The study aims to know the effect of problem based learning model assisted edmodo and personality type on result of learning mathematic in the class VIII of SMP Negeri. This type of research is quasi experiment, which is using treatment by level design. The population is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara that consists 14 classes with as many students is 525 students. Samples were taken in two experimental classes and two control classes taken using the multistage random sampling technique, it was obtained by class VIII L (36 students) and VIII M (36 students) as experimental classes and VIII A (38 students) and VIII D (38 students) as control classes. Data obtained with personality type questionnaire and result of mathematics students test. The data was analyzed by using Anava Two Lines and t-scheffe as further testing. Based on the result of data analysis indicate that: 1) there is difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with  2) there is interaction between the learning model and the student personality type on the mathematics learning outcomes of students, with  3) on students with extrovert personality type, there difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with  4) on students with introvert personality type, there difference of mathematics learning result between students following by problem based learning model assisted edmodo with students following conventional learning model, with . So, it can be concluded that problem based learning model assisted edmodo and personality type take effect result of the learning mathematic to the student in the class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara.

Diklat penguatan kepala sekolah secara daring pertama kali dilaksanakan di Bali oleh LPD Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh koneksi internet terhadap motivasi kepala sekolah dalam mengikuti diklat penguatan kepala sekolah secara daring; pengaruh pemahaman teknologi terhadap motivasi kepala sekolah dalam mengikuti diklat penguatan kepala sekolah secara daring; serta pengaruh koneksi internet dan pemahaman teknologi secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kepala sekolah dalam mengikuti diklat penguatan kepala sekolah secara daring. Data dianalisis dengan statistik analisis regresi berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan koneksi internet terhadap motivasi kepala sekolah. Jika dilihat dari pemahaman teknologi terhadap motivasi kepala sekolah juga terdaat pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara bersama-sama prediktor X1 (Koneksi Internet) dan X2 (Pemahaman Teknologi) terhadap Y (Motivasi), diperoleh hubungan signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara Koneksi Internet dan Pemahaman Teknologi terhadap Motivasi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Mengikuti Kegiatan Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah Secara Daring di LPD Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan simpulan maka dapat disarankan kepada para kepala sekolah mempertahankan motivasi, sehingga dapat menjadi contoh bagi para guru.

ABSTRAK Tukang suun merupakan salah satu profesi masyarakat kurang mampu yang populer di Bali. Tukang suun adalah masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam menganalisa pengaruh efektivitas bantuan sosial tunai dan tingkat jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap faktor pendorong keberhasilan wirausaha tukang suun selama pandemi covid-19 di pasar tradisional Tabanan. Jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang tukang suun di pasar Kota Tabanan. Model persamaan structural PLS merupakan analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisa mengindikasikan pengaruh secara bersama-sama variabel efektivitas bantuan sosial tunai dan tingkat jiwa kewirausahaan berpengaruh sedang terhadap faktor pendorong keberhasilan wirausaha tukang suun. Selanjutnya jalur yang terbentuk dalam model dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut: efektivitas bantuan sosial tunai berpengaruh positif terhadap faktor pendorong keberhasilan wirausaha tidak dapat dibuktikan; efektivitas bantuan sosial tunai berpengaruh positif terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan dapat dibuktikan; dan jiwa kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap faktor pendorong keberhasilan wirausaha dapat dibuktikan. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Bantuan Sosial Tunai; Sikap Kewirausahaan ABSTRACT Tukang suun is one of the most popular underprivileged professions in Bali. Tukang suun are low-income people who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This study has the aim of analyzing the effect of the effectiveness of cash social assistance and the level of entrepreneurship on the factors driving the success of the busker entrepreneur during the covid-19 pandemic in the Tabanan traditional market. The number of respondents as many as 30 tukang suun in the Tabanan City market. The PLS structural equation model is the analysis used in this study. The results of the analysis indicate that the variables of the effectiveness of cash social assistance and the level of entrepreneurial spirit have a moderate effect on the factors encouraging the success of the tukang suun entrepreneur. Furthermore, path formed in the model as follows: the effectiveness of cash social assistance has a positive effect on encouraging factors for entrepreneurial success cannot be proven; the effectiveness of cash social assistance has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial spirit, it can be proven; and the entrepreneurial spirit has a positive influence on the factors encouraging entrepreneurial success, it can be proven. The first online training to strengthen school principals was carried out in Bali by LPD PGRI Mahadewa University Indonesia. This study aims to determine: the effect of an internet connection on the principal's motivation to participate in online principal strengthening training; the influence of technology understanding on the principal's motivation to take part in online school principal strengthening training; as well as the influence of internet connection and shared understanding of technology on the motivation of school principals in participating in online school principal strengthening training. Data were analyzed by statistical multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study were 65 school principals. The results showed that there was a significant effect of internet connection on the principal's motivation. When viewed from the understanding of technology on the principal's motivation also has a significant effect. Taken together, the predictors X1 (Internet connection) and X2 (Understanding Technology) on Y (Motivation) have a significant relationship. This shows that there is a significant relationship between Internet Connection and Understanding of Technology on the Motivation of Principals in Participating in Online School Principal Strengthening Training Activities at LPD PGRI University Mahadewa Indonesia. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions, it can be suggested to principals to maintain motivation, so that they can become an example for teachers.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Teams-Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the mathematical disposition and learning outcomes of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal in the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is classified as a Quasi Experiment with a Non Equivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design research design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal as many as 12 classes with a total of 357 students. Two classes as samples with simple random sampling technique, namely class VIII G with 30 students as the experimental group and class VIII H with 30 students as the control group. The data obtained are quantitative data in the form of mathematical disposition scores (using a questionnaire) and mathematics learning outcomes (using an essay test). Analysis using MANOVA with the help of SPSS 23.0 for Windows. Based on the hypothesis test obtained: 1) there are differences in mathematical dispositions between students who follow the Teams-Games Tournament (TGT) learning model and students who follow the conventional learning model; 2) there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes between students who follow the Teams-Games Tournament (TGT) learning model and students who follow the conventional learning model; 3) there are simultaneous differences in mathematical dispositions and learning outcomes between students who follow the Teams-Games Tournament (TGT) learning model and students who follow the conventional learning model for class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal in the 2020/2021 school year. In conclusion, the results of the hypothesis test indicate that there is an effect of the application of the Teams-Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the mathematical disposition and learning outcomes of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Abiansemal. Currently the culinary business is a promising business, even in this pandemic situation many people are turning to the culinary business. One of the spicy food culinary in Indonesia is Kober Mie Setan. Kober Mie Setan is famous for offering spicy noodle dishes based on the level chosen by the customer. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at Kober Mie Setan (Case Study of Kober Mie Setan Peguyangan); (2) The Influence of Price on Purchase Decisions on Kober Mie Setan (Case Study of Kober Mie Setan Peguyangan); (3) The Effect of Service Quality and Price. Together on Purchase Decisions at Kober Mie Setan (Case Study of Kober Mie Setan Peguyangan). Data were analyzed by statistical analysis of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with two predictors. Through the prediction results with predictors X1 (Service Quality) and X2 (Price) to Y (Purchase Decision), the Freg price is 33.21. With (N-m-1) in this case db = 93/2, with a significance level of 5%, the Ftable value is 3.09. This means that the regression line analyzed is significant to be used as a basis for prediction because there is a significant relationship between the criteria (Y) and the predictors (X1, X2). Freg is greater than the F table value or 33.21 > 3.09. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini menjadi sangat pesat dengan adanya teknologi smartphone dengan sistem operasi android. Salah satu aplikasi yang banyak diminati adalah aplikasi pencarian fasilitas umum yang saat ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang kebutuhan masyarakat. Kesulitan akan semakin terasa ketika kebutuhan untuk menggunakan fasilitas tersebut bersifat mendesak. Kota Denpasar salah satu kota terbesar yang memiliki banyak Informasi mengenai fasilitas umum. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah sistem informasi geografis yang diterapkan dalam aplikasi berbasis android dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Android Studio. Aplikasi yang dapat menyediakan informasi tentang list dan detail lokasi dari suatu fasilitas umum dan menampilkan titik koordinat lokasidalam peta maps. Proses perancangan peta yang ditampilkan dalam sistem ini menggunakan Google Maps API, perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi ini adalah Andorid studio sebagai pemrograman. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan adanya sebuah Sistem informasi geografis ini diharapkan dapat lebih memudahkan dalam memberikan informasi mengenai tata letak fasilitas umum yang berada di kota Denpasar. Informasi yang disajikan pada android ini meliputi informasi Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM), Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar (SPBU), rumah makan, bengkel tambal ban dan apotek.

Data warehouse adalah data-data yang berorentasi subjek, terintegrasi, memiliki dimensi waktu,serta merupakan koleksi tetap (non-volatile), yang digunakan dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. Solusi berbasis teknologi yang dapat ditawarkan yaitu dengan menerapkan aplikasi data warehouse dimana aplikasi ini sangat berguna bagi seorang manager dalam mengabil keputusan dari berbagai kasus diatas. Dengan adanya berbagai permasalahan disetiap perusahan yang mana selama ini dalam proses kegiatannya sudah terkomputerisasi mulai dari transaksi penghitungan stok maupun output berupa laporan. Sistem merancang dan mengimplementasikan data warehouse untuk menentukan pola customer ini dibuat berdasarkan data-data yang terdapat di Koperasi Serba Usaha Seri Sedana. Kelebihan sistem data warehouse salah satunya adalah berupa kueri join tabel yang dapat diminimumkan sehingga akses data akan terasa lebih cepat dari sistem yang ada, analisis dapat dilakukan lebih baik untuk menentukan pola customer. Software ini dibuat dengan menggunakan My SQL untuk database dan Visual Basic Net 2008 sebagai compiller-nya. Dari hasil implementasi Pola Customer Dalam Berbelanja di Koperasi Serba Usaha Seri Sedana , di simpulkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem Data Warehouse ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat untuk proses pengambilan keputusan. This study aimed to assess the effect of Problem Based Learning model with e-learning to creativity and learning result of mathematics on tenth grade student of SMK Negeri 4 Denpasar on academic year 2017/2018. This type of research was quasi experiment, using non equivalent posttest-only control group design. The population in this study were the student of tenth grade PH of SMK Negeri 4 Denpasar with 4 classes (144 students). Using multistage random sampling technique, 2 classes were obtained as sample, wich is tenth grade PH 3 (36 students) as control group and tenth grade PH 1 (36 students) as experiment group. The data obtained of learning creativity score using questionnaire and mathematics learning result score using test method. Data analysis using MANOVA with SPSS 24.0 for windows.Based on the obtained result of hypothesis testing: 1) there were significant difference in creativity of student who joined the problem based learning model with e-learning with the student who joined the conventional learning model, by value (sig.) ≤ α (0,001 ≤ 0,05), 2) there were significant difference in mathematics learning result of student who joined the problem based learning model with e-learning with the student who joined the conventional learning model, by value (sig.) ≤ α (0,001 ≤ 0,05), and 3) there were simultaneous difference in creativity and mathematics learning result of student who joined the problem based learning model with e-learning with the student who joined the conventional learning model, by value (sig.) ≤ α (0,001 ≤ 0,05). So, there are an effect of problem based learning model with e-learning to students's mathematics learning creativity and result.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pupuk rumput laut dengan berbagai komposisi terhadap banyaknya daun tanaman Bekul, serta menganalisis pengaruh pupuk rumput laut dengan berbagai komposisi terhadap perkembangan tinggi tanaman Bekul. Lokasi penelitian di KSM Sekar Tanjung di TPS3R. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). yang terdiri dari perlakuan P0 (tanaman tanpa pupuk), P1 (tanaman pupuk 100% rumput laut), P2 (tanaman pupuk 50% rumput laut + 50% kotoran sapi), P3 (tanaman pupuk 50% rumput laut + 50% limbah organic rumah tangga). Dari rancangan tersebut diulang 4 Kali (A,B,C, dan D), sehingga terdapat 16 unit percobaan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh pemberian pupuk rumput laut berpengaruh nyata pada perkembangan banyaknya jumlah daun dengan nilai 0,00. Pupuk dengan kombinasi 100% rumput laut (P1) merupakan perlakuan yang paling efektif untuk memberikan perkembangan dengan jumlah daun pada tanaman bekul sebanyak 303,7. Dan pemberian pupuk rumput laut berpengaruh nyata pada perkembangan tinggi tanaman bekul dengan nilai 0,00. Pupuk dengan kombinasi 100% rumput laut (P1) serta pupuk dengan kombinasi 50% rumput laut dan 50% kotoran sapi (P2) merupakan perlakuan yang paling efektif untuk memberikan peningkatan tinggi pada tanaman bekul dengan tinggi berturut-turut adalah 104,3 dan 103
