This study aims to determine the classification of mobile banking services that improve customer satisfaction based on the dimensions of E-Servqual using the Kano Model method. The classification is needed so that the banks were able to make improvements and innovations in the performance of the quality of their mobile banking services. From the results of data processing using Kano, it is known that the service attributes that need to be improved are the m-banking facility, which features a cash withdrawal service via ATM. This will have a major impact on customer satisfaction because these attributes have the highest satisfaction coefficient value of 0.67 in one-dimensional classification. Furthermore, service attributes that need to be improved and innovated are m-banking has a fast application reactivation service with a satisfaction coefficient of 0.61 in the attractive classification

Pemanfaatan e-book merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk menunjang efektivitas pembelajaran. Artikel ini menyajikan refleksi kritis atas pemanfaatan e-book bahasa Indonesia sebagaiÂ media pembelajaran dalam mengidentifikasi model pengembangan instrumen evaluasi yang terdapat dalam buku teks bahasa Indonesia. Kegiatan ini berkaitan dengan pengajaran mata kuliah Evaluasi Bahasa dan Sastra pada salah satu universitas swasta di Indonesia. Dalam pembelajaran ini, mahasiswa dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok yang terdiri atas dua sampai dengan tiga orang untuk berkolaborasi dalam mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis alat evaluasi yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan diskret, integrative, ataukah pragmatic. Setelah para mahasiswa mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis instrument evaluasi secara berkelompok, mereka kemudian mempresentasikan secara bergantian. Berbagai temuan yang telah dipresentasikan selanjutkan didiskusikan bersama-sama dan diberi penilaian. Hasil Pembelajaran menunjukkan, bahwa rata-rata nilai mahasiswa sangat Â tinggi, yaitu sebesar 82. Pemanfaatan e-book bahasa Indonesia dapat Â dijadikan sebagai salah satu penunjang Â pembelajaran dalam mengidentifikasi model pengembangan instrument evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia

This study aims to describe the relationship between employment status and employment to the perceptions of Indonesian teachers about the discourse of the implementation of full day school system. The data in this study was collected online with media questionnaires developed through googleform. The data collected is further processed using regression analysis method with SPSS to see the existence of relationship or relationship between variables. The result of the research shows that there is a relationship between employment status and work period to the perception of Indonesian teachers about the discourse of the implementation of full day school system. Based on the SPSS output results in the summary model table the value of "R" is 0.096 and 0.123 respectively. The results of this research can be used as one of the starting point to conduct a more comprehensive study related to the implementation of full day scholl system in the school system in Indonesia.

The level of student satisfaction with the process of organizing education has a very important role in supporting the existence of an institution. This study aims to describe the level of satisfaction of SPs students. UHAMKA for the implementation of education that takes place at the Graduate School. UHAMKA. The satisfaction aspects measured include satisfaction with the leadership of the leadership of the institution and study program, teaching from lecturers, academic services from the teaching staff, procurement of learning facilities and infrastructure, as well as the impact of studies at UHAMKA on personal or career development prospects. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The media survey using the Google form provided to a number of respondents, namely 191 graduates for the 2018/2019 academic year. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of SPs students. UHAMKA is very high (very satisfying), which is 88.03. The results of this study can be used as a foundation for evaluations and efforts for continuous improvement for managers.

The water extracter from the air is still using the principle of external flow so it is considered cooling efficiency is still not good. In this research using internal air flow by using copper pipe with 2 type of design that is design A and B. This process of heat absorption does not occur suddenly, it takes time to arrive at equilibrium point, therefore the air discharge has affect the cooling process. The results showed that the air discharge affect the capacity of condensate water. Design A produces a maximum water capacity of 145 ml in one hour at 25 lpm, while design B generates maximum condensate water of 178 ml in one hour at 15 lpm.

ABSTRACT Indonesia is one country that is overgrown with bamboo plants in large quantities, both interms of quantity and type. This plant has long been used for many purposes, ranging frommaking household appliances to furniture. But sometimes, in the community bamboo handicraftproducts tend to be still less prestigious than other raw materials such as wood. In fact, throughinnovation and a unique processing, this product can be in demand not only in the local market,but also in foreign markets. Awareness of the world community to use environmentally friendlyproducts helped boost the demand for bamboo commodities. This also makes the prospect of thebamboo industry getting better, especially for foreign markets. This Community Service activityoccurred because of the development of the use of bamboo so much that an idea emerged to takethis title. Community service is divided into three channels, namely: 1. Provision of initialmaterial about bamboo material innovation and questions and answers. 2. The practice of makingwoven baskets.3. Hold the finishing of the craftsman. By joining the community serviceactivities, the skewers craftsmen get a lot of knowledge, developments and innovations ofbamboo material at this time that can be used as a provision for new businesses to increase thesale value and economy so that the income of the craftsmen can also increase. Tanaman ini sudah sejak lamadimanfaatkan untuk banyak keperluan, mulai dari membuat perkakas rumah tangga hinggamebel. Namun terkadang, di masyarakat produk kerajinan bambu cenderung masih kalah pamordibanding bahan baku lain seperti kayu. Padahal, lewat inovasi serta proses pengolahan yangunik, produk ini bisa diminati tidak hanya di pasar lokal, tetapi juga pasar mancanegara.Kesadaran masyarakat dunia untuk menggunakan produk ramah lingkungan ikut mendongkrakpermintaan komoditas bambu. Ini juga yang membuat prospek industri bambu kian baik,khususnya untuk pasar luar negeri. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini terjadi karena adanyaperkembangan penggunaan bamboo yang sangat banyak sekali sehingga munculah ide utukmengambil judul ini. Pengabdian masyarakat ini terbagi dari tiga alur yaitu : 1. Pemberian materiawal tentang inovasi material bamboo dan Tanya jawab. 2. Praktek pembuatan anyaman besek.3.tahapan Finishing hasil pengrajin. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tersebutpara pengrajin tusuk sate mendapatkan banyak sekali pengetahuan,perkembangan dan inovasiinovasi material bamboo saat ini yang bisa digunakan sebagai bekal usaha baru untukmeningkatkan nilai jual dan ekonomi sehingga pendapatan para pengrajin juga bisa bertambah. This article aims to describe the diversity of communicative and collaborative aspects contained in the evaluation instrument in Indonesian BSE. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the principles of content analysis. The data sources in this study were 541 evaluation instruments spread over eight teaching materials, namely compiling procedural texts, studying explanatory texts, managing information in lectures, studying life in short stories, preparing proposals, designing scientific papers, assessing works through reviews, and performing plays. The results showed that overall the evaluation instruments relevant to various communicative competence indicators were 110 questions or 20.33% while the evaluation instruments relevant to various indicators of cooperative competence were 81 questions or 14.97%. This percentage shows that the communicative and collaborative competences in the evaluation instrument in Indonesian BSE have been developed quite well.

Artikel bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai keteladanan yang terdapat dalam teks biografi pada buku sekolah elektronik (BSE) Bahasa Indonesia SMA kelas X tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digali dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai keteladanan yang terdapat dalam teks biografi pada buku BSE bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMA. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh sejumlah data yaitu dalam teks biografi pada buku BSE bahasa IndonesiaÂ kelas X SMA terdapat beberapa nilai keteladanan, yaitu berupa ketabahan, berpendirian teguh, bekerja keras, bertekad kuat, rendah hati, ulet, profesional dan disiplin waktu, tekun belajar, keberanian, cerdas, dan bersikap kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teks biografi yang dimuat dalam BSE Bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMA berkualitas baikKata Kunci: Nilai Keteladanan;Â Teks Biografi.
