completed because there is no relationship of interdependence in such work. Abstract

Pemanfaatan e-book merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk menunjang efektivitas pembelajaran. Artikel ini menyajikan refleksi kritis atas pemanfaatan e-book bahasa Indonesia sebagai  media pembelajaran dalam mengidentifikasi model pengembangan instrumen evaluasi yang terdapat dalam buku teks bahasa Indonesia. Kegiatan ini berkaitan dengan pengajaran mata kuliah Evaluasi Bahasa dan Sastra pada salah satu universitas swasta di Indonesia. Dalam pembelajaran ini, mahasiswa dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok yang terdiri atas dua sampai dengan tiga orang untuk berkolaborasi dalam mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis alat evaluasi yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan diskret, integrative, ataukah pragmatic. Setelah para mahasiswa mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis instrument evaluasi secara berkelompok, mereka kemudian mempresentasikan secara bergantian. Berbagai temuan yang telah dipresentasikan selanjutkan didiskusikan bersama-sama dan diberi penilaian. Hasil Pembelajaran menunjukkan, bahwa rata-rata nilai mahasiswa sangat  tinggi, yaitu sebesar 82. Pemanfaatan e-book bahasa Indonesia dapat  dijadikan sebagai salah satu penunjang  pembelajaran dalam mengidentifikasi model pengembangan instrument evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between employment status and employment to the perceptions of Indonesian teachers about the discourse of the implementation of full day school system. The data in this study was collected online with media questionnaires developed through googleform. The data collected is further processed using regression analysis method with SPSS to see the existence of relationship or relationship between variables. The result of the research shows that there is a relationship between employment status and work period to the perception of Indonesian teachers about the discourse of the implementation of full day school system. Based on the SPSS output results in the summary model table the value of "R" is 0.096 and 0.123 respectively. The results of this research can be used as one of the starting point to conduct a more comprehensive study related to the implementation of full day scholl system in the school system in Indonesia.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Penyusunan instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar dan pelaksanaannya secara daring merupakan salah satu kompetensi profesional yang harus dimiliki oleh guru saat ini. Sebagian besar Guru MTs. Al-Ma’arif 1 Aimas belum terampil dalam memanfaatkan media daring sebagai media penyusunan dan pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para Guru MTs. Al-Ma’arif 1 Aimas, Sorong dalam menyusun instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar secara daring dengan menggunakan media Quizizz. Metode yang digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi para guru adalah melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Tahapan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah tahap eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi. Tahap eksplorasi diawali dengan pengajuan beberapa pertanyaan melalui Google Form yang berkaitan dengan pemahaman para peserta pelatihan tentang evaluasi dan berbagai media yang dapat digunakan untuk melalukan evaluasi hasil belajar. Tahap elaborasi adalah berupa penjelasan dan pelatihan penyusunan instrumen evaluasi hasil belajarn dengan menggunakan media. Pada tahap konfirmasi para peserta pelatihan diminta untuk menyusun instrumen evaluasi, mengatur waktu pengerjaan, membagikan link dan kode room kepada siswa, dan menganalisis hasil belajar dengan menggunakan penggunaan media Quizizz. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan kompetensi para Guru MTs. Al Ma’arif 1 Aimas Sorong meningkat secara signifikan, yaitu dengan rata-rata awal 25,9% menjadi 86,6%. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat dijadikan salah satu model pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional para guru. Kata Kunci: pelatihan, evaluasi hasil belajar, Quizizz [English]: The preparation learning evaluation instruments and its online implementation are some of the professional competencies that must be possessed by teachers. Most of teachers in MTs Al-Ma'arif 1 Aimas are not yet skilled in utilizing online media as a medium for the preparation and evaluation of learning outcomes. This community service program aims to improve the teachers’ competence to compile an instrument for evaluating learning outcomes online using Quizizz. The method used was training which consists of several stages: exploration, elaboration, and confirmation. The exploration phase began with the submission of a number of questions through the Google Form relating to trainees' understanding of the evaluation and various media that can be used to carry out evaluation of learning outcomes. The elaboration stage was in the form of explanations and training in the preparation of evaluation instruments for learning outcomes using Quizizz. At the confirmation stage, the trainees were asked to compile an evaluation instrument, arrange working time, share links and room codes with students, and analyze learning outcomes using Quizizz. The results show that the teachers’ understanding and competence in MTs Al Ma'arif 1 Aimas Sorong have increased significantly, with an initial average of 25.9% to 86.6%. This training can be used as an alternative model of training to improve the professional competence of teachers. Keywords: training, evaluation of learning outcomes, Quizizz

Abstract

The level of student satisfaction with the process of organizing education has a very important role in supporting the existence of an institution. This study aims to describe the level of satisfaction of SPs students. UHAMKA for the implementation of education that takes place at the Graduate School. UHAMKA. The satisfaction aspects measured include satisfaction with the leadership of the leadership of the institution and study program, teaching from lecturers, academic services from the teaching staff, procurement of learning facilities and infrastructure, as well as the impact of studies at UHAMKA on personal or career development prospects. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The media survey using the Google form provided to a number of respondents, namely 191 graduates for the 2018/2019 academic year. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of SPs students. UHAMKA is very high (very satisfying), which is 88.03. The results of this study can be used as a foundation for evaluations and efforts for continuous improvement for managers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of validity of the evaluation instruments contained in the electronic school textbook (BSE) of Indonesian language textbooks for class IX in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach. Determination of the sample in this study was conducted purposively, namely sampling by determining specific characteristics that are in accordance with the objectives of the study so that it is expected to answer the research problem. The sample in this study is in the form of an experimental report evaluation instrument. The validity data of the evaluation instruments collected included the material, construction, and language domains. The percentage of validity level is done by dividing the number of valid or invalid instruments by the number of validity criteria then multiplied by one hundred. Based on the research that has been done it can be known, that the evaluation instrument about writing a trial report has not fully fulfilled the validity element. The validity level of the evaluation instrument from the material domain is 25%, the construction realm is 68%, and the validity from the realm of language is 92%. The results of this study can be used as one of the foundations for evaluating and improving the quality of BSE Indonesian textbooks.

Abstract

Abstract: Factual Text Genre: Analysis of the Ability of High School Teachers in Developing Learning Tools. Objective: This study aims to describe the ability of Indonesian language teachers in Banten Provision in designing factual text genre. Methods: The method was content analysis. The research sample was taken purposively through the XII grade. Indonesian Language Lesson Plan Module compiled. Data collection and analysis were done by measuring the relevance of data categorization in terms of genre pedagogical, genre scientific, and the completeness of the evaluation instrument. Findings: The average ability of teachers in describing learning with genre pedagogical approach was 67%; the ability of teachers in describing genre scientific methods was 83%; the ability of teachers in making assessment instruments based on the genre of text was 50%. Conclusion: Teachers’ competence in designing textual genre-based learning was not optimal. The results of this study can be utilized as an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of Indonesian language learning based on the text genre.Keywords: factual text genre, high school teachers, content analysis Abstrak: Genre Teks Faktual: Analisis atas Kemampuan Guru SMA di Provinsi Banten dalam Penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan para guru bahasa Indonesia di Provinsi Banten dalam mendesain pembelajaran genre teks factual. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis isi. Sampel penelitian diambil secara purposive melalui Modul Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas XII. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengukur relevansi kategorisasi data dari segi pedagogi genre, saintifik genre, dan kelengkapan instrumen evaluasi. Temuan: Rata-rata kemampuan guru dalam mendeskripsikan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan pedagogi genre sebesar 67%, kemampuan guru dalam memaparkan metode saintifik genre sebesar 83%, dan kemampuan guru dalam membuat instrumen penilaian berbasis genre teks factual sebesar 50%. Kesimpulan: Kompetensi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis genre teks belum optimal. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai penilaian efektivitas implementasi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berbasis genre teks. Kata kunci: genre teks faktual, guru sekolah menengah, analisis konten.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v10.i2.202008

Abstract

The water extracter from the air is still using the principle of external flow so it is considered cooling efficiency is still not good. In this research using internal air flow by using copper pipe with 2 type of design that is design A and B. This process of heat absorption does not occur suddenly, it takes time to arrive at equilibrium point, therefore the air discharge has affect the cooling process. The results showed that the air discharge affect the capacity of condensate water. Design A produces a maximum water capacity of 145 ml in one hour at 25 lpm, while design B generates maximum condensate water of 178 ml in one hour at 15 lpm.
